Hi I am sharing my review regarding concentrix technologies. The infrastructure of this company is good. But do not go on the looks of this company. The work environment is pathetic and managers do not know professionalism and how to talk to their employees. No professionalism & management, staff talks like some roadchhap. abuses new employees, trainer doesn't do anything except reading from the presentation files for a couple of hours then roaming around for the rest of the time. cheap company.I will suggest to do not start your career from here, they will ruin your career growth and also you will loose your self confidence.

Hi to everyone who I reading this review. This is to inform all of that you should not join this company. It only has the good infrastructure that's it. otherwise this company is bad, which make all the fake promises to the employees those are all fake.

if you are joining also than keep it in mind everything before joining that `everything make it clear before continuing, because they dot tell anything clearly beforehand, and make a confusion and cheat to their employees without giving any proper resolution.

They only show that they are the big brand in the market, but they are not from inside, if you joint then you will see. its is better to sit idle rather than working with this company.

I worked in concentrix company, pay was quit good but when it comes to professional, it's really a great place to work, people are very helpful and supportive. And managers are very kind in nature. If they found that you are struggling to grow up, then they will give there all support to make your job easy. I learnt lot of things in that company. It's like a corporate teacher for freshers. If you are looking for long term career then it's the right to work.

Cocentrix technology is the subsidiary of Synnex(NYSE) since 2006. Cocentrix provides business services to its clients .It is one of the largest business process outsourcing company of the world .

Pros of concentric: In a Voice process, When you work for international process(US& UK shifts), the ability of communication increases.

The organisation taught you, How to become a complete formal men or women in this era of cut throat competition.

Cons of Concentric: Not too much space, It means you hardly get 2 or 3 seconds between successive calls .

They are not paid higher salary.

Some employees of this company, Which left the company because they said, Concentrix not paid their salary .

I was hired for comcentrix company for backed process . Although company is very big and it has many process but there were many factors that distracted me from this company

And although salary was very low but I will not talk about salary

What I didn't like is the interior . I mean there was no much space as it should be in a mnc

Second fact that they only provide only one side cab . That was disgusting . They should understand that its not easy for people to come daily from far distance to gurgoan

They should learn somethig from convergys ( who provide both side caps )

Concentrix technologies is the one of the business service providing company for their customers. I had been employed to this company. The salary which I hired was very low when compared with the other companies. The work environment was very good and people were user friendly in nature. The work burdern was very high and there is no time gap between the calls to attend. as a fresher I needed to adjust to that environment type but the experience increases the features and benefits will be given, one way cab, lunch, extra curriculam activities etc.

I joined this company in 2015. It was my first job and my expectations were not very high as all I wanted was to start. My salary was 15k in hand.I was offered one side cab. I was working with Amazon process. The call flow was really fast, you hardly get 10sec between 2 successive calls. The TL was not very suppprtive. He would not even allow me to take my daily breaks at my choice. Infrastructure is good and is located at a prime location, cyber city. I had a mix experience over there maybe bcz of the kind of process I was into. If you get into this organization give yourself some time and over the period of time you will start liking the work atmosphere of concentrix.

I had a good Experience working at Concentrix. Comfortable, Friendly Environment, Relaxed, Chilled out .Work is fun and culture is different. Healthy Environment and great work diversity.The job is very much challenging and learning curve is tremendous.however besides all this advantages this company should also treat theur employees well if not they will loose their value for the above mentioned points. its very important that they treat their employees well.

Concentrix Technologies is a good company for fresher but they have lot of disadvantages like their equipment are old and sometimes it does not work properly, Their management should increase their professional level because their behaviour and skills are unprofessional, They give little low salary to employee and my advice is to increase salary of employee.Their customer service is very good but their staff should behaves polite way and they should understand that they are doing professional job.Other than this lot of factor they should care about.

I have been working with Concentrix since last 6.5 years.

I started as an associate and now am working as a Assistant manager from last 1.5 years. The company has a great growth rate and HR policies and drives a great culture.

One of the best management training staff in industry.

I have been working in this company since 2011.And this is the company to work for if you want to grow and earn while you are learning.

Work environment is just amazing.Hr policies and procedures are so robust that no one can be biased or discriminatory even if someone wanted to.

People are very much supportive and staff is excellent.

Concentrix belives in treating the employees well so that they take care of its clients.

Concentrix has some out of the box training programmes which have awarded the best in industry

One of my friend working in Concentrix Gurgaon. He provide me views about this company. There working environment and culture is excellent as compared to its rival companies. Here there are many opportunities from one can learn a lot. In this year 2017 Concentrix will get the two new processes one of the process is of retail banking of ABN AMRO BANK. Hiring of these new process will start in April 2017. One must apply to it as it is employee friendly company and providing good transport to employees for pick and drop. There is a opportunity to Boost your career to higher level.

Concentrix technologies also a fast growing company before 1 year that is also take over the ibm daskh .that is also work in it field and also work for third party such as bharti airt Ltd. also provide customers survice to airtel customers. so we can say that they are also work for other various companies in communication system

This is to warn anyone who is being offered a position with Concentrix daksh especially with UK banking account, the position for Collections Head.is actually not collections at all, this position is not at all for thise who are from credit and collections industry and though the management would like to think otherwise it is purely a service quality profile, so if you are offered this role as collections head for UK bank process in bangalore and you have pure collections background in 3rd party please think twice as it might be a career destroying move.

Hi, I am working with concentrix since June 2016. Within 6 months I came to know that this company has facing challenges with there management. Let me share goods and bads about this organisation.

Good

1) As like brand BPOs, they are providing salary on time. Employee will salary credited in there account on last working day of month.

2) I am sorry, I am thinking but not getting anything else which is good in comparison to other BPOs.

3) yes, if you have potential and you know to play with the process. You are going to rock here and there are bright chances of early promotions as they have a lot of processes.

Bad

1) Transport is pathetic as they are providing it through 3rd party vendors

2) Hire and fire after 6 months policy are there.

3) lack of support from the hieracy people . However, exceptions are always there.

4) they will not give you even a single penny on the name of bonus or any supplementary pay.

5) on the name of business requirements , they can harrase you.

6) Senior management not stuck to there commitments at times

7) They will not care about your personal problems. Everyone is there to save his/her job.

8) Hr employee relation is not there. It will be just for the name.

9) you can't acees internet there from the lan IDs of concentrix. You have to beg on your knees for the salary slips and other documentation proofs.

10) they will not confirm your employment to anyone.

I will suggest you to join concentrix but also try to plan for better future.

I have been an employee with them since the IBM days nearly over a decade & year after year this company suprises us with no promotions, no appraisals. cafeterias are soo bad. no health food. no ambience. they only spend on getting their Gurgaon offices renovated since all the biggggiiess sit there. all the biggies enjoy lavish trips across the world.

To give the hard working employees a reward the company cannot even afford a McDonalds meal.

They beleive in cost cutting under the name of environment friendly by cutting basics like tissue papers in the toilet. its a true shame

I have been working in concentrix  Bangalore, for quite some time now.

Unlike any other company it has its own loop holes which aint really necessary. What matter is how I feel as an employee of tat organisation?

Well I should be honest. This place is like no other place . well we have work commitments but then the place is so much fun and happening. The food at the cafeteria sucks though they have been changing vendors frequently  or may be we are too used to the taste, it doesnt excite us. Management is pretty good and responsible, there are always some idiots arround  but they been take care off to by the company:P . VISIBility exists in all aspects and we are valued through out.

I got selected through consultancy name Job shaper on 11 june 2016 got the offer letter on the same day.  My joining date was 13th june 2016 so I reach office around 10 and documentation started around 1pm due to lack of cordination which was pathetic.

I was the last one to leave the office around 8 30pm after the completion of documentation.  on the next day that was  the appointment day I was informed that my area falls under non hiring zone due to which I will not be provided pick and drop facility.  So everyone refered me to the HR recruiter who unforturnetly or unintenionally was on off today. They wasted my time energy and money as I came around 2pm . Guys beware of this Consultancy Job shaper and hr in concentrix,  Please check with the HR team for the hiring zone.

I was operating in concentrix since past eight months currently have left it, well it absolutely was not sensible expertise in concentrix, I got terribly bore during this company, and that they give terribly minimum remuneration, asking us to come back right down to workplace for six days for work, tho' the manager was superb, terribly accessory, however if i'm not pleased with the remuneration, and therefore the job, its become terribly laborious to perform well. Inspite of that my performance was sensible, however I left it solely due to less remuneration.
