I have worked in Coda Technology Solution Pvt Ltd in the year 2015.My designation was senior operator my salary was 15000k. But after working 1 year I haven't got any promotion not even any increment on my salary.Here the job security is very low.Very bad environment no support at agent level.They used to stress till 12 to 13 hours in a day including all the staff its prove work environment is bad over here.They doesn't provide any paid leave even.The CEO has no control over the floor manager he was being total ignorant very bad CEO here even management too.Not a good one company to work so don't waste your time in such company.I advice to everyone not to join

I have worked in Coda technology Solution Pvt Ltd in the year 2014. I used to work as a Search Engine Optimisation. My salary is 18000 INR but after working one year I haven't got any increment on my salary. They doesn't provide food or travel allowances, even they failed to provide us Diwali bonus. The Team leader used to pressurised us for ranking their clients website. They used to stress till 11 to 12 to hours in a day including all the boys and girls, so it proves work environment is not good here. Irregular absenteeism can leads to termination how much the person contributes towards the company. One of my friend has been terminated due to this reason so the there is no job securities in here. So I suggest everyone this company is not the good one to work
