Country Club, Lucknow

They had looted lakhs of Bahraini dinars from me promising me plots in Hyderabad and all country club member benefits but the plot registrations still haven’t been done since 2012 and now it’s December 2019. Never take up their membership, better go donate your money for charity then Putin’s your money in pothholes. Country club - A company run by frauds..

Worst expirience ever. Their customer care executives are rude.Their whole system is a fraud.DO NOT GET THE MEMBERSHIP AT ANY COST.ITS A SCAM. Half thw things are not disclosed in their agreement. Just a basic form of coercion. Everyday new policies and more money extraction.Gym is a ness. No equipments work, no steam works, even the toilet lfushes don'twork. Please do not come under their false words.

Looting money in the name of giving services. Manipulating and forcing customers to buy memberships. They just want to get money from customers. They are running this fraud business since ages. Do not trust them guys. This company needs to be shut down because it's just fraud business. They pester customers to pay money to them.

This company is cheating their clients. They promised number of locations in the package but those sites are not available.

They are asking for additional money when reaching them for the room bookings in other locations.

We got the membership in Rs. 75000... We planned our holiday to goa in December.... We were asked to pay the AMC and then our room will be booked...they called thrice a day to make the payments... After paying AMC, they just mailed...after not getting any response(our flight tickets were booked) we called them on so many numbers..... But there wasn't any positive response.... After a week, they asked us to pay more money for bookings.... So please guys... Do not become country Club members... They will just empty ur pockets and ur holidays will b wasted

Country club membership is nothing but only cheating.they shows big while demo but nothing.after joining they charges 12000 RS per year in name of AMC.while their listed resort are cheaper on other trip websites.so itis total useless to join country club

I Bharat Gosar premium member of country club vacation Kandivali wanted to book room in pondicherry for 1 night,

So when I called for the booking, they didn't answer instead they didn't even pick my call, I'm totally disappointed by taking this membership,

The person named Neha working under country club of kandivali said she will call me for the confirmation of pondicherry room booking now it's been 15 days and more she didn't even call me neither followed me for the booking, being a premium member

So a week before I was flying I called again to ask did my room got booked? She said call me in evening, totally disappointed with the service!!

My money got wasted by taking membership in country club / vacation being the premium member of this club.!

The country club property are shame in the name of resort it is worse than low budget hotel.

Room :- unhygienic, fungus in almera, no wardrobe, room size pathetic, linens and pillows are dirty, no door mates.

Toilets: no toiletries , bad smell in toilet, size pathetic (4X5 f ) .

Recreation: literally nothing to do.

Swimming pool: used by local, poor environment, no discipline,

It is not place to visit with family.

Location:- nothing nearby .

Food :- just ok you can eat.

Staff are polite but no management.

It is worse property I have visited in my life.

Makes us members through cheating, gave fake papers, no ID, deducted money (by taking our credit card & then keeps us busy in talks), i asked for orgininal agreement (they said they'd give, but at the end after money for deducted gave rough paper flowcharts). Next day we asked for refund, which was denied. We finally accepted the membership n thought of using it, but got to know that we need to book 2-3 months in advance.. Later during our holiday in goa, persons calls us to pay annual fee (surprise). Even after 80k membership fee, we had no impression that we will have an annual fee to pay. That was like "go to hell" moment.

I and my family are planning to trip to a surat. when we go to surat we are stay in this hotel, but its hotel not good for the family. because its rooms AC is broken and the beds have bugs in it. gloomy ambiance.it is a mess in the middle of a messy location. This is the hotel is the worst one. The staff is terrible.i went with family. And they have no consideration. Rooms are the worst quality. otherwise, Guys don't book this hotel at all. Even the wifi is worst.

These Country Club guys have established an office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and cheating people. Check their reviews in Google and Complaints board if you want. Government of India should take up this case on high priority . Here is my case: I am a member of Country Club. I had got the membership from Country Club Saudi in 2016. Recently, I had planned a family trip to Thailand. I thought of availing the country club holidays option as it was part of the package and asked them to book the accommodation in Bangkok, Thailand. They booked it and shared me the voucher. Along with that, they asked me to pay the additional tax(Rs: 4266(per day charges is Rs:20.6 usd) for which I paid. They also said I do not have to pay any additional amount to the hotel in bangkok. So, once I reached the hotel in Bangkok on 8th August 2019 late in the night, the receptionist told that my booking exists but I have to pay the accommodation cost. When I told them that it has been booked from country club, the hotel receptionist said that they have not received any payment from country club and he will not let me do the check in without payment. He also said lot of customers from country club have been facing the same problem. It was a horrible experience for me. A Total Embarrassment. I contacted the country club representative from Saudi on Whatsapp immediately and told the issue. He apologized to me, asked me to do the payment and assured me that he will fix the issue. I paid around 4800 THB and took the receipt from the hotel and shared it with the country club representatives and asked for the reimbursement. It has been 3 weeks now, I have been following up with them to reimburse my amount but there is no proper response from them. Most of the times, the responses have been unprofessional.I just want my money back. Moreover, I have asked them to revoke my country club membership and refund my membership amount as I was totally unhappy with their services. There is no response for that too. In Fact, They have never called me on their own after I took the membership. This company lacks professionalism and ethics. Customer Satisfaction is horrible. I Suggest to everyone not to take any memberships from Country Club.

I do not know how to get my money back. I badly want them to revoke my country club membership and refund my membership amount.

In the month of August, along with my family I been to the bandipur, we reached resort by 12:40pm, Good greeting from the manager, after fresh up, we had lunch, it's very tasty, and best price. In the evening they conducted some magic event, . Next day early morning around 5:30, we went for the trekking to the BR hills with the resort guide, the weather is so chill but nice experience, and also in the noon we been to safari, that day went just lyk that, in the third, we ppl just relax in the swimming pool next we played some indoor outdoor games in the resorts. For us it's new experience, and our family lyk the country club services, next in for months again we are planning to go through country club.
