My Newspaper recently gave a set of 10% discount coupons to a number of restaurants and I decided to go to one of these. As it happened, there was also a coupon for ''Coffee Connection'', which was opposite to the place we'd chosen for lunch.
Hence, we landed at coffee connection after a heavy meal, with the hope to grab a cuppa ''caapi''. From the outside, it looked good what with wooden nameplate and all. So it drove us to step in. And so began one of the best Resto-experiences I've had.
Now, it might be a little premature in providing a great review on the food there, coz I had nth but coffee. But what makes it an imperative mention is the place itself! The finesse of the person decorating the place is apparent right from the first step you take inside. There is a seamless fusion of old world furnishments & the modern ones.
Every article that we set our sight on had a uniqueness of its own. The place seems a perfect lounge where you can spend hours on end. The only con is that there are no wines served. Would be good to have them too. In terms of food, the menu had a spread from rolls to pasta to pastries & A lovely range of desserts. Peculiarly, though, Very few options in COFFEE. And specially more so in the cold ones. The name suggests it to be a coffee place, but far from it, it serves a lot more, and less coffee. Service also was quite good.
To come to the Most Striking Feature Of the Place, all in the place is for SALE. Right from the sofas and the centre tables to the decorations to the cups and spoons. If anything has a price tag to it, you can have it. & trust me, this place has some things that are just amazingly beautiful. So if you are looking for a place with a character, a place where you can have quiet, a place thatâ??s real cozy, COFFEE CONNECTION is it. Iâ??d call it a Resto-Lounge.
Check it out, people
