Dear Friends,

I bought this products three months back ie Auguest-2018. While purchasing this once posted the advertisement in this platform, it will reflect all social media like face book, twitter apart from google page. But what happening last three months never seen our advertisement in google page. My bad experience for SEO, WEB DESIGNING & HOSTING with - TRUE VALUE TECHNOLOGIES.COM

I have hired this company for web solutions, SEO on 1st Dec 2013 through SMS marketing messages.

We have transferred our domain "dharticraft.com & dharticrafts.com" to them for promoting our page on the world market on top search engines and keep us on first 5 pages of top searching sites. We have also given the hosting and SEO. Now true value technologies is controlling our domain and just after payment for the year, the Sales Manager Mr.Gaurav Sharma, start ignoring our phone calls and the update for SEO that he promised to send every month even not sent once in the year.

Even True value technologies not renewed our other domain "dharticrafts.com" which was in the agreed terms as per bill. After some calls and discussion we understand that we caught in wrong hands and its better to wait for the year and try to get our domain transferred. We called him again before the expiry(5 dec 2014)of the time period to transfer our domain but he linger on and passed the time and finally told us first pay the next year(till 5th dec 2015) charges for hosting and domain then we will transfer. After many discussion and payment, he did not transferred it.

Now you have one and only choice to act legally, which we are also planning, to teach him a lesson.

I'm Nitin and ex-employee of this company. My experience has never been so bad whatever reviewed above. I left few months back and worked there for 1.5 years. It was a good career development for me overall. Yes there were few things which can be fine tuned better. The following pros & cons, I want to share though-

Pros:

1. Most important for me atleast. They give salary on time always and never got my amount delayed which happens in most of the delhi based seo companies of my circle. I never realized that they have insufficieny of funds in office administration anytime.

   
   




2. I worked with massive numbers of clients from US, UK & Australia and understood the latest methods of SEO- off page. So good exposure of my knowledge to learn what major work methods there may be, for different geography clients and how to handle bulk work effectively, 200 client reports/month/team, my goodness!

   
   




3. Not much of work pressure of keywords rankings rather quality link building only since they have other section to handle on page, SMO, PPC etc. I heard. In my last company, my Manager was on my head each of the time to pull kw ranking on top of the Google, while there is not such a case, since I worked for them on link building section only.

   
   




4. There is nothing as such overtime work as all of the employees leave the office at sharp 6.30 which rarely I found in any company. Management has no issues on timely leaving, they never insisted on staying late inappropriately.

   
   

Cons:

1. It is a 6 days working company, which was not comfortable for me as I'm not Delhiite and need to leave for my home town frequent.

   
   




2. I have to learn myself for new guidelines of Google about link building, no frequent learning sessions as such.

   
   




3. Lacking of communications between middle mgmt & execution sometimes which eventually affects projects.

   
   

I felt that the previous review has been written from any terminated / fired employee of the company, since his/her writing skills show a very down level of education, so much of grammar errors reflect one grade level. In this scene I doubt on the longevity of job in a single company, when you are in such of technical field where you need to deal with all native English clients only. Anyways, everyone is free to share their own feelings and I appreciate criticism. I wrote my review genuinely.

I'm working now with a very reputed digital agency of India using my work experience what I've learnt from my previous company. So I did not ignore to post my review once I read the older review of this company. I will vouch for them anytime.
