Cloudnine Fertility - Malleshwaram - Bangalore

My 1 year old baby had licked the naphthalene balls for over 15secs. All search results pointed to taking to the nearest hospital in emergency so we called the hospital to check on the next steps and inquire if there's any doctor available to which we were asked to visit the hospital just to be safe.

After reaching there, the nurse checked for vitals and confirmed it's stable, the doctor conveniently arrived 15 mins later (looked drowsy, not sure if he was sleepy/drunk) he confirmed that there's nothing to worry about and to keep a check on few things like throwing up multiple times, Fits, loss of consciousness. As a concerned mother of a 1 year old, I asked him how would I know if she has lost her consciousness to which he responded if she looks asleep and you try to wake her up, she doesn't respond. While he was explaining I asked how to differentiate between sleeping and loss of consciousness to which his response was "you should watch some movies" with a disgusting look on his face, scratching his head, to which I said he could have been more polite in answering the question instead of running around the bush in a very low tone and politely. He again made that disgusting face and asked in that accent "What do you mean?"

I started recording a video right at this moment and we got into an argument where I told him, if I had watched it in movies, why would I be asking this question in the first place and his defying statement was "you should have told me you haven't watched such movies"

Isn't my question self explanatory that I don't know what it is? If I knew, why would I be even asking such a silly question to begin with, his lack of common sense here makes it very clear that he was either in the hospital for God knows how many days or he was drunk! There's no other possible explanation to such lack of common sense.

I started shouting trying to make a point that I'm a concerned mother here and is this how he, as a doctor speaks to a patient's caretaker, what kind of doctor does he make? To which he multiple times mentioned "Get out of the hospital" (20+times I guess) He thinks the hospital belongs to his forefathers and even in that case, he lacks basic empathy and compassion.

I know nothing about his educational background, the oath he has taken as a doctor and his upbringing but his behavior at 11 pm in the night, with a new mother worrying about her daughter and his silly responses speak volumes.

It also makes me question the quality of doctors Cloudnine is capable of hiring.

I spoke to the operations manager but considering there were nurses and other people around, they wouldn't say a word against him to save their own jobs although the Operations Manager told me she'd look into it and do the needful.

I swear this is a horrifying experience for anyone visiting this hospital.

If I were capable enough to know the answer, I'd not even go to a doctor late at night and I'd not even ask a SILLY question.

The question might be silly for doctors but not for a concerned mother.

Everyone else there asked me to calm down as there are other patients around but not the doctor who's shouting equally the whole time! He didn't shut up for a second either and expected me to shut up because of course, I am a woman and this is what men have been doing for years and he kept saying "Do whatever you want" because he was confident there's nothing that could go against him as the hospital staff would back him up any day and not a strange woman who nobody knows there.

While all this was happening, he also mentioned that he's been working day and night and blah blah - I DON'T CARE!

When the doctor lacks to show empathy, how can he expect someone else to show empathy towards him? Life is a circle and so is Karma!

You Give Respect, only then You Take Respect.

There's no option to post a video hence here's a photo without the doctor's name on it. This doctor is also nowhere to be found on their official website.

Already dropped an email to Operations & Centre Head.

Horrible experience with the hospital. A mere corporate settlement with reputed doctors who hardly have time for patients. Worst place for a student to go in for a checkup for PCOD.

Staff members are not helpful.

Dr. Poornima prescribed an ultrasound scan and there was no available doctor to do the scan that day, I was told I can get it done from another place and can come back, which wasn’t possible from my end. So video consultation was the only option available. Today I went to another diagnostic centre for scan and they said these scans are not allowed for unmarried women. I tried contacting the team of cloudnine who claim their support services are good told me i will be receiving a resolution call soon which did not take place.

They shouldn’t be robbing people out there with services like these and especially students who have absolutely zero experience and financial independence.

I have spent money on commute, consultation and the scans and I have no resolution in my hand.

I was told not to take stress by the doctor but it’s caused me unnecessary stress.

Well I called on a Sunday to take my child to hospital in emergency as no doctor was available. That was it I thought. Took her to kauvery hospital in Mylapore. Now begins the scam. Every 3 days I get a call from Cloudnine for appointment. When I have told them that the Issue is resolved, still every 2-3 days someone will call and they won't speak. They will call from a different number everytime so that you cannot block. May almighty save the person who falls on their trap.

I have been visiting Cloudnine to show my son to Dr Vignesh. He is one of the senior Neonatologists over there.

Excellent care. My son was in NICU after my delivery. The treatment and care provided was exemplary. Both the Neonatologists over there, Dr Ramkumar and Dr Vignesh were very supportive and patient in explaining everything during our entire stay. I still continue to visit there to consult Dr Vignesh for every Consultation and Vaccination.

The entire Cloudnine team in T. Nagar needs to be appreciated for the professional service and care they provide.

Good infrastructure and excellent service, good housekeeping, and good people, She is a amazing doctor very friendly always available for doubts we have been consulting her as a family now.always gives right medicines and more of lifestyle changes.i had consulted for my pds problem almost all said uterus removal but she treated me and now I'm completely alright without surgery.now even for common ailments we look out to her for help.best guide and nice human.

I’ll directly get to the points that I think cloud nine should address asap.

1) Charging for follow-up consultation when reports are delayed at their end, beyond a day. We can’t be paying you 2 times before and after reports consultation.

2) Bad service on video consultation, doctor did not join for more than 45 minutes. We had to wait and cancel the appointment.

3) The staff (not everyone but majority) at the reception they are very unwelcoming and unfriendly, they could badly impact your potential clients and I had no second thought to change the hospital with only one interaction and I don’t regret it.

I personally have suggested my fellow colleague who are expected parents not to consider Cloudnine and have genuine reason to believe it.

It is really Bad to see the way the nurses behave out there. First of all they charge a hefty amount for even a basic consultation. after that they treat as if we have come for some Government hospital check up and come free of cost to them.

they really need to get some basic manners done out there.

my son was not well and my wife was waiting there. when she asked her how much more time since appointment time scheduled for us was over then she started making faces. worst part she though we are not local so she was talking rubbish in local language and saying this is headache to manage kids and all. my wife is a localite so she understood well what rubbish she spoke.

this is really shameless. such nurses behaviour brings shame to their profession.

Dear Parents, We will highly recommend you to meet Dr Sumana Shivanand either in Whitefield or Old Airport Road and would like to highlight and encourage the importance of meeting a pulmonologistst when your kids often suffers from cold and cough, Repiratory infections etc, the treatment level goes different, it's important it's treated from the early age. MY Collaboration with Dr Sumana started end of 2022, wish I could have met earlier, as my daughter was frequently unwell with repeated fever in 3 weeks and down with cold and cough prior meeting her, but never caught with the exact issue. Dr Sumana treated my daughter in such empathetic way, made us so comfortable during the treatment as we were the terrified parents, but she explained the potential issues so thoroughly, answered all our questions, was reachable at any given point of time, I can go on hours together for her. With her due guidance my daughter was treated at right time, with right diagnosis, she stood by usduring our tough time, She is the best doctor you can have by your side.

Thank you Mam, To all parents when you think you need to see a Pulmonologistst pls meet her.

The best maternity hospital in Chennai.. eventhough i was admitted as an emergency case.. the way they handled was awesome... Gyn Dr lavanya mam has saved mine n my baby's life.. pediatrician Dr. Ramkumar is the best pediatrician ever... Nurses there are not just human they are angels sent by God... Also a big thank you for jagadha sis who s a helper helped a lot for me n baby..

Goood hospital for good staffsI changed my hospital to cloudnine OMR at the 8th month of my pregnancy purely on the trust of Dr.Nazeem. I was little hesistant as cloudnine is a corporate hospital and wasnt sure if they would give importance for normal delivery. But little did I know they took immense efforts and encouraged for normal delivery once I got admitted. The best decision I made to deliver my baby here. Special mention to my gynac Dr.Nazeem. gynac Dr.Dhivya. Nurse Angel from NICU. Angel from CRM. Mohanapriya Physiotherapist. yasodha housekeeping for making my delivery smooth and lovable. Lastly Pediatrician Dr.Sindhu who was patient enough for listening and explaining all my doubts and rantings:)

I have heard about the well known name of cloud9 as my nephew was born at Old Airport hospital but considering the nearby location I have visited Whitefield hospital and consulted Dr. Poornima Gowda. My wife had a right ovarian cyst and was having continuous menstruation, we visited the hospital on Aug 20th and consulted the doctor and she told us to have her blood tested and an ultrasound followed with another consultation. Now here are few points which I really didn't like about the hospital and doctor:

1. One time consultation fees is valid for 3 days and whenever you try to have an ultrasound you don't get available slot the next day or within 3 days of free consultation, you will be provided with an option only beginning from 4th day so that you have to pay another consultation fees for a follow-up.

   
   




2. Ultrasound was done and right ovarian cyst was not there and as per new report left ovarian cyst was developed.

   
   




3. We consulted doctor and shown her last ultrasound report stating the right ovarian cyst, the explanation which she gave was really funny - she stated that if you have an acne it can happen anywhere in the body, same goes for cyst before it was right and now its in left. She didn't explain why it happened and what medical reasons behind such abnormalities.

   
   

We visited our hometown and had another ultrasound just to make sure the report we had in clound9 is genuine and it turns out my wife still have right ovarian cyst but the size was reduced from before and left follicular cyst.

We took second opinion from well know Gynecologists' Dr. I Parihar from Allahabad and she informed us the medical reason behind these abnormalities and explained the follow-up procedure in details without putting fear in our mind. She explained us that right ovarian cyst has reduced in size due to homeopathic treatment we were doing and left is an follicular cyst which will be healed on it's own in next menstruation.

Now the question which I have is whether the ultrasound which we had in cloud9 was not genuine or they just wanted to put fear in young couples who visit cloud9 seeking responsible and genuine hope and help.

Once you put some correct reviews on Google, cloud9 customer service team will immediately reply you back stating please share your details with us and we will sort your queries but even after sharing your contact details no one will try to reach you out. They are just running this business in order to make money.

Our child was born at Cloud nine hospital in Bangalore and

after that we moved to Hyderabad. To get the Birth certificate for my child from Hospital after few years of time I planned to visit Bangalore and follow up on it.

After speaking with Asha from Medical Record Department she spoke very politely and helped me to get the process done from Hyderabad only and I got my child's birth Certificate very comfortably. Really appreciate the kind of work done by Asha.
