Hey Everyone I Called Mr Surender, fedex packers and movers Chennai to Bangalore, we have relocated our house hold goods through fedex packers. They charged around Rs.13, 000. They delivered the goods in a day itself. They did the packing and unloading work perfectly. We were glad with their services.

It was very unfortunate that I booked with these guys. The quote seemed Ok and the person who came for inspection seemed efficient and alright. Hence, I booked for moving from Chennai to Bangalore.

They had promised to deliver the goods the same day after loading it in the morning and even took advance payment for all the shifting.

Once loaded, I was expecting them to reach and tried calling them only to hear a very irate and irresponsible reply from their office.

The worst part of the deal was, they requested me to give them an unwanted, but working desktop for their worker's use and I very generously provided that, only to be coaxed for a spare bottle of liquor in my kitchen and another 4-500 Rs. as tips for the laborers for doing the job that they are supposed to do.

It is really pathetic how these cheat customers and we get to hear all this nonsense. Only one advice, please don't give advance full payment to any packers and movers.

I have booked my consignment through your company.  The items are packed in cardboard boxes, as instructed by me.

The valuable items, TV, computer and other glass items are packed with additional care and placed in the lorry in a protected way. The wooden items are carefully placed and special care has been taken by the driver and the workers to shift the items, without any damage till the destination.

Recently I moved from Chennai to Salem. I shifted my house through this use less chennai packers& movers. Till taking order confirmation and payment they gave a very good response.  Next day they supposed to deliver but they gave delivery on 4th day that too only half of the items.

Remaining items reached us on 7th day. When we were trying to call their office to find out 2nd day till 7th day no one given responsible. Called all the nos in the website and nos in bill but no use. Irrespective of giving explanation they were arguing with us. Sometimes they used some unwanted words and behaved improperly. Most of our valuable items also broken when they gave delivery. Dear friends and brothers my humble request do not chose this packers better try somebody else.

Ten commandments to use chennai packers and movers:

1. Chennai packers and movers guys will block your number after you have made the payment

   
   




2. Have a thick skin so that you can tolerate the insults by their chennai head office people

   
   




3. Don't expect your goods to reach you before a month

   
   




4. Apply for leave for a week to 10 days only for follow up with chennai packers and movers

   
   




5. Even though they take money for dedicated load, they will transport your goods along with another 5 to 6 persons load

   
   




6. They will advertise that they have their own office in destination, but you will not find any office if you visit that address

   
   




7. Your life will be nightmare for minimum of one month

Recently I transported my motorcycle from Chennai to Bangalore. Promise was to transport it "in a day" which took 3 days. Secondly, all the petrol was removed from the bike without prior notice. when I called to inquire about the same, Bangalore office had no idea and the Chennai office claimed to have done so for "ENVIRONMENTAL" issues. These guys actually have MENTAL issues. Make sure you have extra cash in hand as the people who come to pack and unpack ask for TIPS as if its diwali and asking for bonus.

When I called them up to inquire about the status, the office Chennai office has no idea what Bangalore office is doing and vice versa. DO NOT WASTE YOUR CASH ON THESE DUFFERS. THEY DESERVE TO BE BANNED FROM THE FACE OF THE EARTH.

The items did get shifted as expected safely.

The unloading was done by coolies who knew nothing about unpacking.fixing the furnitures.BUT they wanted hefty tips.

I dont know what the company does with the loading and unloading fees they charge from customers.

I ended up calling a carpenter to get the cots/dining tables fixed paying extra

I would not go with them next time.

1. Paying the surveyor Rs 1000 after which he never picks your calls(S. Madhu was on vacation while I was frantically waiting 3 weeks to receive my cargo).

   
   




2. The Head Office lies to you bluntly that the cargo has dispatched while in reality it dispatches after 2 weeks of constant followup)-NO EXAGGERATION

   
   

I call them up at 11:30am and they ask me to call after lunch. I thought it would be around 1pm. No it WAS 3pm reopening hour.

1. Your Cargo arrives only with the driver and your have to unload all 24 items and have to shift it 3 floors above to your flat BY YOURSELF.

   
   




2. You have absolutely have no control or leverage of how they treat you since you have paid the huge amount upfront.

   
   

Please spend your time and money on more useful pursuits and avoid this mockery of a company all together. Worst customer experience I had from any company from any field. Even government offices work more efficiently

Dear friends. .recently I shifted my house hold from theni to chennai. 1.they collected the whole amount before satisfactory service.2. they changed my things from the original container and dumped with two more customers, goods got damaged 3.they steal things from the packed boxes, the stolen thing remain unaccountable.

4.they didnt deliver goods in time.5. arrogant response right from the owner, branch manager mr.murugan, madurai to the workers.so friends if u want to witness a robbery you can go ahead with chennai packers and movers.which will be paid from your own.pocket.!
