Hi guys, I happy tell you I m a member of country vacations from 2013 I have visited many places of cv properties across india, but recently second time I went to bandipur country club resort,

Enjoyed with my family lot,

The resort was maintained very well, staff as usual very much helpfull, a very big pool, most of the time we engaged in pool and resort fun activities, my kid enjoyed in crocodile zone that too in mud activities a lot

Finally food was awesome, I suggest country vacations to plan a memorable holiday to ur families, thank you once again mr.Girish even after 5 years he s helping me to book a holiday, and he regularly send event passes, even this march there s a holi festival event,

Looking for another holiday, too

Thanks for arranging a holiday to ur trivendram kovalam resort, Resort was decent place and decent crowd as well.

Found much privacy as well with the family.

Staff are very much helpful, resort was well maintained, with Good activities for children's and even for adults, Food was excellent,

And travel desk people arranged sight seeing many attractions have seen with the family

Overall fantastic holiday,

I thank Mr. Girish and Rebecca for helped in booking a holiday,

Looking for one more holiday,

I had requested Country Club to cancel my membership within 3 days from the day we got into membership. As per the rules, we have communicated for the cancellation within the cool -off period of 10 days and the same has been communicated to them via email and by mail . Also, we have called 4 times to the customer care to get the status of the refund, they said will be getting within 120 days from the membership date. I have not received any communications about my refund over an email. While becoming a member they said, there will be no interest% if we pay by Credit card but after finishing all the process. It deducted interest. Hence, they make false commitment every time. I am planning to take legal action. Don't go for it.

This is a fraud company which only fools people. Never opt for their service. We did not get even a single thing which was promised to us. Really regret that we wasted our time with Country vacation, Bangalore. The company is fraud and employees are extremely rude.

After gone there we have took a holiday membership and while taking a membership they have promised a complimentary holiday to some 5 places in thosewe choosen kodaikanal, And Girish the manager who helped us to get a complimentary holiday before 2 days of check in we received, 26 th jan to 28 th jan we went, ,

Property was excellent and the service was extreamly good, we went all attraction places with the help of travel desk dept,

Nicely 4 of our family enjoyed lot,

Looking for another holiday in future looking same responce from the team, ,

And finally the cottage was very much clean n hygenic, , , , food was yummy, , surpricingly we shocked vth the a small candle light dinner, , ,

Resort located on tip of a hill nd scenary was awesome

I interacted with Mr. Rajeev, one of the best person at country vacations. He helped to avail our gift movie vouchers in time without any hassles. He also promised that he will handover 1 week gift vacation voucher which we forgot to collect during our visit to country vacations. I hope to enjoy with this venture interacting with people like Rajeev and my holiday vacations.

Received two movie tickets as complimentary and Raju from booking department was very supportive. Thanks Raju for stepping in. Looking forward to visit the Bangalore resort and experience the holiday packages. Opted for the membership , hope the vacations are memorable!

I have visted the contry club to my friends function. Its amazing the event was good. The Service is too good and especially the staff was so care taking. The food was delicious. I loved the cool air nd superb weather. Good experience. Thank you to all the country club and all the staff.

I had contacted Byreddy , manager customer care of Cunningham road office . He was very cooperative and helped me in all possible ways . He made sure that our stay at Amruta castle was heavenly. Property was excellent , me and my friends had a very good time . The food was very nice

I have never seen or meet such kind of unprofessional people. I have no words to describe how blunt replies nd bakwas sarvices of theirs. We have cancled our membership but still we have not get our money back. we are very much regret on our decision nd feel same on us. Pls guys don't be fool by joining this group.

Raju did the best in terms of articulation & instant support for movie tickets. I really appreciate his support.

They asked us to attend the demo for 45 min in order to collect the gift. But they were looking for immediate decision which couldn’t take very easily as it is long term.

Attended the concept session of Country Vacations at Bangalore and received 4 free gifts. Utilized the free movie vouchers with my wife at PVR Koramangala for an evening show. Booking operator was helpful in blocking movie at my time. But frequent follow-up was required to get things done on time. Looking to utilize country club resort on any of the weekends, hoping it will be amazing experience. Thanks to Country Vacations.

It was really a good experience with country club since the quality of service excellent and property located at full of greenary place ..i would recomended to visit once to get peace of mind, lot of funs with family and play room for childrens, good food and laundry services
