Our vacation at Bandipur in February-18 was really amazing, This is a really beautiful and well-maintained resort.we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

we especially loved the safaris in the jeep and we were lucky to see some wild animals.

We had a great fun and loved the place alot from the begining to the end. The holiday was awsome, they received us in very pleasant way and behaved in very good manner. The food was really very tasty and delicious. The place was very tidy and kept very clean.

It was very good holiday, It was nice to share the feedback.

"I worked at Country Club India full-time(Less than a year)

Positive:

No positive commands. They just cheat customers and pay salaries with that mazuma. They breed cheaters and make them salesmen who sell fictitious properties and imaginary packages.

Negative:

Please my all frdz do not job here at any cost, I had authentically deplorable experience to work here. This company not given salary at time and company's policy transmuted day to day. That is better to stay at home with-out job but do not job here. Me and my 6 frdz withal left this company in May but they did not give us salary yet.

Its consummately unethical. And office politics are a conspicuous part of the company.

Please, I request you to cease the operation of your Surat Branch. There is no ascendancy in hand of HR. So please Shut down and stop to playing with adolescent and fresher student's future."

They are big cheats. Please don't buy. Their executives say all lies just to sell you the plan.

In my case it was a person Rohit . His number is 9599039626.

Now when I mail country club of the promises they say it was between you and executive and they don't offer those benefits.

most of the time the Calls I get from them is to pay AMC.they are not interested for you to book holidays only interest is in AMC. they come up with beautiful discounts to make you pay life time AMC at one go which should be paid yaerly. Then you get calls to buy their plots.

Gym facility is very far from my place thus cannot use. When I was taking plan they told gym facilities are under plan to come to near by place which never happened.

Stay away

Their executive are cheats, cheats, cheats.

This is a good things for all of us. Country club fitness is doing better than other gym. It's the adivce for those people who live near of country club fitness city center.It help them to fit their body and mind.They didn't go so far to doing gym.Now they have so many opportunities on country club fitness city center.So many people are happy to have a part of this club.So I think everyone should go this center and as soon as early they need to be membership on this club.A gym can fit our body well.If we do it regularly then our body will be fit and our mind will be fresh.So don't get so late go their and hurry up man!

Today i'm going to review how we were trapped by country club.

This is the most cheating company I have ever known.

7yrs back we got a call from one unknown number telling that we got a prize in the lucky draw, they have given some address and told to come and collect the gift. We all know that we all are get attracted to gifts and discounts. So we went to collect the gift, it was so crowdy, some people are explaining, some listening to them. We went and met one person, he told he will give the gift, but before that we have to listen to what they were telling. They told all about country club facilities and vacations we can go. Finally we did not join and got the gift and came back.

Again we got the same call, that time we thought of joining in country club as we are frequent travellers, so it will be very useful.

Finally we joined in country club membership and country vacations by paying 2lakhs.

Though their club looks nice, its all again they charge for everything.

Whenever we plan for a trip and call them, they tell its all full now, please choose different dates. Everytime happened the same. Their service is not at all good.

I please everyone, don't get attracted to their offers and facilities and get trapped by paying a large amount of money.

Two day back country club people called and told you have own lucky draw please come and collect your gifts at 1 .30 pm on 17th at CCD, Viman Nagar Pune. So me and my wife along with 9 month old kid went there. so they said that there will be max of 1 hours presentation session there after you can say yes or no to opt country club registration.

so I thought it is only for 1 hours and agreed to attend the session. so the sales person started explaining things of CC and said they have a package of 3 lac wihich include CC lifetime member ship and lifetime holiday packages.

so I denied that option and looking to comeback from there. but the sales person not allowing to leave. he started to come down the rate and convincing me to take it. when ever I deny he come up with new plan for me and it gone upto 5.30 pm. As my kid was frustrated because of not having proper food. I have to finally agreed(as there is no option to leave from there) the option of 65 thousand plan where they will provide all facility mentioned for the 3 lac. and I have to aishwaryasingh23 only 30000 rs at the beginning and after 3 year remaining 35thousand. also for the 30 thousand they provide 0% EMI option.

this package which they will provide following things

Life time membership of country club without any maintenance charge for my family.

Life time membership of Goldsfitness club.

7days holiday per year

40% reduction inAnnual Maintenance cost(40% of 10500 including tax)

there after I aishwaryasingh23ed the amount.

After wards I got to know their actual game plan.

Once I paid the Amount they brought document for signature. in the document It mentioned that I have to aishwaryasingh23 1.75 lac for the membership and other features of Country Club. I don't have any other option other than signing because I paid the amount already.

After that customer care from Hyderabad called. and they start to saying that their Company nor company person not provide any EMI option for the amount nor responsible for the EMI. and said I have to aishwaryasingh23 the full Amount 1.75 lac. So I started to say to them that this is not what I heard from the sales person and there after the Customer Care person disconnected the call.

Then the Sales person again came to me and convincing that this options are not from Company it is provided and mAnasultanged by Internally and they call again and I have to agree all the things mentioned on the call.

We came back to home and once read the Welcome mail realized that country club sales person has Cheated us with false promise. So I immediately called country club sales person to cancel my membership and refund the amount. He told to call next day morning. I called him morning he told to contact after two days as Monday and Tuesday are holiday for the Country Club,

I sent a mail to Country club to cancel my Membership and refund amount. but not received any response.

I also tried to called Country club customer care to cancel my membership and refund the amount.but the number mentioned on the mail are all not valid.

We have not even started with our first trip, and this kind of support we are getting. While telling the plan they be so sweet and humble to us. But when they get their money, they treat you as if they dont know you . such a stupid behavior I have not seen in my life,

I really want to stop this membership right away . pay back my money or else I know how to get it done by the laws .

Friends so many times I tried to contact them but they are not agree to talk me.and every times they refused me.

Country Club membership was one of the biggest mistake I ever made and now, when I am asking them to cancel my membership, they just wont do that and ever time I ask the same, they get very rude. When I mentioned, that I will go ahead and write a review, they were very open and said, this is a common and I can go ahead and write reviews.

Customer Service is horrible and so is the Staff. As long as you follow what they want it will work but nothing can ever work in the way you want. After two to three food poisoning incidents, I stopped eating food there. The swimming pools water is not clean often, the sport facilities are below standard and this is what you will see in most of their clubs.

What would you do when you face this? Get out of the mess and stop paying the annual charges unnecessarily. But guess what? Its just not easy. They get very rude and will call you day in and out to disturb you. Even if you say that I have been requesting to cancel the membership, they will bluntly tell you that it is not possible and they would continue calling.

I have a plan ahead to deal with this, but I would want to ensure people know why they should not get into this mess. Hope this helps.

Hi guys I am going to review about the country club.

Food and presentation- it was nice neat and clean full of hygienic presentation is very very live manner and so high tooo.

Ambience - it was so lively look and feel it that it was garden greeny full of massage health product pools entertainment and all nice to stay .

Customer service - it thinks like we are in place they make us to think like that and all kind of work are should be in perfect manner.

Value of money - it was the good experience to stay in there and their way of treating care of the customer and all services are been some meaning for our money .

Very poorly maintained.

V poor ambience and no staff present to help.

Pool sizeable but not suitable for non swimmers or beginners.very small portion for people who dont know to swim.

Very dull place.

Make it lively and clean.

Can b worked upon.

MY ELDER SISTER WAS STUDYING IN HYDERABAD. SO I HAVE VISITED TO HER COLLEGE AND AT THAT NITE I HAVE STAYED AT COUNTRY CLUB AMRUTHA CASTLE. IT WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE AND GOOD LOOKING. I HAVE TAKEN DELUX ROOM AND THEY CHARGED 5100 FOR THAT. THEY MAINTAINED EVERY THING CLEAN AND NEAT. BUT THE SEVICE WAS NOT GOOD AND THE FOOD WAS NOT GOOD IN THEIR  RESTAURENT AND THE FOOD WAS VERY EXPENSIVE. ITS BETTER TO CHANGE TARIFF.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Only desirous of collecting funds from its members/prospective members without providing any facility. I paid membership fee but no facility has ever been provided so far. Almost daily calls are being made to recovers AMC and other undue charges without giving me any facility despite of repeated requests. The matter may well be verified from the email conversations made with the Company.

The super Resort in my area with all future's like an indian and western food and etc. The best place to enjoy the day with family, friends, etc.with all things like gym, swimming, play ground, etc and even they have film studio also and they provide best services also to all guest and customer's they treat the customer as there own boss and give the result to the customer

One week back country club people called and told you have own lucky draw please come and collect your gifts on 17th at CCD, Jeevan Bhima Nagar. So me and my wife along with kid went there. But they started explaining about their products. Finally they told one member ship plan for 35000Rs in which they will provide following things

1. Life time membership of country club without any maintenance charge for my family.

So I payed the amount.

After wards they told these plans are not available now these things are yet to be typed and these plans are not known to customer care hence they will tell following things and you have to tell yes for them just for time being after wards they will correct them. Following are the things which customer care will tell

1. Membership cost 55000

   
   




2. Annual maintenance cost 5000 to 6000Rs

   
   

After that customer care called and I told yes for all the things.

We came back to home and started thinking about this and realized that country club sales person has Cheated us with false promise. So I immediately called country club sales person to cancel my membership and refund the amount. He told to call next day morning. I called him morning he told to call after 1 hour and this continued. Finally he stopped picking my  calls.

I sent a mail to Country club to cancel my Membership and refund amount. I am attaching mail sent to Country club for canceling membership for your reference.

I also called Country club customer care to cancel my membership and refund the amount. Country club customer care asked me to call Bangalore customer care. I called Bangalore country club number and asked them cancel my membership and refund the amount.

Now I am trying send mails to them but it is showing as Mail box full.

Further I will update whether only Country club executives cheat or Country club itself will cheat.

I am a member of Country Club. I recently purchased this membership.My experience has been fantastic, from their hospitality to the food to even their resort locations, everything is good.We have been to some of their resorts in the North . And we had a great vacation.it is a good place for peace for couples.

Aftr receiving too many calls from dem even I got curious to know abt traveling plans and went to attend the session. I met a guy called manoj der who started explaining the details and dragged d session for long which was actually told would end in 30mins and wen v were not much convinced we thought of leaving, wer he started behaving very rude talking very aggressive and such a cheap guy I have eva met .

Is that is d way a sales guy behave wid ppl.

Widin few mins I complained to his higher authority and den he was sorry abt it.

Was happy that we didn get into der trap.

N gud to know der real colors. A big NO to such ppl and country club - wen u r hiring ppl pls make sure abt der behaviour and attitude towards others which would play a main role in ur business.
