My order no. 300074479 dated 31.3.19 was delivered on 2.4.19. However, it was seen that the size of sillian stork shoe is smaller than what we required and also width of the shoe is not as per our requirement. accordingly, we returned the same and initiated return online on clarks website within a few days of delivery.

We did not receive any refund for 15 days. On enquiry with Clarks, I was informed that refund has been initiated on 23.4.19 .but I have not received the same. I have asked clarks to give me bank details so that I can send a snap shot of my bank account but they have neither provided such details nor granted refund till date

The shoe I bought looked amazing in Amazon and when I received the shoes I felt Yes I have value for money product. I bought it for 2499 in November 2017 in a sale on Amazon.

First impression the style, look everything is fine. I started using it in a couple of months it was a good experience. Now Oct 2018 not more than a year and I did not use more than 140KM. Gaps are formed in between Vamp and Welts. My heel of the right shoe is off. What is happening? I am shocked with Clarks. This Brand claims very good in WORLD and its durability is nothing.

A very bad choice I am disappointed!

I bought the clarks shoe from myntra these costed me around 6489.00. I want new shoes so tried this time clarks shoes . This is first time I uses the clarsk shoes. I go college with them . In my opinion the shoe is best in class . Bcz they absorb the shock , grip is so good and they are so light. Material used for the shoes is weather proof which means like other shoes's quality decreases in rainy season their sole came out from the upper portion of shoe.Inside the shoes they designed it so beautifully and foot feel so rest in this .They build the shoes acc. To our walking habbit .I think the clarks shoes which I buy worth of the money you can them on the myntra.CLARKS men black trekking shoes .Problem with the shoes is that they got dirt soon after one day use they look like I wash them a year ago.Thank you! for reading this. Hello friends , today I am sharing my personal experience about Clarks shoes.i bought this shoes 3 months ago.the style and design of this shoes is very good and this shoes is really comfortable.but this shoes are heavier than other brands shoes and this shoes are not long lasting because the sole pasting of my shoes removed in only 1 month.so I complained to customer care but they don't give me positive response.so the customer service of Clarks is not so good.this shoes is not value for money.i suggest you that do not go for it. thanks

Hi friend, I wear 8 number shoe. once I bought a brown color Clark shoe through online from flipkart.com. site delivered shoe successfully. first time when I saw the shoe I was pleased . but after 10 days color of shoe turned faded . it ragged from side. shoes was not comfortable. besides it shoe are heavier than other brand's shoe. my paw has wounded. I call customer care of Clark and set forth my problem. company did not give me any positive response. so I returned shoe through flipkart. thanks flipkart which vouch for my shoe and let returned it.

Clarks is a leather shoe brand and the cost of shoes are extremely expensive. The starting prices of clarks shoes is from Rs.5000.

When they sell such expensive shoes, they should also provide that good quality and durable shoes. But they are not. The quality is not at all good. The leather which they tell is pure leather is actually not entirely pure leather. Its fake. In just a weeks time you can see lines coming on the front of the shoes, which shows bad quality of shoes.

Very soon its black colour also starts fading.

Its not worth spending Rs.6000-7000 on such poor quality shoes. It is waste of money. Not worth it.

I purchased a pair of desert boot and I’m so disappointed and unsatisfied from the service I’ve received. I wore the shoes for a week and a half and the suede was a total disaster. The shoes started looking old and started giving off a whitish look. I can’t believe I spent so many money on a pair of shoes and didn’t got my money worth. I paid US150 inclusive of shipping cost and tax and in Jamaica this is like almost 20, 000. Now all I’m left with is a big disappointment and lost of my cash because I’m unable to return the shoes because I’m in Jamaica and won’t return to the US until next summer. Clark’s are the worst shoes ever and I would never ever encourage anyone to invest in these shoes. They are horrible. They’re not worth your money. I had to go ahead and buy another shoes to wear to work. I can’t believe this is the type of service you show your customers.

I had bought a pair of clarks shoes at 6999INR and I am completely unsatisfied by these shoes.I had bought these shoes from myntra and these was looking soo good in the picture but when I got that I totally got surprised to looking the bad quality of leather it was seem to be faux leather.i had tried these shoes for a months and these was uncomfortable and I had got some rashes on my foot and after 2 months got dullness and looking unattractive.Now, I do not feel like to wear these pair.Thanks friends, I hove you enjoyed it and it will help you.

I am so happy to write review about this Clarks brand. Clarks is the one of the best shoe company in the world. Only one time only I bought the shoes from this brand. It is very easy to wear and feels like walking on the air.

It is very comfort. The heels of this shoes are not hard. If we are standing the whole day by wearing this shoes we don't feel any pain or stress.

This shoes I bought 1 year ago and still I am using this without any damages. It is very light weight and I got this item in very low price. This brand is also provided wide range of shoes. So we get different varieties of shoes from this brand. They are using high quality leather and last for long time.

I am really happy that I bought this shoes and love this brand.

Clarks is a well known brand for shoes. they established their brand name in the market. I was excited to buy the clarks shoes.

I decided to buy a pair of formal shoes. I went to clarks store in db mall bhopal. the price of the shoes were very high. so I decided to purchase it online.

I ordered it from myntra.

the shoes were delivered but they were very heavy. they were comfortable but not up to the mark. the leather quality was also not very good. the design was bad.

the shoes were not durable. I do not recommend clarks shoes to anyone.

Hello friends today I share my personal experience about Clarks shoes.

I need formal shoes so I bought Clarks Shoes from online store. Price of this Clark Shoes is very high. I purchased clark formal shoes in 3000 rupees.

I regularly wear this shoes for 3 months. After 3 months this shoes not looks good. Leather of this shoes looks very rough after sometime.

This shoes is not comfortable and my legs tired after some time.

Durability of this shoes is not good.

Weight of the shoes is approximately 280 grams which is average so this is not a problem for me.

Overall this shoes is not value for money.

So don't buy this.

Now come to the price , price of this brand is very high it's very expensive, there are lots of brand who provide best deal in very good range. Don't be fooled by the initial feel of a Clarks shoe or sandal. I am not particularly hard on shoes, but three pair of Clarks shoes and one pair of their sandals only lasted a year. The sole of the sandal disintegrated and the shoe soles fell apart. It's as if the soles were made of of materials that were not designed for shoes. Expect splitting and desintegration of the soles and limited wear.

Best recommendation is don't buy them!

Avoid Gallion Reach Clark store as customer service is horrible. I am absolutely disgusted and surprised that this is your store manager and this level of customer service is allowed to deliver as he has been pointed to manager position, as well as to represent the Galion Reach store and deliver Clarks Company values. This this complained I want my refund for customer service I have paid and this service is illegal.

I brought a clack shoes and I used this product for hardly a month.i amcompletly unsatisfied With it.the durabilty of clark shoes is only of 2-3 months it starts tearing from bottom portion and its lookness fade away.these shoes is also not comfortable as it can cause rashes and leaves cut marks on the ankel of your feet.weight of these shoes is okay.different shoes have different weight.and its upto choice of consumer what they prefer.not having very wide range of shoes.and the price for shoes is also unacceptable.

In this day and age of online shopping, I thought it's better to support smaller investors and their employees by buying from shops.

Lesson learned - physical shop has no discount, but same shoes are discounted online. I even emailed Clarks customer service why their sale is not reflected at their shop at the mall, and asked if they have a best price guarantee. All I got was that the specific colour I bought is at MRP on Clarks.in.

Had they tagged the other colours at the shop with a discount, I would naturally have gotten those instead, or I would have at least been aware of price difference. Also, the same colour that I bought was on sale at Myntra, but despite my mention of that, they didn't comment on it.

I don't know if it's just a tactic by Clarks.in to sell their shoes at random prices, but that's the last of it for me with this brand. There are many other good shoe brands with honest policies, better warranties, and better customer service.

I ordered a pair of sports shoes from Clarks and I got it delivered in 48 hours. Also, the comfort of shoe is amazing. The shoe is really very light in weight and now I am able to walk for long time with these shoes without having any pain. Nice looking, good finishing and best design, more color and texture was just amazing.I advice all you investment and long time relief with style and quality.

We have tried two times This Clarks made shoes but its found non comfortable and our experience was not good with Clarks due to non quality products

The shoes weight is too high and it was not much comfortable during walking and wearing

The shoes range found too high and according to shoes price its quality found very poor

The shoes shining found dull in a few months only an its became looks very old in a few months

Our personalty gone decrease due to poor product quality instead of increase, We reliaze that these are non reliable products and not for long time and there is no value of our money for this type of products

Clarks is super excellent quality Shoes.

Nice looking, good finishing and best design, more color and texture was just amazing.

It was very perfect and comfortable and use with formal and causal dress.It can also Suit for party wear.

I think little expensive but great quality of lather so that I am happy.

I have just purchased this Shoes, I hope it will run at least 4/5 years.
