Chetak Sweet Point, Seawoods Navi Mumbai

BEWARE of this stores: This stores epitomizes "naam bade, darshan chhote". I purchased sweets - Anjeer Halwa, Karachi Halwa and Ladu recently after enquiring about the freshness and quality. It has turned that both the halwas are extremely stale and the taste is just about average. The misinformation by the owner and the arrogance of being a brand selling substandard at such a high price is not acceptable. Best to go to a smaller halwai who sells fresh ware and is honest with customers. I had to throw the sweets worth ₹1000/-. These sweets have a left a bad taste in the mouth and not just literally.

A very good sweet shop in the market near D Mart in Seawoods Nerul West.

It has wonderful quality products of sweets and namkeens.

It also has live street food stations outside where you get Pani Puri, Chat, Dosa, Samosa, Vada Pav, Jalebi and some Chinese snacks also.

Crowds are always seen in this corner shop to taste snacks as well as carry sweets and namkeen packets for home and gifting.

Some of the best sweets that I have tasted here are Besan Barfi, Gulab Jamun, Rasmadhuri, Rasmalai, and their Lassi is also to die for.

Jalebi made in Desighee is fabulous and All other fast food items are very good as well.

Although it is a little costly but then we have to pay for freshness and better quality also.

I will suggest to people in the area to try this product and am sure you will be hooked.If you are staying away from Seawoods, but have friends staying here, do ask them to get you some sweets from Chetak. you will just love them.
