Chennai Packers and Movers

I had a horrible and deeply disappointing experience with Chennai packers and movers. I Contacted them to shift my home from Chennai to hubli. Without visiting my home, they quoted a price that included all packing, loading and

unloading charges. On January 12, 2025 after packing the materials, their workers forcefully demanded an additional 2000rs.Under pressure, I paid 1500 rs. They initially promised delivery within 3 days. But It has been 12 days and no one from the company answers my calls.They only respond after 50+ missed calls.The staff is extremely irresponsible, rude and unprofessional. Two female staff members spoke rudely and gave unclear explanations. An employee named Sangeetha, who initially introduced herself as the in-charge, blocked my number after claiming that the quoted amount was incorrect. After packing, We never received a single call from them. Despite our continuous efforts to contact them, they refused to respond. These peoples are heartless and have no regard for customer's belongings. Their communication is atrocious and they lack any sense of responsibility. We faced immense struggles due to their behaviour. After 12 days , some of our belongings arrived damaged, they demanded extra money despite improper handling.

They quoted 12, 000rs for our items but we ended up paying a total of 21, 000 rs.

I strongly urge others not to hire Chennai packers and movers.

They did terrible job. They left a sub contract to other people. Handled things carelessly. Many photos got broken. They don't have sync with Chennai packers and movers , it was a hectic task to get them work. They are asking for extra money. They didn't even bring enough roll for electric appliances and wardrobe.

Very worst packing. Received the items with damages and broken parts. Very worst customer service. Irresponsible and aggressive behavior. Don't know the meaning of packing and moving. Delay in bringing the things to destination.. I got my things after 4 long days just from vellore to coimbatore. If I asked for reimbursement they are saying it can't be given and very rude with the customers.

Pls don't use there service and house shifting I used this service Recently to shift my home but i faced very very bad and worst experience my house hold was fully damaged but no response from there side and not picking the call and giving very silly resons for not picking the call when we tried in some other no no value for our felling and our belongs and they use have been drunk and came to my place to shift my home very very poor and dont have honesty in there words pls don't use this packers for any house shifting pls go and search get better service

Please donot opt for their service. Very poor and rude. People don’t pickup phone and don’t respond for status. They promised to deliver my product in days and took 55 days . No one had any responsibility. They moved your product thru multiple movers internally and there is non process streamlined. Additionally each movers are asking for addition money and will torture you before

This is a honest review..My car is still in transit from Chennai to Delhi...They said 8 days and it is almost now 13 days..No one from the company picks the call..They will respond only after 100 nos of missed calls..

After a long struggle I tried to get the number of their sub contractor from Delhi and he mentioned that car was received on 9th day itself and it is in a godown in Delhi. But the subcontractor told me that he was not payed by CPM movers and packers..

Again I tried calling the concerned people..A few blocked my number and no response..Now if my car is not getting delivered by tomorrow, I am planning to move legally.

Heartless people..they don't know to value others property.

I am afraid that someone is using my car illegally.

Please guys never go for this CPM packers and movers..

Don't repeat the mistake I have made...

CPM is worst. They had my car delivered from Chennai to Mumbai in 14 days time

They had some dispute between them and their service provider, thus my car was not handed over even after 4 days it reached Mumbai

Their team in Chennai is worst and they won't respond

Finally, the issue was taken to my Advocate and through him it got resolved

Worst service and don't trust them. They are totally worst and unreliable

I recently had the unfortunate experience of using Chennai Packers and Movers for my relocation, and it was nothing short of a disaster. From start to finish, their service was abysmal and completely unprofessional.

Firstly, their communication was atrocious. It took numerous phone calls just to get a response from them regarding the quotation and scheduling. When they finally did respond, the information provided was vague and unclear, leaving me with more questions than answers.

On the day of the move, the movers arrived several days late without any prior notification. This delay caused a cascade of issues as I had to reschedule other aspects of my day around their incompetence

In conclusion, my experience with Chennai Packers and Movers was a nightmare from start to finish. Their incompetence, lack of professionalism, and disregard for customer satisfaction were truly appalling. I asked quotation to shift my house, without visit my home Chennai packers and movers quoted 25, 000 and they said it is included for all packing loading and unloading charges. But one day before they send one person and quotes 28, 000, I refused, then they agree for 25, 000. After packed the materials their workers forcefully demand 1500, I paid it. They assured that they will send the materials in a dedicated vehicle & will deliver next day. But next day I received partial materials and the delivery persons also demanded 1000, I paid it. After 4 days they deliver remaining materials with damaged condition, for that too again they demanded for Rs 1000 for unloading I paid Rs 500. There is no more response from Chennai packers & movers team over phone after booking, I tried so many times but they didn't lift the call. If you want to throw your valuable goods in to sea you can book Chennai Packers and movers. Highly terrible experience with them.

Their vehicle is break down near pickup location, After drivers and packing people's are came another vehicle after packed all materials and they went and loaded their own vehicle , After that they asking full money 15k but that vehicle is on break down . I am asking why I want to pay my materials is on your vehicle but vehicle is on break down CPM staff and owner didn't responce well, They told tomorrow morning mechanic will come after we shift the material at evening like wise, But next day morning they didn't arrange the mechanic or any spare vehicle. After that I asked open the container I have taken my materials that also they didn't do . They asked packing material amount and manpower cost 7k . After that I will pay the amount for useless and I shifted at another vehicle. Instead of that driver asking tips for that useless things.

Please don't hire CPM.....

Very worst horrible experience with this chennai packers and movers.

I have contacted them to shift my house hold consignment from Vellore to Chennai on 09.06.2024. they haveagreed and I have paid a good amount of advance payment to confirm my order. The cost of transportation is at the higer side. Any way I agreed to it. When the day before shifting that is on 08..06.2024 their representative contacted me in the night around 11pm and told that they could not be able to do the work because insufficient manpower and equipment.

Been following these people for the past one week to shift my residence. They gave me false promises without any confirmation. Inspite of me asking for acknowledgment, they kept saying that their people will turn up on time. But after waiting for 3 hours they refused to respond to my innumerable calls. Finally I was told that it can't happen today. Very disappointed and had to cancel the booking. Please don't rely on these people.

Horrible experience. My deewan was damaged. I have lost my costly watches, costly glass items and other electronic items.

Chennai packers and movers not even bothered to listen to my problem they were only supporting their labourers who have actually stolen my items.

Never and ever use these chennai and packers and movers services.

They will kill you. They are criminal. Indian law is not allow to give complaint about packers and movers. Pl dont go this packers and movers. Otherwise you will lose your loved one.

I have couriered my things from Chennai to Madurai on April 1st 2024. My consignment number is 34113. They promised it will be delivered within 3 days. But its 6 days past no one is giving proper answer where my package is available.

Till you send the parcel and pay the amount they will call you. Once you pay the amount they will not even attend your calls. You should need to call different numbers to connect them.

One Dinesh of the said company with mobile number 9043776319 is a very big fraud. He exploits senior citizens by threatening them. After the items are packed and loaded he will say the charges doesn't include packing materials and loading and unloading. He talks very harsh and if you say that you will give a bad review, he says that he can get it removed by paying just Rs 1000.

While quoting for shifting he asked me whether it's a 2 bhk or 3 bhk shifting and also checked whether it is local or intercity. I said it is 3 bhk and confirmed it is local shifting. I also said that I will be shifting back the things after a month or so since I am only shifting because I am doing the renovation at my place. He quoted 24000 for both ways. I was surprised that he quoted even without asking for the number of items, whether they are big or small. So when I asked him he said that his rates are standard based on the number of bedrooms and hence a 3 bhk rate would be 12000/- per shifting irrespective of the number of items. Then I asked him that since for the return trip there is no packing involved (I was planning to stay at another house of mine and the furniture and cartons will be at my sister's empty friend's place) he reduced the total amount by 4000/- and gave a quote.

After loading the items he changed the quote to 26000/- and refused to be reasonable. I am 70 years old and feel cheated but helpless. I don't have connections to fight this guy in the legal way.

Extremely worst packers and movers I would say..I have booked an appointment 10 days prior and mentioned specifically to come by 9 am, but no call from them and tried repeatedly calling and finally they reached by 12 pm..I tried calling the person who took the booking Mrs.lakshmi, she was not picking my calls.And after providing the list of items to be packed and moved they just a mini lorry and it was extremely difficult to load and unload the items.

This female attended my calls only after 7 pm and was asking now what can we do..we just small lorry so it will be easy for you to take all the items twice..

To the Chennai packers and movers management -All the call recordings are monitored just go through the calls and come back to me if this packers and movers are genuine.Kindly appointment some good staffs as you will be spoiling your reputation and clients like this

I had the unfortunate experience of using Chennai Packer and Mover for my recent house shift, and it was nothing short of a disaster. Not only did they miss several of my belongings during the relocation process, but the behavior of Malathy from the sales department was utterly unprofessional.

I strongly advise against choosing Chennai Packer and Mover for your relocation needs unless you're prepared for a nightmarish experience, lost belongings, and a regrettable encounter with their unprofessional.
