Fake shopping site i'm not satisfied never shop this website Im ordered anarkali suit from craftsvilla. In picture it was looking awesome but when I got it in my hands its cloth quality was so bad the quaity of product is so bad Ther customer service very week they are not responding and their contact no is also fake that is busy number all time I don't like the product but they dont offer refund even if you hate the product your money is lost the worst ever website I have come across and wldnt recommend anyone to buy anything from it .i am not happy to shop from this site

Recently I had ordered a gift for my sister. A semi stitched long anarkali suit. As given in the product details and as shown in the picture the outfit seemed to be a very pretty one. I checked all the details and placed an order fot it. There was no cash on delivery payment and so I had to do the payment online. After receiving the parcel of the order I placed it turned out to be completely different from the picture shown. Even the material quality was very poor and cheap. It was really not worth. No matter the product colour differs a bit from the picture shown but I never expected it to be so bad. After I applying for a return and refund the money I had paid got credited back into my bank account after a week and that also they cut few amount of Rupees. I will never prefer shopping here.

My experience with craftsvilla has not been very good and here I am going to share my last shopping experiences with craftsvilla. I have made two purchases on craftsvilla.com and had the same experience with the product quality.

The first time when I ordered a kurta for my sister, it was found to be of poor quality and design. Many of the fabric strings were coming out and the piece was not stitched properly.

We contacted the company for what they said that all the products are factory manufactured and so, sometimes fabrics are loose and they can be repaired. we had to pay the tailor for repairs!

The second time, we bought some combos during a sale for my whole family. When all the products came, some of them were used as there was some soil and dirt sticking on the clothes. It was really really annoying and we had to return the goods back to them.

I highly dislike craftsvilla and would never recommend it to anyone!

Craftsvilla is famous online shopping site. But my experience with this was very bad. I ordered anarkali suit from craftsvilla. In picture it was looking awesome but when I got it in my hands its cloth quality was so bad that I didn't get it stitched till now.I didn't like it and when I wanted to return it back then they make excuses that u have crossed 7 day after receiving the product. But in reality I mail them about returning the product after 3 days pf receiving. But they didn't care.

It is not good site for online shoping.it's service not good.before 5 months ago I puchase a pendle from this site.when I reciece my parsal I shoked to watch.it is very bad.i am not happy to shop from this site.

Customer service not also good & not deliver product in right time.

This site is totally fak.i suggest people to never shop from this site.

I was heared about craftsfilla.com from my friend he told me it's a website for good clothes and new fashionAfter going to his website I have seen really good looking clothes and trending clothesThat's why I m ordered a lehnga in 4200 is looking wow in picAfter 8 day it's delivers me and when I opened his box and saw its a low quality net lehnga it's totally different from pic which he has shown in websiteAfter this I don't order again from craftsvilla.

Craftsvilla is among the new e-commerce stores for clothes jewellery and many more cosmetics items for ladies. But they are unsuccessful to provide quality products to their customers and I am the one who is affected through it.

I ordered a Pink Georgette Stylish Saree for my sister from Craftsvilla and it's Order no. is [103626290].

Firstly it took two for confirmation of my product and 20 days for delivering the product. Their services are too slow and not providing proper packing of the product.

When I received the product and opened the packing, I was shocked with the quality of the product. The material was of very cheap quality and the colour was totally different as seen in image. The embroidery work was proper done and the as it was written in description that the product is Georgette, it was of very poor quality georgette with polyster mixed. I am upset with the services and quality of the product provided by Craftsvilla.com. Never shop with it.

Is just waste of money and time shopping on this silly website. The product designs shown on website never matches to the product delivered at your doorstep. Delivery is never on time. Quality is worst always. Apart even if you ask to return it on same day. They will pick it later and til the time it reaches the dealer the seven days return policy is already over

My wife had order here for two times but quality of the product is not good. One of this had returned and she never order anything from this online site . colour of the product is also vary that shown in the site . Price of the product is not worthy it's just wastage of your pocket money and time .So from my personal experience I not suggest to order from this online site.

I had ordered a slawar suit for my sister.and I recevied wrong product.and the coustumer service of it is so poor that my total was wasted.the product quality of dresses is also not good. They show different things in pictures and in original it is complete different.normal delivery time of craftvilla is 3-4 days late than mentioned by the officials.they need to work on website and app too. Its app stops suddenly and always shows app not working.for me craftsvilla is not reliable online shopping site.

A very bad online site. Please do not order anything from this online shopping site as I had a very bad experience.i had ordered a saree for my wife as a surprise gift from this site but I didn't received it and after a week when I checked the status online it showed me as cancelled by the distributor. I don't remember the seller name now but my experience was very bad. I called up their customer care people but they never responded back nor the distributor was picking up the phone. So guys I suggest please check before buying anything from this site.

Craftsvilla.com is not so good quality products site. Craftsvilla.com deliver their products never on time. Their delivery of products are always delay. Amazon india and Flipkart are better sites for online shopping. their prices are so reasonable and there policies for customer it's so good. Their products are genuine. Customer care of craftsvilla.com is not helpful. customer care never solve query. Apps and website are not so attractive. Website is not so good. Products not reliable.

I buy some suit from craftsvilla to gift her on raksha bandhan . I ordered suit and its get deliver on time and when I give her that suit she asked the amount of that and I tell the amount and she said the quality of suit is very poor and she said that they are cheaters they make fool of the customers and they sell cheap quality clothes dont buy from craftsvilla.

I saw this site on thouroughly then I decided to purchase something from the same site. recently I bought a suit from here. It was my first online shopping from Craftsvilla. They delivered me at right time and right products. Whatever description is written on the site I reveived the same and the product was excellent in stuff and design as they shown as web page.till now I used this website and recommended to all my friends.This is an awesome site for woman who love shopping. I do not recommend this site to those who frequently do online shopping because they used to display the clothes which generally celebrities used to wear and thus people easily get trapped by them. I bought a suit and it's material is really horrible. I am very disappointed with it. The material and colour displayed was not at all same with the product I had received. And further customer service is okk. But do not get trap with the display of clothes becoz the money you are going to spend on it is not worth.

About one month ago I ordered a suit for sister as a birthday present on this site. I waited for 2 to 3 weeks and then I called the supplier to know about the delivery he said that it will reach me 1 week. After one week when they supplied me the suit I saw that it was not that one which I ordered. I got very angry at this. The suit they supplied for very dirty and one can never this to gift such a item. I called the supplier and told this then he talked to me very rudely. I told him that is this the way to treat with customers. I returned the suit. And made a mind to never order from this site.

This site is very bad! Don't ever thinks of buying something.

I ordered a lehenga for the very first time on this website 2 months before.I waited for 1 month I don't get my delivery.then there was a phone number available.it was the sellers number.i called him.he tld we will deliver in 2 weeks I waited .but again aftr 2 weeks I called.he says stocks out when v hv product vl let u know !

What the hell was dt? N dy dint evn cancel my order or inform me bout it.

I totally dislike it since then! No. Professional ethics at all!

And the products we cn c on its website are all available on snapdeal Amazon or shop clues .they have same products.

I cannot comment on product quality n delivery time as I never received anythng.but dr customer service is worst of all!

It's app is also not gud.it jus closes on itself .it doesn't load well on mobiles.!
