I have taken the membership 6-7 years back.They had promised me free flight tickets worth 10000 during the time of making payment.I also paid 5000 additional amount to make my brother eligible to avail the facilities.All the above things dint happen. On top of that when I asked them for the above 2 things, they replied me bluntly stating that those guys who had promised you have already left the organisation. They aren’t even ready to allow me to sell the membership. On top of that they are regularly calling me and asking me to pay the AMC.Guys I really request you not to get trapped in this company. You can enjoy your holidays with your own money rather than paying such buggers. Big time cheaters!

On top of that they are still sending me email reminders that I have to pay 70k as my AMC. When I havent availed their services ever, how can they even think I will pay INR 1 as well. Freaking idiot guys. Inspite of requesting so many times, they are not even taking my membership off.

I GOT A CALL FRROM DEEPA ON 10TH REGARDING THE OFFER AND ATTENDED A SESSION IN AUNDH ON 11TH.WAS PROMISED MOVIE TICKETS, SILVER COIN ETC ETC.HOWEVER HAVENT GOT ANY DESPITE MINIMUM 20 CALLS AND INNNUMERABLE "PLEASE SPEAK TO SO AND SO".

WHAT AFRAUD COMPANY.

IN ADDITION THEY WERE SOO SWEET WHEN U ATTEND THE SESSION. THE MOMENT U SAY NO.THEY ARE SOOOOO RUDE AND ARROGANT.

VERY VERY POOR.

Not sure how did I get into their too good to believe trap by the leader of cheats irshad and paid 58000 - when I got letter I came to know everything was false as I confirmed with their head office so I sent mail to them in cooling period and still waiting for my refund. 100 days are already over. I am planning to fine case in court.

Okay, I got a call from one of representative stating I was lucky to get complimentary gift worth 25K through the coupon I filled in shopping mall and I need to come to their locations(1 out of three). I know this will be fake as someone just calls and saying I won 25K gift, but myself and friend had work on that saturday very close to the location they said, after finishing our work, wanted to see what they say. They start introducing as Country vocations -sister concern of country club, then they told presentation is 45mins. after that they will give the gifts. then we started listing their presentation given by un-professional guys - they forced us to buy the 30Yrs vocation plan after asking our personal details. keep on asking why you cant buy the vocation package - for every reason(which is non of their business) as they are also offering EMI.(while we are talking to them, other two guys managed to get fooled two families) and made them to buy, making every one clapping. finally they gave up and wanted to irritate us by asking us to wait, as after presentation if we did not buy the vocation we will have to fill cancellation form - we never baught still they want form. after simply waiting for 5mins finally they gave cancellation form, after that the 25K work gift - this means,

1. One family movie ticket - only redeemable on wednesdays by calling one number(that number was not reachable, when we tried there itself - Those guys said there will be problem in the line which will be corrected).

   
   




2. One day country club entry - only on Weekdays(we haven't verified this)

   
   




3. Third one, 7 days vocation to four destinations within India - They said, printer stopped working so clouldn't print the voucher code. asked us to contact later.

PLS NOTE I HAVEN'T TRIED COUNTRY VOCATIONS SO, THIS COMMENT NOT ABOUT QUALITY OF VOCATION PLAN BUT THE CHANNEL THEY CHOSEN IS VERY VERY WRONG AND THEIR AGENTS NEEDS TO CORRECT THEIR BEHAVIORS.

They took 1.5 lakh for 30 night holidays and 7000 every year for AMC. When u pay everything there really colour comes out. they say only one room can be booked.u have to buy meals if not rooms are not available. u can only take 2 adults and 2 kids. we can’t give rooms to other family members.if so u also have to travel.other room are chargeable.even if u have AMC charges validity for another one year they keep calling to pay for few more years saying. if u don’t pay holidays will get expire.they are just money minded.instead of falling to this guys trap of all free bees .please take u r own holidays plans to u r own choice of holiday destinations. Please don’t pay even a single penny to this guys.eod u will end up paying 10k -15k per room per night excluding meals.u can have luxury rooms in other 5 star hotels of u r own destination with the lesser prices than this.please think before becoming members to this worst country club.once u pay money u will end of calling reservations.AMC.central customer care routing u r calling with no response.they ask to call back .will respond to u r email. they just disconnect calls.u will get pissed off after paying money.without getting proper services.website is fully of faults.they just reset u r password without u r knowledge.they will set it to our* with emailid login. even if u change.they will reset without u r knowledge and access our credentials.plz don’t fall for this trap guys.it’s my personal experience and till date I have end up paying them around 2 lakhs for 30 nights in which I was not able to travel for one year so 6 nights expired. U can’t split nights u have to take full 6 nights per year.who will get so many holidays.don’t fall for this trap.good bye

Got call on feb saying we won gift voucher, went there got one hour presentation, took 12k from us and said we will get membership card by which we can use it in golden gym and spa, after aishwaryasingh23ment of all amount we will get full fledged benefits, but nothing happened, happened only one thing is we lost 12k for this frauds. Not they called us to ask rest amount nor they sent membership id through post, now they not picking as they forwarded all calls. I have a got a call saying that got my name in lucky draw so I won free movie tickets and a gift.As it was near to my house in Rajajinagar I went with my husband to receive it. They told 1 hour session will be there after that only will receive our gifts. Then they told about country vacation and almost forced us to become member.We mentally had prepared for this and said dont want to be a member. They took the feedback and gave the gift(6-glasses may be cost around 100Rs) and free movie ticket voucher, to book for a movie we had to call the number which was given in the voucher. We called after going home.Its coming as switched off till now.We read the reviews which helped and helping many now I feel.The comments with 5 stars and all fake May be they are only writing it.

Hi Guys,

I got my money back on 119 days.

Procedure I followed.

1) Took membership on 29 March(Paid 100000). Later I went through reviews after having an membership and it was very negative on this club. Later I initiated the cancellation and send out the email on 31st March.

2) After seeing the review I didn't believe these guys will refund . So I raised an Transaction_copy_retrieval_and_Dispute from icici credit card department which I swiped for l00000.

3)After there investigation I got back my money.

4) Worst customer service. They won't pick the call

Hope this helps others in case they are the victim.

The property with open space and very well maintained pool, it is very far away from the main city . The rooms are very spacious and with bed sofa, TV and even small kitchen room .

The restaurant and the bar is decent and food quality is also OK. The hospitality is good and they organised a cake cutting also for me as it was our anniversary. The city centre is approximately 7-8 km from here and roads are a bit confusing with out maps. Swimming pool was maintained and Gym was very good. The Wi-fi is available only at the reception lobby and restaurant and not in the room. Overall a nice property.

Please stay away from this company we have been cheated by them. Harish was the person who got us enrolled to this. I have decided to go to consumer court & file a complaint on them. They promise you lot of things but its just an eye wash. This company should be closed.

On March 24, 2018, I have been conned by country club executives for Rs. 15000 cash in exchange of fraudulent offer of one time holiday package. Money received but no paperwork done. Two days after all executives team resigned from Thane branch(Mumbai) and all contacts became unreachable and branch was closed down. No refund given till date.

CV is fraud company. It is luring public with false promises and extorting money. After that they just fled. I have paid 50000 at Amritsar office for life time membership. But from last one year office nd Gym is closed. Written mails to CV no response. Customer care never pick up the phone. Now they have shifted their base to Ludhiana and Jalandhar. Be careful.

Dont fall for the gifts call. No use of going to their office for the gifts too. You will waste 3-4 hours of your time and fuel for a 100/- Gift. Other gifts/vouchers they give is fake and cannot be redeemed. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Be care Full calls from Country Vaccation or Country Club. After Paying online also they didnt load helidays. I paid on their app and they said Holidays will load in 15 mins. After 24hrs also it is not loaded. Now CS team is not picking the call. All their customer care not aware of this. But on Country Club app it is reflecting. I am logging a police complain now.

I received call about lucky draw winner from country Vacations. They told me that I won three prizes in lucky draw. They told me about my prize & told no hidden charge about this prize. Also told about validity of Holiday voucher on call 12 month. when I reach that place for meeting .at Reception counter member told me about tax charge you will pay extra. & validity only 6 month. surprise about third prize water resort. you also will pay 200 per member for water park. I think they give one little prize after their 90 minute session. You can not use your holiday voucher in vacation period.Please aware about lucky draw winner phone call & don't waste your time.

If you found any cheating, fraud by any company then contact respective bank within 3 months(through which you had transaction) and revert your transaction.

If that not works then do following,

1.Register police complaint and ask them to send request to bank to revert your transaction.

Fraud company cheating people, false information .I have a Country vacancy membership which I bought in Bangalore two years ago in Koramangala branch. Membership No: CVBG1CLUB5LB215194.

Name: manjunatha

This membership provides club access to Country vacancy India and abroad. When I bought this membership the Country vacancy representative(Manoj Kumar) had told me that in future whenever I want to close the membership, country club will take it back or will find a buyer for transferring the membership to another member as this is an exclusive membership I have written document with me which represent provided. I want to close this membership as I am not using it. When I contacted Country Club for arranging the closure, I was told that I have to find a member who is interested in taking this membership and country club will not take it back. This is contrary to what they had informed me when I bought the membership. Country club customer care people calling and telling it is not possible to transfer now this big fraud company

We have been cheated of Rs.1, 28000 . Their policy clearly states if member decides to cancel the policy, one can do that within 10days of cool off period. Which the country vacation managemen Is not ready to accept and follow it. I request all the victim of CV fraud please let us join together and raise a complaint against them. If all us come tohether we can find a permanent solution for such fraud people.

I have had requested Country Club to cancel my membership on September 14, 2017 within the cool -off period of 10 days and the same has been communicated to them via email and by mail . Other than receiving an email acknowledging my complaint I have not received any communications or information about my refund. As per deed they had to refund the money( RS 188000- service charge of 3800) within 120 days of cancellation. Its already 119 days and I see no response from them regarding the refund. Contacting customer care or sending them mails is not helping as each time the customer care says that they are not from the concerned team that approves the refund nor they reply to my mails.
