This was the great experience in clay hut last night the food was really good it is the ancient hut it feels the foods presentation and the staffs are loyal to the customer the money paid is average over there

I like to share my experience with Clay Hut Restaurant, Kalpetta, Wayanad District, Kerala. This restaurant opened recently and It reveal an ancient look with modern fittings. Its gives such a nostalgic feel when we dine in. If you go to any new restaurant we will expect a different experience. You will get surely an amazing experience from this restaurant. Our main moto is to get a good food experience, they serving natural tasty foods. When you get in to the restaurant will feel we feel that reached our home because they providing such a service to customers. The food will satisfy very much because we are eating in a good atmosphere. When we will pay never feel bad because with in that time we will be totally satisfied with their service and food.
Me and my family went to the hotel for a dinner in our way back from mysore. we ordered a parota and gobi manchurian. Though the gobi manchurian was like from cauliflower put in some kind of sause( but they charged 150/-) we had it. The worst part of it came when we got the bill they charged us 18% GST and when we saw the next table bill it was 12% the parota was rs15/- and Rs10 for others.
And when we asked about in their response was like unprofessional and they started abusing us and the kids and women and suddenly some people like gundas came in and pull down the shutter making the woman and the kids inside and trying to hit us.
overall very bad food served and the cost is not nominal.

Recently when I return from banglore. Me and my friends had dinner from clayhut restaurant. It should be appreciated that the customer service is much better there and the quality of food too. The staffs had a friendly chating with us. We thought a restaurnt like that should charge too much but it was a surprise that the bill came too below to our budget. I strongly recommend clayhut when you are travelling to wayanad. You should go there and experience the taste of malabari spices.
Its a cool restaurant for a normal dine. situated in kalpetta town of wayanad District
And good restaurant for lunch. you can taste the traditional kerala food for lunch and Good atmospehere And Pleasant environment and delicious food. Frendly staff and reasonable prices makes it a perfect place to hangout. Must try the prawns curry with chapathi or rice
Highly disappointed with the place. It's located in a place that is not easily accessible from the main road with literally zero maintenance. Dusted and done. No one to assist was available and it's a deserted place. 2 stars for authentic atmosphere. I believe food is good here, but we waited 20 minutes for staff to come and take our order, so we left. Several times I enquired for menu, but staff seemed to be busy with serving food. Visited on Monday around 4 pm.
I like food very much .I visited her last week it were good and there service also very nice all of you must visit there.i use eat ones in a week from there tastyfood.i record all of you to vote there and try all food which you like.
Such a nice place to eat food which we love most. With lovable ones. Nice ambience. Very well services.i recommend it. Whoever travelling through wayanad. Should visit this place. Sure everyone will be happy with them.veg and non veg item's are sooo delicious.very clean and hygiene.
The restaurant is very good. ihave gone there for once few months back with my family the food where very tasty and ifeel natural. Allso the place where hotel is placed is very good that we can really feel the nature closely the assistance of the suppliers is really good. My parents allso said good about the restorent and iam planning to fo there once again and they allso asking for the accurate money for what we eat that means standerd rate only
Kerala hotel always good and natural food as I'm from Kerala. Talking about the clayhut the food is good and it gives a natural taste.
We Kerala people likes spicy food and dam fish and everything is there in this hotel.
The atmosphere is good clean water to drink. I like crab which is my favourite dish and I also like shellfish both taste excellent in this clayhut.
And I like chicken Biriyani also which tastes very good in this clayhut.
The behaviour of the staff is also good and the main thing is that everybody loves kalpetta because of its green atmosphere.
My favourate hotel in Wayanad. Visited 10 or more times. Best experience and very clean Hotel. Super interiors, Best and Special Foods. Many more dishes. Light and furniture was very very good. The Hotel Waiters and Staffs very neat. Its very impressive hotel to everyone. The total food price is medium. Totally Clayhut is Excellent.

Clayhut is an excellent fooding centre. eating something from wayanad is like eating something from the nature. very good ambience. excellent staffs. fooooddd is soo tastyyyy.there is my frnd's home at kalpetta and all the time I visit her both of us visit clay hut too and eat something from there. luv it
Am from kalpetta, wayanad.clayhut is nearer to my home most of Sunday's me and my partner visit there. Nice place, coueteous staff, food is super taste, I love to have masala dosa.Clayhut is the most tastiest restaurant in kalpetta and I love to visit there to have dinner it's surrounding is most beautiful and the interior is awesome.Only one drawback is delay in serving.Clayhut offers the perfect and outstanding fooding experience with different varieties of Kerala food in a utmost hygienic condition.Give a visit once it's really a super awesome restaurant.
