Cilantro, St. Thomas Mount, Chennai

I was near the Le Royal Meridien and I was very hungry. I was here with friends and I came upon this restaurant- Cilantro and went in with my gang. The restaurant is decorated with a lot of sophistication and elan. We settled down into a nice, comfortable corner and began placing our orders.

My friends and me called for Old European Club, Chicken Pita Sandwich and a Thin crust Venetian pizza. To drink, we called for Espresso Doppio, Macchiato Caldo and Masala Tea. It took a while for the food to arrive, but we were not worried as we were enjoying the ambiance and the atmosphere.

When the food came, we were stunning at seeing the beauty of it. The way it was decorated and presented to us. We simply loved it! The Pita Sandwich bread was fresh and very soft and tasted amazing. The same with the other sandwiches which had crispy and fresh vegetables and meat used in it.

The coffee was complimenting the food awesomely! I am definitely going back here to try out their lunch and dinner menu, where they serve cuisine from world over.

A part of the awesome Le Royal Meridien, this place serves some of the best European cuisine that I have ever had. The spread at the buffet is amazing and you will be thoroughly confused about what to eat and what not to.

There are different soups to try out like the Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup, Broccoli and Asparagus Soup and the Chef's Soup of the Day. In starters too, there is a widespread for lovers of Vegetarian, Non-Vegetarian cuisine. This is paradise for seafood lovers, where they can enjoy the freshest and the best of different kinds of fishes, made in some of the most yummilicious ways.

In Main Course too, there is so much to eat, but you could use one suggestion that if you wish to try everything out, then take little of all. Enjoy your buffet at the Cilantro at the Le Royal Meridien.
