We have taken this package recently and initially I had a doubt on how these guys will provide services. But I have availed two services and both were awesome and could enjoy both the vacations peacefully without any hiccups. Very nice service and support.

I have taken the holiday membership from courtyard Holiday world pvt ltd on 5th January 2022. When I asked for the holiday planning for April 2022 they denied saying, I can take the the holiday only after receiving the welcome package. They told me the welcome when sign that I can start using the membership immediately since I have paid the complete membership amount. Also I made a point on the cancellation policy during signing the agreement and they confirmed that I can cancel the agreement any given point of time and money will be refunded without asked any questions. Now I reach out the customer care and they have denied cancelling the membership and they also saying as per mutually agreed in the agreed, this money pad is none refundable. They said promised totally different during the discussion and after taking the membership they are changing all the things based on company convenience. They have asked me to sign the agreement and they havent given me the copy of the agreement yet, the only copy I have received from that is the invoice for the amount paid. which I have attached. After this incident I did check for the company review and it looks like they have been cheating many customer in the name for holiday membership.

Customer care will not responses to email, they are only concern to take our money and not to provide any service

Lot of customer are unhappy with this company and i'm one of the victim. Pls be careful and dont buy their membership

Amazing place great view and great prices. Really enjoyed my stay. The management was really great and made my stay really comfortable and enjoyable. Its a great place and I highly recommend it to everyone. Its totally worth every penny. I would love to come back to this place and stay longer this time.

Also the stay was organised by courtyard holidays world so the credit goes to them also!

After wasting my time for the sale they want to make, we denied their offer. They gave us free gift voucher and now when I am calling their customer care number no one is picking the call. Customer care number 18001235477

My frst service was damn great. I was provided with a 5 star property with a great location and great view.

Really impressed by the first service and looking forward for more such experience.

This company is a big time cheater. They gave me false information about their company and hotel at the time of booking. They told me that I can book any 4 star or 5 star hotel any where in the world except Moon and Pakistan. They also told me that they have tie up with Amex and Citi Bank for No Cost EMI. Later they debited Rs 85, 000 into my account. There are multiple other promises made by them and subsequently turned fake. I have been trying to meeting them in their office at Okhla for last 4-5 months, but even after exchanging 58 email till date they don't even allow their customers to meet them. One of their employees Mr Akshat asked for bribe for Rs 5000/- to get me the full refund. Please beware of the cheaters. I have multiple emails and call recordings as proof against them as proof.

They have taken our money and now they are not even cancelling the membership. We do not wish to continue but they are forcing us to not to cancel the membership but rejecting our cancel request again and again.

There Sales team members Vaishali and Nadeem are useless. They do not attend the calls and they just want to complete there targets.

Worst holiday company. Do not spend your money on this company. Cheaters
