Sad state of affairs with Country Club. You just dont fit the bill, not for anyone anymore.
I like to explain the kind of experience, that I had with the sales team in Bangalore. The sales manager's name is Mallesh, I think this guy has no selling skills. This is how the whole story unfolds
I was contacted by cold calling team end of December 2022, they mentioned they had some nice deals for 35k and we could work out some additional offers if I am interested. After going through some AMAZING comments that we read here, I thought I will give it a try. Thats when I met this master piece. He explained about the offers and about a few resorts etc. I did ask him about the horrible comments thats all around the internet. The only statement I got to hear from him was - its competitors who have posted bad about them.
Then I asked him how can he assure me better after sales service. I was surprised by his answer - There is no way that he could build confidence for me. SERIOUSLY! I quit thinking about the same again.
2 months down the lane, I receive another cold call informing that the offers are revised and this time around they have life time offers. They wanted me to meet some manager again. To my surprise comes the same dumb xx. Apparently, I still had the brouchere he had given me last time and nothing had changed. Its pretty much the same offer. Essentially, one of your folks lied to me saying there are new offers. I finally kind of made my mind to go for a buy, but then I asked him to wait for a week since my wife wasnt around.
Suddenly, Mr. Mallesh goes offensive and asks "why am in wasting his time and fuel". Mr. Mallesh pls answer the following questions:
Who called me and fixed an appointment, while I asked your people to explain over the phone? Its you ixxxxx
If you think your time and fuel is wasted, is that not your primary responsibility educate your team to stop giving wrong promises
I again asked you what is the kind of quality of the resorts referring to some awesome comments online? You still dont have a satisfactory answer for the same
Finally, I would like to say that I had made up my mind by about 15-20% to buy. Thanks to you and your behavior, I would never rethink again to fall prey for country club.
The only thing I would say is, if you are so very confident that all the comments are by your competitors, you must respond for the clarity. I dont think anyone has the balls in their pants to do so.
