Fraud company “Country club hospitality & holidays ltd” company is a fraud company. Especially Janardhan & Revati, Sumit from their Pune branch & Sandhya, From Hyderabad.

Don't become victims to their executives’ calls.

After all payments, there’s no response from their customer service and no reservations. Unfortunately until this date Aug 2021, I didn’t get any single reservation at their resorts or hotel. They are cheating customers. I met many people with the same issues at their Pune office.

Pathetic people. Save your money guys, don't fall into their trap.

Here is what happened to me on 24-06-2021 - 2.45 pm.

I started getting a call from your sales team From Mr. Janardhan Kaushal(Mobile No- 727720xxxx) Dt. 16 Jun 2021 for a 35000 package for 5 years and some additional benefits. Upon review, I found out it didn't suit my requirement, so I informed the sales rep that I was not interested in the offer. The next day I again got a call and told them that I was not interested.

Once again got a call on Dt. 19 Jun-21 Same happened.

Then your Zonal Head, Sumit Papani(Mobile No - 8459688xxxx) Call me and sent a WhatsApp with some offers. I told him what I would be interested in to which he replied.

Once again call was received from Mr. Janardhan Dt. 24 Jun-2021, & lots of fake promises as below:

1.I would like to request the cancellation of my membership from the country club if you REFUND my provided membership payment of Rs.35000 Dt. 24 Jun 21. I am forced to cancel the membership due to some false promises given by the sales/marketing team Sr. consultant Mr. Janardan Kaushal, Emp ID:- CVPUFC3139. I am not using as on date any of your club activities & service. also not interested in using any club activities in the future.

2.As per your email confirmation Dt. 26 Jun 2021, 16:58 in the provided clause/ agreement, it's clearly mentioned that I can cancel my membership in the cool period of 10 days. I have taken this membership Dt. 24th June 2021. So, as per your email confirmation and yesterday's visit to your Hyderabad customer care office as per your request I was sent you a cancellation letter within 10 days as per your commitment not required you received in 10 days only need to Mr. Khaja Sir confirm sent before 10 days from your end, Attached herewith letter copy and courier details for your reference.

I am putting my papers for cancellation of the scheme and I want my full amount(Paid 35, 000) to be refunded at the earliest. or as per your policy close.

3.Cancellation reasons are given below: - hope you are not required if we cancel in your committed Cool period time but some are below:

a) I have purchased this scheme/membership with Rs.35000 Rs and Sr. consultant Mr. Janardan Kaushal, Emp ID:- CVPUFC3139 told me that this is the highest discount that I have got from the Country Club but the same scheme/ membership was offered to me with 33,310.03 only. Also offered below benefits:

1.D-mart Voucher Rs.2000 per voucher 4 Times= Rs. 8000.

2.SPA Voucher Rs.6000 without any condition.

3.No any other hidden additional Cost over and above of membership & accommodation.

4.Jungle Safari free during Bandipore vacation.

5.Additional Stay 6 nights 7 days two times means 14 Nights without any additional cost.

6.Also promise my big son 16-year-old to stay with you without any charges.

7.For food 40% discount on own property & other locations also some discounted rate.

8.Each person's birthday & Anniversary calibration in the country club.

a) During calibration Free cake from the country club and Rs.1500 Gift vouchers every Time you can use without any condition.

b) Every year 5 Calibration 4 birthday & 1 anniversary= 5 5 Cake every year Total 30 Cakes Approx. 500 Cost 30 500= Total Rs. 15,000/-

c) Every year 5 Celebration 4 birthday & 1 anniversary= Rs.1500 Food Gift Voucher every year Total 30 Food Gift Voucher each Rs.1500 Cost 30 500= Total Rs. 45,000/-

9.AMC Cost Rs. 6000 per year As per offer but you commit if you pay in one time 50%, Rs.15,000/- if pay in one time and additional discount form your Rs. 3000, So Final Cost For 5 Year AMC you committed Rs.12000/-

10.If we stay in a country club without using a holiday package & voucher, we need to pay only Rs.499/- GST Only for family.

11.50% discount on AMC charges for a lifetime.

12.Guaranteed booking confirmation if the booking is done in 15 days - 30 days in advance under this special and exclusive vacation ownership scheme.

13.Lifetime Free access to all clubs and fitness centers and country club events for 10 years.

14.Representative told me the "Blue category" is entitled to booking window 15-30 days while later I came to know that the actual window is 45-70 days - a straight case of over-selling and under-delivery

15.Representative mentioned free access to all the CLUBS, EVENTS, FITNESS CENTERS of CountryClub through this package, however now I see, CLUBS are excluded!

16.You can transfer or gift the holidays to someone else., This holiday you can split in 2 holidays also(2N & 3 days).

17.On weekends you can visit any Country club locations where you will get Lunch or dinner for Rs.350/-per person only.

18.Janardhan told us that decision you need to make right now since this offer is valid for today only & it is due to the completion of 30years of a country club.

19.As of the date I have not received any membership card and voucher from the country club.

20.Also Mr. Janardhan did not show me any agreement and I did not sign any agreement. also not explain any agreement conditions with me.

When we have gone through in detail some website details, we got to know that how many fake promises they made us and the T&C page tells a different story.

After highlight these fake promises with Mr. Summit Papani Branch Head Pune, He said to me forget the fake promises given by Mr. Janardhan, Mr. Summit Punish to Mr. Janardhan, and for compensation to me provide email confirmation for 5 weeks of holidays through vouchers.

These extra holidays have been offered as compensation for our sales executives' false commitments and to encourage you for a happy journey with the Country Club.

Anything they offered and some contents are opposite. They have told us that this membership can be cancelled at any time but it is given exactly the opposite in the customer care email Dt. 26 Jun 2021, 16:58 / provided agreement clause. Cool period only 10 days.

4.Now I feel the country club is totally a fraud company due to some fraud promise given by your employee and I am unhappy with your service and I will not suggest anyone take the membership. If I do not get my money back within 10 days, I will take legal action against the Country club and your employee.

Under The Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Protection from unfair or restrictive trade practices.

I want to refund the amount the membership in a country club because at the time of providing membership they said some services to us. but until now they did not confirm any of those services. We asked the country club employee & Customer care so many times about that service. but they are not responding properly. so we want to refund that membership amount.

Now due to finance issue I want to refund of my membership amount, please do the needful.

Now I completely understand that these guys have made us fool by offering them many benefits against their membership.

I started calling customer care & putting mails to refund my payment due to their false commitment but they are not responding over mails or calls for a refund.

So I request you to help me to get my payment refund. I have found lots of complaints about the country club for the same commitment done with the other customers by the country club but not fulfilled & not return the payment.

On one side, COUNTRY CLUB is going live celebrating sportsmanship, Go For Gold for P.V. Sindhu and on the other hand Mr. Y Rajeev Reddy is not even aware of how the company is functioning on the micro level and how his sales people are making customers lives miserable and molesting their modesty throught their virtual personal comments on customers personal level without even knowing the customers background.

Here is what happened to me on 31-07-2021 - 2.07pm

I started getting a call from your sales team for a 35000 package for 5 years and some additional benefits. Upon review I found out it didnt suit my requirement so I informed the sales rep that I was not interested and would like to pass on the offer. Next day I again got a call and told them that I was not interested.

Then your Zonal Head, Anup Singh(Mobile No - 845101XXXX) sent a whatsapp with some offers. I told him what I would be interested in to which he replied -

This offer is not for your profile try something else. To this I calmly told him in that case dont message me again since I already said I wasnt interested.

To the height of frustration Anup went and messaged that" EVEN WE ARE NOT INTERESTED TO HAVE SUCH A LOW PROFILE AS OUR MEMBER"

After this he immediately blocked the whatsapp not giving me the opportunity to explain what mt background was. I called him from my cell phone and he picked up but hearing my voice and upon knowing its me, he hung up and after that never answered my calls again.

Is this what your sales team does when a client doesnt want to book your package? The come down to personal offense and start demeaning them?

Is this professional?Is this how work ethics is displayed by your employees?

Who is supposed to monitor this? Do you have any policy in place to look at this or has the company given an open hand to do whatever it takes as far as Country Club us is getting the membership plan sold.

What is your company doing with people like Anup Singh at a Zonal Head level who makes personal comments on potentials customers financial background.

This is very unfortunate and if these are the people who potentials customers have to deal with, I will not suggest anyone to go with Country Club as there are other options in the market with better serive and people to deal with.

Upon reporting the same on Country Clubs CMD, Y REDDY's Twitter account, he blocked my Twitter account. So they just want to show only the good things and hide the dark side of their company,

No one from the management or from the company made an attempt to call me back.

I need an answer from the management or I will be forced to move to the consumer court.

Country club team took 40200 as a membership via Debit care but now they are not fulfilling the commitments that did before payment so I want to cancel my membership but they are not cancelling or refund my amount.

I got a membership from Countryclub with cost of SAR 16, 000/ in 2019. After all payment there’s no response from their customer service and no reservations. Unfortunately until this date May 2021 I didn’t get any single reservation at their resorts or hotel. They are cheating customers. I met many people with same issues at their Riyadh office

Worst of all.do not trust them. they will scam you with sweet talks. no proper customer service. they will not connect you and give you big promises. go for mahindra holidays but not for country club. the rating should be negative instead of 1 star

I'm just thinking about buying of club Mahindra Membership but one guy comes on my place from country club they told me about country club membership and I'm buying Membership but after buying Membership they those guy don't pick up my call and don't reply my messages.

And suddenly I got no of Kunal ( 913638xxxx ) On Facebook and I'm co-ordinate with us and they withen 1 week they solve the my problem.

I'm not trust on Country Club but I trust in Ronny and are Team Thanks Kunal and Ronny.

These people 1st call us to take membership talk sweet later avoid us

After month start asking for maintains charges

This is to bring to your notice that I undersigned having membership CVMU1VIP5LB271646 and got property at Manali Himalayan Monal with my family, , the property holder was asking me to live the The hotel is located 6.5 km off an inner road ( even futher from the main road ) and at a dead end. Once dropped at the hotel, there was nothing else to do. Even a walk along the road towards the inner road was impossible because of very bad road condition. Unless you want to walk in muck over stones and be covered in dust ( when a vehicle manages to pass the narrow road ) the property holder was asking me to live and check out from our hotel ant 1:00AM , but I think I did mistake to take your property then too have experienced in my first trip .

I ask to give alternate property from your side and enjoy my holidays . Still not rply fron club site all members and salse persone not answering

Later what to do will decide with membership .

And i will give u advice plse visit your property before u sell your membership

On month of Jan I saw add about Country club in facebook but I got very bad review about Country Club .One of friend is also member of country club my friend suggest me to don't take any membership from Country Club but Sr Manager Saurabh called me and he explained each and everthing about prouduct and membership of Country Club. He came at my home to explained about thier product about their facility what Country Club provide to their customer . He impressed me and my husband and we decided to take 30 years VIP membership .He conviced me and my whole family too .All my negative vibes turn into positive vibes just bcoz of SR.Manger Saurabh Das , recently we visited De Goa property of Country Club just bcoz of Saurabh Das my holiday was memorable.He helped us for booking resort and travels too .If anyone want membership from Contry Club then please dont go for negative comments .I ll suggest to take membership from Sr.Manager Saurabh Das bcoz what he commited he fullfilled all our needs.Now my family is planning for BANDIPUR on Nov. Big fraud and cheater they are full paid membership fees since 4 year back when ever ask for booking in north India they demanding Resort payment for 1 night & bedding extra. We already pay annual maintainence Charges, yet they demanding extra charges for the resort booking & reason given by them they don't have single resort in north India. Please Never buy Country club membership

Sr.manager saurabh call me and he explained about the product but I see review there have bad reviews but saurabh das convince me and he come to my home and he explained very nice about the product and he give me in 35000 membership .... Recently I visit in Bandipur and it was too good experience in country club property and if any one want membership Country Club holidays then take only with Sr.Manager Saurabh das Bcoz what he committed to me he fullfield everything ....

This review is only for Ronny who is one of sr sales manager in country club I saw an ad of country club where they were selling lifetime country club membership in just 35, 000 I was in doubt how come this is possible ??? Is this a joke ... Then I got in touch with few of my friends discussed the same i got mix reviews some said it's not possible some said this and that then went through 100s of reviews online where it was said country club is fraud they cheat they don't give holidays and I got diecey but somehow I thought of going through presentation I stay at navi mumbai Kharghar Ronny the guy came from country club patiently explained me everything then I said y u have so many negative reviews , will I get even holidays ? He said he is proud to be a part of country club though it has lots of people saying negatives people say srk is old but he is a star if u watch his movie it will be paisa vasool same way despite people whatever say country club is booming in market and its a brand which is serving since last 30 years and full paisa vasool in just one year whichever membership u take so I took this membership looking at a young guy with grt confidence in the product he is selling literally I paid 35000 went to Bandipur stayed 6 nights today online price I saw 6000 per night me n my wife started doing gym in kharghar I did few meetings at Andheri West with my friends and i proudly say come at country club I am it's member , thanks Ronny if people like u is in any organization definitely that organization will grow . DONT TRUST COUNTRY CLUB BUT TRUST RONNY
