Country Club Jim Corbett, Nainital

We had a week long holiday trip at Country Club Valley Vista, Kodaikanal. It was during the PONGAL festival-2019. The hospitality was too good. We feel extremely satisfied with the courtesy and good manner of Mr. Susant. He is very sincere, and his approach towards guests is very pleasant.

I purchased a holiday package named "Millionaire Club Classic" from "Country Vacations Division India" worth Rs. 10, 50000/- using which I am eligible to book holiday packages(International/Domestic) once a year for 5 years starting from 04/11/2018. I submitted my travel plan with dates( 05/02/2019 to 11/02/2019) and opted for " One Week Family Holiday" package which is complimentary. They were postponing my request from the beginning and as my travel dates are falling near, today i.e. 31/01/2019 they are forcing me to opt for Domestic travel instead of Internation holiday package(as promised at the time of payment). Also, I'm forced to accept 40% of my payment as the refund, which I'm not willing to.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay at country club kovalam , right from our room which was quite tastefully done, to facilities like ayurvedic massage centre, Jacuzzi, swimming pool etc. Everything was well made and managed.

We are thankful to country club for such a wonderful and memorable experience

We would like to share our experience. The location of the resort is excellent. Good ambience, good staff, tasty food and above all Mr. Sathishkumar's entertaining guests. They had also made sightseeing arrangements at reasonable cost. The rooms were excellent. They provided with room heaters since it was very cold. I would recommend all Country Club members to visit the place once.

I stayed in tjis kodaikanal resort for 2 nights. I had a good experience. Good people, Good food, descent ambience. Location of resort is also good. Evening Activivities conducted by club was fun. Staff assisted for sightt seeing and city has lot of sight seeing spot which we enjoyed. Overall it was fine and I enjoyed a stay.

My Membership id is CVBG1SCLUB5LB246793 and I have taken this membership from Sarjapur Country Club center.

They have returned disputed amount of Bank but they have not returned my amount which they have taken on cash 25K. They supposed to return after their locking period.

They never replied to mail or call so I really worried they are willing to return my money or not.

Please help me to get my money back for them.

We visited Country Club Rock Springs, Kochi in December 2018. We saw that they do not welcome us to sit.After some time some body came and told to sit. Then we decided to go to swimming pool. Because of larger crowd and improper arrangements we did not go to swimming pool. we were desperate. After Some time that was also finished. Then we thought about food. The restaurant was not opened. After some time it was opened the food was ordered. We have taken the food unfortunately it was not tasty.

A 7 day stay was fascinating. Got a bit put off by its seclusion. Did not know what to do.

However, from day one, we were made comfortable by the staff. It was not very populates. The house keeping staff, the reception staff, they all took great care of the two of us, both senior citizens. Sushant in particular served at the restaurant giving us what was best suited for us.

The view from the room was amazing right before sunrise till the sun went down.

Terrific week.

I am staying with my family@Country Club, KodaikAnasultanl, the location of the resort is a peaceful with out any noise, disteubance and pollution. We are very happy to spend for two days. The person in-charge Mr.Francis and his team very obedient, kindness and help us a good hospitality. We are planning again staying this resort very soon.

The overall experience was satisfying. Food service was great especially the Catering head Chef Mr Shushat was very cooperative in going out of his way to provide us variety of dishes. Location was great for quite holidays. The entertainment was well coordinated by Mr Satish, who also took us to nearby trek.

We had a very comfortable stay at Country Club KODAIKANAL.The staff was very supportive and very cordial.

The food preparation was excellent. I informed our friends about our stay at the resort.

Please keep up the hospitality always.

The road to the resort from the main road is not up to the standard.Please try to repair it.

Please add additional lights on the way to the rooms.

We went to country club Kodai with our family in last October and we had a nice time. Staff are excellent and food is very good. We went for trucking and nicely organised by Mr.Satish. Only thing is approach road is not good and we need to depend on own vehicle or travel desk.Over all nice experience.

I got a call from the country club, mam you got lucky coupon, please come and collect and will provide complementary coffe, i asked so many times we need to pay aything, but they told no madam, its absolutely free, but once we went to their office, they will give class on country club promotions, after taht they will tell rates those rates are more than 80k, if we will take that card only, they will give their coupon. otherwise they will tell will send a mail, but they will not send any email, so please aware those calls.please dont respond to those calls, and dont waste your time,

please stay away from this scammer company, do not ever visit their offices.

I paid 1lakh Rupees but actual membership cost RS. 20, 000. I had been cheated by Sales team his name is Siva Kumar who claimed he is Senior Manager. After I had spoken to him about this, he said sorry and he will return my excess money paid but from next he is escaping from us.

Don't accept lucky draw coupons from any shopping malls, if any gives us ask them is it for what and which company and if they say it's from country club throw them, if you accept then you will be trapped. I will upload siva kumar picture and voice recording as well. I got his voice recording as well it's all lie what they speak. They will invite to Amrutha castle in Hyderabad, not only Hyderabad I had came to Bangalore on job purpose and visited another branch as well, same fraud commitments they do and facilities are worst, no maintenance, people will fall sick after using wash rooms and any other like swimming pool.

You can find many bad reviews on country club on internet but if you see any good reviews those are self written by country club staff. If you want save yourself and your family and friends be away from country club or alias country vacations both are same company and they do agreement on third party JIMKANA MEMBERSHIP to safeguard themselves from legal issues.

So people careful.

We took the membership on oct6 2018.We had spent more than 3 hour.. And finally we fall in the big trap by giving false promises by the Hemanth and Divya.. In Cunningham road CCHHL BRANCH. Like they provide

Free spa coupons for both That is our "HARDLY EARNED MONEY"We have approached a Trusted NGOCalled MASS INDIA. BEFORE 15 days we got part of our money back. This is the worst company I have ever seen in my life. They keep doing false commitments just to get the payment from members and after receiving payment they don't even care who you are. I have taken 30yrs membership and also paid lifetime AMC amount for my membership but they don't even care about such customers who has invested about 3 lacks rupees in their membership. This is really disgusting. I have so many issues with this company and have written mails and call recordings as well. If someone know where to complaint for this to get our money back then please do let me know. I don't know how this company os surviving and how come there is no action taken by police / government on such companies. These kind of companies should be banned and their bank accounts should be blocked. I would suggest to everyone that never ever buy country club membership. It is better to give money in charity rather then wasting in Country Club.

We had good time in Country club wildlife resort Bandipur. Thanks to Javed who helped us a lot in booking the resort.

Hospitality was very good, they really take care of the needs. Food was good, expect to have few more non vegetarian items. We had got studio room, which I feel should be renovated a bit.
