Cloudnine Hospital - Shivaji Nagar - Pune

I just had a very scary and bad experience at Cloudnine and am still in shock about the severe lack of empathy shown, at a prenatal facility of such stature. It was raining very heavily in Gurgaon and as I was about to enter the facility I slipped and fell down!! I am 5 months pregnant and not a single staff member was available to help me. I entered the facility very distraught and still found no help! The stairs were very slippery and there was no hand rail at the door or any ramp. I had come for my 19 week ultrasound appointment with Dr. Bhawna, who showed absolutely no empathy when I informed her what had happened. Instead her assistant complained that I shouldn't have been late, I was late because I fell at the hospital entrance! Dr. Bhawna did half the scan very unprofessionally and seemed inept at answering basic questions and totally uninterested in her job. She was curt and seemed to be in a hurry and kept saying she had to send me out if the baby did not turn. The baby turned 5-7 minutes into the scan and even stayed in position yet she seemed to totally ignore it! Then she sent me out for a walk, despite knowing the discomfort I was in. I was told to wait for 30 minutes and after waiting 1.5 hours was told it would take even more time despite me complaining of back pain due to my fall. She was heavily overbooked and none of the staff seemed to care. My mother tried to speak to Dr. Bhawna and once again she showed zero empathy and was very rude to her, stating she would make us wait for another 1.5hours!! Eventually after 3 hours of pain and bad attitude from their staff, we demanded a refund and decided to never return here again. This was a harrowing experience for a first time mother and absolutely pathetic behavior on the part of an experienced radiologist. Highly recommend she be taken to task on this. The hospital infrastructure needs grievous improvement as well they are endangering patients. With this episode they have just lost a high value NRI client in me, as I had already spoken with a CRM the previous day to book the Presidential Suite package. I will obviously not be returning here!

We got admitted for delivery in this hospital. Medical treatment and doctors are good. Room service and food served are bad. Manager did not turn up to give the feedback even.

This hospital is surviving because of 1 or 2 good doctor. Service is quite pathetic. Management is pathetic , rude, arrogant and careless. They will never correct the problem even after accepting the mistake. Growth is based on marketing, advertisement. Beware !!! with so many hidden charges. Please dont trust the customer care words. OT may be good but no one will come to room even you press the alarm button. I feel if you remove 1 or 2 good doctor from here the Govt hospital is better than this.

My first child

First the hospital, cloud9 Malleshwaram- was welcomed as if I was entering a resort with many facilities. The marketing ppl are soooo good that they did not know where to draw the line. I was asked which package I would wanna opt for 3N4days or 2N3 days. I was amazed and asked them doesn’t the doctor decide on that?. No ma’am it’s up to the patient..

The doc- Dr Manjula Raghuveer. My first meet, wow what a women, so much Love, so much energy and so much positivity. Adddress u as putta and ur husband would instantly be her son like figure.. will speak to u sooo we’ll make u feel very comfortable and tell u ur like her daughter and ul fall for all these instantly. She would suggest u see her in her clinic from the next visit. Months would go smooth and ul feel so much at ease that I’ve chosen the best for my child and urself. She would never speak abt normal delivery or c Sec she would say I can tell u for sure when ur in active labour

Scenario changes when ur in labor. Though I went in 3 cm dilated she decides to induce me to speed up. Asked if I want epidural, I denied since i was able to manage the pain. She had told me there would be 2 doses of induction. After the 1st dose examined me and said this isn’t working well on u.. when I reminded the 2nd dose wasn’t given, she created a drama and yelled at the junior doctor and asked me to take the 2nd dose , I dilated up to 8cm quickly. At this stage she broke my membrane with out even asking me. And within a short time said baby’s heart rate is not great we need to go in for a C. I’m a person who worked on heart diseases and knew how to read a ecg. When I saw the NST result and questioned her the waves look normal. She looks at my dad and says “look ur daughter will walk out of the hospital hail and healthy but I doubt ur grandchild would make it”. With out much option I had my baby delivered via c section.later had the audacity to blame me for denying epidural that would have made it to a normal delivery

When my 1st kid was 15 monthhs old I got pregnant again. This time I did my research and stuck to a multi specialty hospital and a Dr who believed in natural birthing . I told her my story and she instantly pointed nothing as such was written in your discharge summary.I was in labour for 12 hours and delivered a healthy baby . She as a doctor would answer your questions not get too chatty , very frank on her opinion, does complete justice to her work.

So plz think twice bfr u opt for a brand oriented hospital and a doctor who is on board with u without much drama.

PS my second child was heavier than the first one and born in PSG hospitals Coimbatore . DrChitra would be one of those dr’s cuz of whom ethics and humanity exists

Son of my brother-in-law had a simple infection and was taken to Cloudnine Hospital - Old Airport - Bangalore so that it should not result in bad to worse. Shockingly, nine tests were conducted and was asked to go for four more tests.My brother-in-law was not convinced and he took his son to another hospital and the doctor said, "It is just a simple infection and nothing else".The fraudsters of Cloudnine Hospital who charged more than Rs.9000/- for his disease was solved by another doctor for merely Rs.375/- medicine!

Worst doctor. lady bothers only for money. Dr. Dash dash dash is worst. Diagnosis was wrong. Had to spend lot of money for it. Ladies please look for doctors who care for your health and baby. Staff will be busy only in billing and will not care to tell you the process and preparation. My personal experience is worst that lady doctor insisted me to get certain test done before starting the medical treatment when I refused to come she tried to threaten me and later changed the tone to convince me by changing the treatment amount.like doing some business. Beware of such witches.

I am an oracle employee, who get insurance for my treatment. Apart from insurance, we also get hospital discount of 3000 Rs. This is mentioned in the bill, but cloud 9 said, will give this amount only after insurance amount is settled. Oct 17, 2018 my surgery was done, till now we are fighting with could 9 to get the 3000 rs. Imagine the money they would have made, from several patients till now. Not all would go and ask about this discount right.

Hi

I had to undergo a surgery at Cloudnine, which as per papers is a GIPSA compliant hospital(complying to the rates agreed by the insurance company). The surgery cost as per GIPSA is 38 K while I had to pay 88K. The insurance company refused to pay the amount and the hospital does not respond to mails.

My total stay for 3 days in hospital along with surgery came to 1.5 lakhs while Insurance paid was only 38 K.

I feel cheated and miserable

Not a professional hospital for the amount they charge. rooms are average and totally unventilated. Bathrooms stinks like rotten egg. Dr. Girish SV is very unprofessional and didn't care to even examine my baby. Please think twice before going here.

Attendee is not looked after. I had to beg for blanket at night. but it fell on deaf ears. I had to sleep two nights without blanket. bed sheets were all attained with blood and im not sure of it's hygiene.

Even the final bills were over charged. They were taking charges for facilities they didn't provide. When I questioned them. then they had to revise amount

But even then, I was not convinced of all other charges they took. certainly it doesn't feel like paying 1 lakh for normal delivery. I would've minded if it was a super speality. Since it is linked to emotional attachment with our child . we somehow tolerate it. And this had been their advantage.

I had delivered baby boy on 2nd dec at cloudnine, HRBR layout branch

, Banglore .from that our struggle is on with hospital.

Staff and mgmt is rude, impolite and they make sure you feel guilty

for being there.If you had preterm baby then staff, admin will make

sure you feel you have done biggest crime by delivering preterm.

if main doctors are not available then entire system is collapsed.

I had c-section within 10 days I have been to hospital due to severe

backache.online appointment was not available and staff at front desk

didn't gave appointment and sent me back in pain saying you cant meet

dr., Admin, mgmt is not bother about training staff. Basic things like tissue you wont find outside and inside NICU even after you request. Paper cup at water dispenser are not available. One

steel glass will be kept on dispenser in weekends to save money.When I asked them to buy things from outside.Staff said admin had asked not to buy.

Worst experience in NICU. Initial days after my son was born on 2nd dec I was visiting NICU only once in day that too only for 10mins as I had trust on staff.Later on we started discovering problems.

• There was Lack of chairs in NICU we requested for 15days after that they got chair directly from waiting room without cleaning it.when we raised concern they said some story.There was no curtain in feeding room and when I have asked them.they asked me to adjust without curtain.For that even I have requested to many after they kept curtain.

• Staff coming in NICU to pick garbage, cleaning etc its same staff who will clean toilet at ground floor and then come to NICU. After cleaning with same hands they will bring reports or required stuff in

NICU.

• Its just like normal ward were people walkin without washing hand even duty doctor. Rooms of hospital are very big but NICU is not having proper facility and trained staff who take care of kids We had multiple meeting with admin, mgmt with a intention of improving facility.Result was staff became rude towards us.If u ask anything they will tell we know our job.

If your child is in NICU, you cant be at peace. They wont be pay attention to alarms.Everything is normal even critical situation too.One day one kid heart beat monitor was off for 30mins and no body bothered it.By god grace nothing happened. List of major incident happened with my son On 25th dec, his heart beat was fluctuating and nurse told its normal.It lead to situation where his lung collapsed and started bleeding

• His warmer wasnt working manytimes. On his last day too warmer was off and he was completely numb.Duty doctor and nurses were relax with this.

• Canola wasnt proper and fluid was on

• Nurse forced him to have milk which got stuck and when I asked duty dr to check he didnt pay attention and nurse told we will take care.It wasnt taken care for 10hours till I got worried

• His hearbeat and saturation was going down .It wasn’t taken care for 45 mins till I force to call doctor on 16th jan His pick line came out and no one noticed it. CPAP was not connected properly for long and when I asked staff scolded me for asking questions HFNC connector was not proper it was tangled in neck on 17th jan humanity is missing, if child is crying they wont pay attention if you

ask them they will tell its good sign he is normal.

• Basic hygine was missing in all context.His diaper wasn’t change for 3 hours when I asked nurse she said we are changing in every hour though I was in NICU for 4 hours.

• Feed, medicine will be missed frequently due to lack of staff In 5days i.e 7th feb to 11 feb 3kids lost their life and 4 kids got infected within a day.

I lost my son on 11th feb.I cant bring him back. He landed up in that situation due negligence of staff.

I consulted Dr. Radha S Rao at CloudNine Jayanagar during pregnancy and for my delivery. She is polite but does not have the best interest of the patient in mind. Beware! She nudges you and recommends unnecessary scans and tests(possibly because of referral commissions?). In case she is recommending any invasive tests, I would strongly recommend referring another doctor.

She also botched up my delivery completely - have been suffering from severe rectal issues and deep chronic fissures since the delivery. She kept nudging me for a c-section and induced delivery - both unnecessary considering how solidly and comfortably my pregnancy was progressing. On the day of labor, she fear mongered and had my labor augmented for no solid reason and conducted an episiotomy(a completely unnecessary medical procedure - internationally now redundant - see all articles on the topic) and forceps delivery when the augmentation as expected put unnecessary strain on what should have been a completely normal delivery. I believe she did that to ensure that she could time the delivery to her comfortable morning schedule. Anyway, however she managed my case, she ensured that my rectum was permanently damaged for life. I would strongly recommend against consulting her for pregnancy and delivery.

Beware of her polite demeanor - it's not always in your interest and good health!

Dr. Sathya Subramaniyam is a GOD FATHER for us. We are really really really satisfied by his simplicity nature, understanding and guiding us in each and every step of treatment, explaining us in details of the needs and necessity for the treatment to have a successful IVF. The treatment by doctor here is very clear, transparent and goes to the next step only if everything are fine and in order for next step in treatment. The doctor NEVER DO the treatment in hurry burry and takes things very patiently and only if confident will proceed further.

We are speechless, shell shocked when we heard that I am pregnant with twins.

Myself and my Husband whole heartedly thank all these wonderful staffs.

We are really in Cloudnine.

We recommend all the childless couple to go for this hospital location. Whatever be the health condition, the doctor's here can do wonders. Believe us, we are an example. Go ahead with confidence and come out with confidence.

Having treatment with Cloudnine Hospital under Dr. Satya and team for more than a month. We asked frequently questions about the progress on treatment time on time to understand his confidence but unfortunately unable to get right answer instead asked to will see in next visit.

Doing this for sometime the egg collection day arrived paid full payment include current charges plus Rs. 70000 advance under pressure as they are not relieving my wife.

Thereafter again they called for followup followed by another set of costly test without providing facts.

At the end somehow we understood by interaction with many patients that they will squeeze out completely without solution.once you start making pressure they will say I am not a god, my work is worship and if you want then go for egg donor etc.

In my case they charged in advance which was not yet happened due to poor quality of egg and these people denied to adjust it further or refund the money.

Please have a look guys seriously.

Our pain was that we choosen hospital based on rating and someone's recommendation which was wrong and also these peoples denied to have any solution for my problem once received full payment.

On website charges of doctor is 650, but hospital charges 850, feel cheated for the same.

Payment mode through their own app based, (one shud not force to use their app for transaction in a democratic country) shame they dont use cards. When asked why thy said digital india, but they accept cash which is promoting black money & mockery of the system.

Joke on Modis digital india campaign, which is not able to track forceful cash transactions in corporate hospital's.

Date 15-12-2018 its weekend and we have only one staff at the reception from 8:30 am to 11:30 PM. All people had to wait in the queue to make payments as your token vending machine was also kept off. None of the management staff had the courtesy to come and resolve the issue

Waste of time visiting such an unprofessional attitude organization since you consumed a lot of time, how do you expect an expecting mother to stand in queue for about 30-40 min Horrible service and a waste of the day. For an appointment at 9:20 I am waiting till 11:40 am to make payments

I have a four month baby and I went this morning to the hospital as I live next door to buy some baby products from the shop and pharmacy. I was greeted by impolite rude and u helpful staff. At the shop the lady refused to show me products and told another customer that she only sells things to customers who will be loyal to the shop. She refused to answer my queries or help me find things. Annoyed I went to the pharmacy to meet a man who had no customers but refused to answer me when questioned . When I asked for the third time if they have a formula with low lactose , he looked at me and said “we only sell nan pro excella” I said but what if a baby is intolerant . He said madam I only sell this , that is not my problem. I cannot order for you or help you.

Staff needs to learn to be polite helpful and kind. We are mostly parents who are struggling to find things apt for their little ones.

Would ask the authorities to give better training and fix things before more people end of walking out annoyed:

Dr Anitha Balakrishnan suggested us to get cervical stich in Cloud Nine cost of treatment she conveyed is 25000 RS. We agreed considering Hospital is good. Since I work in Egypt my relatives took my wife for admission.but for our surprise hospital staff told there initial package starts from 40K plus.here we got shocked with plus stuff.then we approached Dr anitha balakrishnan about fee confusion.she said not aware of billing aspects.she is only concerned with treatment.Then we decided not to take treatment in cloudnine stating we are ready to pay 30k. then Dr anitha balakrishnan hasconvinced Hospital Management for 30k.Finally bill generated for 52k settled for 30k.Check any hospital in Bangalore cervical stich cost maximum 18k. Anyone wants to spend there hard earned money here it is Cloudnine. Friends lot of Drama has happened to get this discount just let me know if anyone got 500 RS discount from this hospital.
