21 St June 24 we visited around 3 pm , we had bad experience in OPD Dot block 1st floor room no 18 blood samples collection area , staff behaved very rude with patient and attender, and they're not even explain about the procedure, report Turn around time, and we asked doubt about the test result she through the sample like a garbage, patient are comes with pain staff should not treat like this, that was really worst , I never seen like this kind of staff

We visited at gynae deptt.. Behaviour of ladies at reception was extremely poor. Not even have sense to talk.. Also they waste your time alot. Never go there. Even boy who cuts receipts was so slow and absent of mind. Extremely bad experience..

It was really bad to see such doctor in CMC being one of the best hospital in ludhiana. The way she treated was like a hell. I have never expected this from CMC. She really doesn’t know how to talk to a patient. Give her some training or may be she is loosing her temper with her higher post.

Hello Everyone

I had been affected by Colastic Jaundice in the year 2014. Colastic Jaundice means fluctuating Billorobin. Doctors nearby my hometown had tried different options but unfortunately the same couldn't be cured. That's the reason we moved to CMC Hospital, Vellore.Our train arrives at night 2:30 PM at kathpati.On train only I got bleeding through my anus.So, I had been admitted on that day itself at Emergency. After admission I gone through different tests. After that doctor talks with me very politely and tried to know about my difficulty. After thorough examination the doctors suggested me to try at their OPD.

On the next day my parents visited their office to book an appointment. After five days I got an appointment.

Over there the junior doctor attended me and talk with me and trying to know about my full case history. After few days I again been attended by the senior doctor namely Mr. George. I had been issued with a patient code by CMC. All the tests report and other report are sent to respective doctors as well as departments mentioning my Patient Code online.

After 20 days I was almost cured and moved to my hometown.

So, overall I found CMC, Vellore the best suitable place for any patient.

Very bad behaviour by dr Harpal Singh (gastro). He is very rude towards general ward patients. His behaviour was not good and he is not treat the patient properly. While ortho dr (dr Navneet ) was good. He was very polite.

This is a very good hospital for all. It is the home of the South Asian Cochrane Network and center and is also an intemationally recognized infectious Diseases Training and Research Center.

Worst hospital for preterm babies .. please don’t admit your babies under dr Pv Varghese he will kill your baby.. he has killed by baby by giving wrong treatment.. this hospital should be closed on humatarian basis

As doctors told we came to hospital morning 9 am for the admition of my wife for abortion. But at that time there is no bed available. So they told to wait outside of the ward till any patient discharge. But they are not registered anything to intimate the availability of bed. Repeatedly we went and asked for bed availability. Finally got bed afternoon. And then they registered the admission . but they have not started any treatment. After Few hours asked then only they told senior doctor need to come. After few hours night duty junior doctor only came and again we asked them to start procedure. But she also told same story and after 2 hours only she started procedure. It is around 9.30pm. There is no one answering for our question. Duty nurse also treat like giving free treatment. No one is carring about patient. If we not push them nothing will happen. No carring no hospitality no commitment no followup no transperent more negligence very less senior doctors. Totally disappointed. Not worth for money. Not guaranteed for patient safety.

Doctor minting money by writing tests which are not available in the hospital.

Be Aware. Ask Doctor to write test available in hospital else go to management.

They will cash your emotions

Based on ur emergency and conditions they will charge Money

If no money no treatment

Even if you paying poor madical service

They just work based on target

middle class 1_2lak

Upper middle class Upto 6 lakhs

Higher class no limit they will cash ur emergency and emotion

Thare is no value for human life they will take signs on doc that they are not responsible if patient dies

Very poor staff . They treat you like govt hospital. Hygiene is hospital is also very bad. Toilets are like public toilets on bustands.. Doctors do not see patients only students will do all works.

The doctors are grea but the staff especially the nurses at night are too rude and lathargic. They just come to have their dinner, take an unoccupied room and prepare to sleep. The nursing station is vacant for most of the time. If the senior management and doctors are reading this please check the night cctv recording before any big escalation comes due to negligence of these nurses

One of the hospital with illogical rules and administrative failure. Bribery at it its peak. One person only allowed after the labour, that too that one person should go to Pharmacy to procure medicines and take baby for vaccine which is illogical.

Who will do the payment then?

No proper food available within the hospital premises, have to visit the restaurant opposite to the hospital.

Rude security services team and non responsive staff members. Took an appointment one week earlier and got the allotted time for 9 am , but until 12:30 Doctor have not came and have not received any response from the hospital team. An underrated supervisory managerial functionality is appearing.

Late appointment, long waiting hours, too much crowd, rude staff, no test reports without doctor recommendations despite full payment, not ready to admit serious patient so long as the patient is not about to die... Junior doctors see the patients(its patient right to see the test reports but they deny ) even Strecher patient needs to be in line for test

CMC Vellore. If you are reading this. Be ready to be ashamed of you. Such a worst hospital ever. Lack of cleanliness. Rude securities, Rude nurses. I seriously don’t get why everybody have to be rude. After all we are paying u money to do ur job. Very bad infrastructure for the well known hospital. I have never felt this worst for one management. Nurses are acting like princess knows all, they don’t give the enough information. So please Never visiting this hospital again.

Last 19th I admitted my mom in cmc when I reached emergency shes not well at the time they gave oxygen from begging they said their is no bed in ICU with ventilator facilities, then I said plz doctor arrange some and start the treatment, then a doctors said his name irfan, he said boldly tht the hospital under financial crisis so they need money if ur ready to pay 7-8 l I ill arrange bed otherwise sorry, then he gave 11000 bill . the doc said if u can pay advance 2 lakh immediately then only I ill arrange bed otherwise look for another hospital I searched other places no beds so, i paid, I paid 2 lakh and admitted my mom

1) Please never visit CMC for pregnancy.

2) If you waiting for scanning, you will be waiting here for the rest of you life. They will give tokens for name sake, but the one who comes after you will go in, simply because they know some one working in CMC.

3) If you go for a check up, you will be waiting here for the whole day.

4) For any kind of billing, people have to spend hours in queue.

5) Pathetic records management about tests taken, one doctor would have taken sugar test. After another doctor will come and say there is no record of sugar test, you have to take it now.

We cant be sheding our money because of some ones mistake.

6) Few of the medical records are not written in report, they maintain it in their server(Ex: Baby heart beat).

7) All the above things that I said are for private patient now think about general ward patient.

8) The ward people there will be sitting on chair and pregnant ladies will be standing in queue for scan. Pathetic management.

Initial days(means 15 years back) CMC was good and based on that hopes we went hospital but everything got changed. Now everything is money that to double to corporate hospital so lots of fraud and cheating is going on based older days hospital goodwill. Hope Govt is not taking any action against today's fraud in CMC hospital.

I met one doctor in Child1 ward with private consulting for my kid infection due to pus in eye and were explaining the problems. The entire problem got diverted she explained new problem as viral pneumonia you have to admit immediately(per day room charge is 4000+ medicine, doctor & nurse charges are extra. have to stay 1 week to 10 days) and giving fear to parents and if anything is happened hospital is not responsible in that way so completely mind blocks and no words. With that fear we enquired other doctor in general ward and she confirmed nothing to worry its not required immediate admission. Its a dilemma whom to believe? with that confusion we reached to known local doctor and he confirmed everything was fine. Now a days 80% kids coming with this kind of symptoms only, so use nosel drop and cough drops for 4 days it will cure and he given positive boost.

For any insurance claim stamp seal/birth confirmation letter we have to pay extra 250 rupees and have to wait 10 days to get that letters.

I will not recommend CMC to any of my friends/relatives.
