I had upgrade membership by priya, firdos, miskin and vinod and all follow up me I don't want to take by review and service but priya come to my office and confirm me that in Nov month he give me booking of kollam and I took membership but after that as bookig window also not open she update me booking is full in kollam so I update her to cancal my membership and refund my money but she fails to do and it's worst service

Kabir Shastri explained the plan quite well. He's a very good guy. It was a great experience coming to the Country Club. We enjoyed it a lot, and the kids had a great time too. People often criticize the Country Club, but our experience was quite good. Thank you, Country Club.

The country club is not a legitimate business. It is best to avoid purchasing countryclub memberships. They will charge a large amount for membership, and even if you want to go on a vacation, they will give you very little notice, and you must plan your vacations according to their requirements. Never put a penny down on countryclub .net

I got a fake voucher from ernakulam, kaloor office.

Beware all who got the vouchers from there????

They told me can book through the website

I bought a VÌP policy from Andheri west branch The sales person was Vivek Sìngh. He us a skilled cheater and fraud.

He sold the policy for 30 years amounting 150000.

When I received the contract paper it showing 7000 additional AMC per year. When I contacted Vivek Singh the sales person , he said it will be waived off and will receive official communication

I contacted everywhere but they don't reply.

Now I planning to contact consumer court.

Please don't bye any policy from this fraud branch at Andheri

The sales department is amazing especially mr.sahil and his team ronny. I wanted to book 1 room for my guest urgently and it was sunday, it usually needs 1-2 days to book room from voucher but mr. Sahil was very kind and helpful and he sorted out my booking ASAP. Thank you for your service and must recommend.

I would like to share special thanks to mr ronny 9867924002 u can connect 24x7 i was really wondering how to get holidays one of country club executive sold me membership after that he stopped respinding to my call i didnt know what to do somehow found mr ronny no. And asked for services with lots of conplaint ronny qyickly answered if yoy have paid full membership fee with no due left and current year amc its too easy to get holidays i told him i paid 2.5 lakhs n took red season membership now am planning for holidays , he asked me where u want to go domestic or international , i was ahocked to here they really give internatuonal holidays , mr ronny helped me to book my europe trip for diwali and to my surprise i got best hotel unexpected at almost just 20% , there are many benefuts country club offers but its very important to take with right executive who has full knowledge . I had subscribed for country club's lifetime offer in Dec 2022. Immediately after this many warned me of the poor online reviews of this. Most said it was nearly impossible to get a booking anytime, however early one tried. I made a booking well in advance but had to reschedule it at a short notice. Ronnie, the only point source of contact was readily available and saw to it that it was rescheduled without any hassles.

I hope the experience at the property at Lee Resort, Mahabalipuram will be as trustworthy as the sales manager.

I would like to thank country club team for the wonderful stay . We, six adults reached the country club amruta castle on 14 February. We were received at reception with a welcome attitude we were accomodation in castle which was good for a comfortable living.

And thank you Team Salman Khan and Kabir shastri.

Myself and my wife joined country Club on 27 june 2023.

We have not utilized any of country Club vacations nor used their clubs and also not utilizes a single rupees.

Due to my wife urgent medical treatment we have requested country Club to refund full amount within 5 days.

My wife is the primary applicant. She informed me that she has never sign agreement copy.

Her signature is copy pasted by someone in the agreement copy which they are referring to.

Hence this is not applicable to deduct 10% amount from whatever we have paid

We want full refund of 70350 Rs for my wife medical treatment within 5 days. Failing this deadline will impact her medical treatment. On Monday 3rd july I am sending you a letter on your registered address and it will receive to your address on next day.

I have 10 month baby and also I am taking care of my wife due to medical treatment. We all begging you please refund our full amount 70350 Rs in 5 days in my bank account. Otherwise my wife medical treatment will be delayed.

Once I will get my full amount in my bank account, I will delete this post...

They just take your money and charge you 72k as annual maintenance.

The hotel I stayed in during my trip to Pune was one of the worst I have ever experienced. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the room was dirty and poorly maintained.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was slow and disorganized. The staff did not seem to care about providing a good first impression or making guests feel welcome. Once I got to the room, I noticed the walls were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was in dire need of renovation.

To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi was not working, and the television was outdated and barely functional. The air conditioning unit was also faulty and produced a loud noise that made it difficult to sleep at night.

The breakfast buffet was mediocre at best, with limited options and questionable hygiene standards. The dining area was also unclean, and the tables were not properly cleared between guests.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Pune. The staff's attitude towards their guests was unacceptable, and the facilities were not up to standard.

Only the outsourced restaurants and cafes which are paid make sense. Rest as a club country club is the most horrible club ever. Don't ever every pay for its membership or fall in the trap of its 3 day free stay thing. Horrible customer care / service, horrible disrespectful staff, they will tell you no refund and won't do anything until you keep following up and you get frustrated . Everything is paid. Just doesn't make sense to become a member here.

We conducted Rotary Club Meeting at Country Club Begumpet . The Event went very well and the Staff cooperated well .The Ambience and Food were execellent . The event was attended by 50 Club Members . Swati from Banquets team coordinated the Event and she was good to talk to . She has arranged all the things as per the plan . Thanks to Swati and other Staff of Country Club the Event was Successfully conducted to the satisfaction of all our Club Members.
