I ordered 2835Rupees stuff from Craftsvilla.com using debit card.The product I received was damaged. So I returned it and requested for refund. Then I received a mail from Craftsvilla that my money was refunded in my debit card from which I ordered. But when I checked the statement of the bank I didn't receive any money from Craftsvilla. Then I claimed that I didn't receive my refund. So they demanded my bank statement . I mailed them my bank statement in which it was clear that 2835rs was debited from my account for Craftsvilla but there was no refund of that amount in the whole month. After seeing statement customer service started ignoring me . After sending them statement I have mailed them4-5 time that I want my refund but they don't respond. And now it's perfect one month that I have returned the product and Craftsvilla is faking that they have transferred the money. Also I called customer care but once I tell them my order no they hang up my call. So guys I am going to complaint in consumer forum.

And I suggest all of u who are reading this review please do not purchase any item from Craftsvilla.com it's a fraud site and they won't refund your money.

Today I get my order. Bt I dont know craftsvilla is a fake company. I order a saree bt u r percel a unstich salwar. Very shame. I jst complain against ur company to consumer forum. I attach my order image.Craftsvilla is not a place to shop at all.

I ordered for a clock from your online store which reached me damaged. It was bound to happen as it was not bubble wrapped and care was not taken to ensure that it reaches me intact. When I write an email on what to do, no reply for more than 2 days. I had to call your customer care number.

I had a bad experience with Craftvilla. I have ordered a sari to gift my mother on her birthday and its yet to come. The overall apperance of the site and products are good but the time for delivery is quite long. Its taking too long for the delivery( 2 weeks as of today) .

I would buy products on other online sites which are more reliable and i'm more comfortable with.

Sorry! But this is my first experience and it was really bad. I would never recommend anyone with Craftvilla

I had ordered a suit material in this site I was very happy the delivery was prior to the promised date of delivery but while I opened my parcel I realized the product material was not up to the mark Fabric quality is so low the material and design are good but

In the craftsvilla.com is for the online shopping website. In these they can sell different products through this website. I had also bought dress for my niece. So I can see the different types of variety there and then I will buy it one of them lenga's. They will cost of rs.3500/- but this ia not worth it because its quality is so bad in their stuff and colour which I can see online are different from which I received and embroidery are also different from which I see in the online. So I think if I am pay these money to the brand shops tgen I definitely purchase good dress as compared to online shopping. So I am not satisfied with the dress that they provided me and charge so huge amount for bad dress. So I have suggested to the people not buy through online shopping because they cheated to us.

I am gaurav from Baroda Gujarat . so I am last month purchase watch for Craftsvilla.com . so I am select the my watch and do the payment online so this website are not running . so I am enter the amount so cut my account . so after open this website so payment is not completed after resend online payment . and two time given payment . so after I am call help center so not reply properly . so I am many time call after 10 day given money . so this website are very slow . so do not purchase products for this website .

Have purchased one item 2 months back since it was not good we had returened.Till now we havent recieved any money.They kept teeling money sent and the same was communicated via email.Past two months this has been happening.No money credited.Checked with bank aswell.These idios are cheating with us.I have already approached through.Wondering how people are giving good reviews.Guys change your opinion.There are much better shopping sites which are very good.These fraud shopping sites are just making us fools.I have already approached my friend whoz is known lawyer.These guys has to face bad consequenses if they dont return the money.

I choose this because I like to buy dresses online and this is famous for clothing. it is better than other online shopping websites.theres a huge collection of dresses but sometimes the problem is that the actual product is different from the shown product. the quality and colour is different.while online shopping I get very excited because there are different products in different ranges which are quite satisfying.

Craftsvilla which is an online website for buying ethnic stuff is not worth it. The products which they display online is not as same as they deliver, as simple as that! My mom ordered a stiched salwar-suit which was for around Rs.3000, we got that delivered in 3 weeks plus the quality of the fabric was so bad, it had a thin stuff and a bad embroidery which was not same as shown on the website. The suit which we saw on the website was pretty much beautiful in looks and so we ordered that but after opening the parcel, we were in regret for wasting our 3K.

So, I will just say, if we give you our hard earned money, we want a good quality product, that's it! I know that they sell their products at somewhat lower prices than the others, but due to low prices, quality of the product is compromised. They should keep genuine pricing and the genuine products.

Hello guys I used crafts villa but I don`t like teir service even products even their customer support.when I asked him few question he stated buffering and did not answer my questions.they do no provide much stitched dress. and they do shipping cost in every product if we bought three dress then they will cost different shipping charge on each dress best thing is there description style but worst points are many and most worst is customer support.i had bad experience with this web site

Crafstvilla as it broadcasts its advertisements on televisions and facebook and instagram is just opposite to what it actualy shows . I ordered a blue colored suit for attending my sister's engagement beacause it was looking so elegant and pretty in the picture but when it reached me the whole thing was horrible. First of all the quality of the cloth. When I checked it online it was clearly written that its pure cotton whereas when it reached me the cloth was not cotton ., it was some very horrible type of cloth. Moreover, the design that it actually showed in the picture online was nowhere to be seen in the suit . The quality of cloth was so bad and raw that when I offered it to my maid, even she refused to take it.

The clothes are this site are not at all costly and I agree to the fact but that doesnt mean that if the price is low, the qualify of the product will be even lower, u cannot make a fool out of public. Because of such sites only, people stop believing in online shopping, such sites who try to make a fool out of public. I m just totally against them and I think this site should be closed now. Because of the money I spent here, my parents scolded me so much and now the consequences are that they do not allow me to shop online anymore. Even I regret the face that why did I wasted my momey here, I could spent it on a better shop and could get better clothes at a first go only rather than spending the money two times.

Although I have heard alot of positive reviews of this site infact of my own friends but if I was not satisfied with their service, that simply means that they do not pay attention to their each and every costumer which is not a good signal for online shopping site over long run . If at the very first time I am coming to buy something from a particular site, that means that I m ignoring all other sites which have been good on my experience and I am trusting that particualr site where I am ordering my product from but if the very first time you cannot take care of your customer, what will you do the other day? I m sorry but this site has put a totally negetive impact on me and I don't have guts to open this site again and order any products from here.!

I had ordered a baby blue semi stitched 107 Designer Firozi Exclusive Queen Lehenga from craftsvilla for a relative wedding and the lehnga in the picture looked very beautiful and the skirt part looked  very voluminous and the blouse was black in colour with beautiful white flowers embroidery work  on it and a long dupatta with golden border. But I got an ugly light green skirt that to a very cheap quality and the blouse was ok but one of the sleeves was missing and the dupatta was very small and the border was all torn and it was looking as if a rat bit the corners of the dupatta. And this lehenga costed me 3100 rs which was not worth it. I do not recommend you to buy cloths from craftsvilla as I had a very bad experience with it and my money got wasted its better to add up a couple of more thousand and buy from a good store.

I found designer clothes along with all matching jewelry stuff on this website. I saw one lehenga and the price was very low so got afraid to buy but I tried once as they have a full refund return policy. ordered easily & I got the product within a week. I called up customer care number to know the delivery date and they helped me with that. the quality is good as per price and I got many comlpliments too on wearing that lehenga. now planning to buy some jewellery with my new suit. I have also gifted one suit to my bhabhi and she was happy to see the surprise. Guys it worth to shop from this site, you can have all: what your wife, sister or your friends would love to keep in their word rob.

Craftsvila is basically emphasizing on women attire rather than male. In last month my wife told me to try on Craftsvila bcoz she knew the name from her friend who had a good experience in buying on Craftsvila. We also made an attempt and puchase kurtis and salwar of exotic design which are not generally we see in market. But prices are never less here at the same time not very high keeping in mind the quality of product.

for general information it is an online fashion website where we can choose multiple fashion brands in one place. its refund policy is good. I think it would catch the indian market slowly .

I had a very nice experiance with craftvilla as I purchased suit for my sisters marriage last month its unlike other online shopping sites they show what they sell nice tag price as well Actaully I decided to purchase suite from local shops as I can feel fitings and comfort then my cousin suggested this site And at a first glance itself I liked it price was reasonable my consern were delivery time , fitting and comfort I was very afraid about crfatvill .and then I got product on time and I am relly satisfied with the product .i suggested all my friends to this site and craftvilla has veriety of products as well.i liked it

I have bought a product from Craftsvilla which was quite different than what I saw in the website and low quality too. hence requested for return and there is absolutely no response to emails. When I call their customer care number(which is a non-tollfree number), their standard response is that the product will be picked up in 24-48hrs but no action happens. Now the latest change in response by the customer support person is they put my call on hold for long time, so that I disconnect by myself. I have never faced such cheap tactics.
