I opened my account in central bank of India a few months back.The main purpose of opening the account was my subsidy but there service is quite worse.The bank counters are quite busy .

There is no crowd management, along with that behavior of employees is also not good .Also there is no facilities for customers.So, I will not recommend this bank to all my viewers since I am not satisfied with the service.

I had a very bad experience with central bank of India, nariman point branch, Mumbai. I had availed housing loan and repaid it fully.

DESPITE A LAPSE OF TWO YEARS, THE OFFICIALS OF BANK ARE NOT RETURNING THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS KEPT UNDER MORTGAGE.. THE OFFICIALS INCLUDING EARLIER ASST.GENERAL MANAGER ARE INSENSITIVE TO MY PLEAS...THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO MY LETTERS AND MAILS SEEKING HELP.

Central bank of India is one of the big bank in the camp facility, I have a lasr 6 year saving account that the bank behaviour with the customer is not good and every time bank customer facing the problem by the bank staff.They are not doing their work is not honestly only the laziness are in the bank in that bank is the just name over the central bank and the in the bank single timeless they are not to be a help all the bank staff is misbehavior and the helpless.

Their manager also is not good long line for the deposit the money but the line is not finishing just a increasing line if the customer said the bank staff hurry pleas we so the bank staff reply to the customer if you are in hurry so come tomorrow understand and if the bank manager complain dong so the  bank manger also not take a cation against the bank staff

Central bank of India is one of the biggest bank of India. I have an account in Central bank of India from more than 5 years and I am going to share some pros and cons about central bank of India

Pros

1 branch availability is quite good , you will get the branches almost all the towns

2 internet banking is quite good

3 internet banking services are fast

Cons

1 ATM machines are not easily available

2 Payment from debit card is pathetic , you have to wait for OTP for a long time

3 the staff of central bank of India is not helping just because it is a government bank and no one can fire them from job.

If you lost ATM or any password so they will not hear your request untill they will make you cry.

I am a account holder in central bank of india. It's staff is very ruined. Staff's behaviour to the customers is not good. When I want to go for any work I have to face many problems. Officers gives many unfair excuses to customers.

Even manager of the branch is also behaved very bad mannered. although it gives many facilities like net banking, debit and credit card etc.

interest rate of the bank is not good. Aginst it's facilities it has many reasons to dislike this.

Central bank India is the oldest bank in India and government sponsored. I have a great faith on it. It was established sincw 1911.my father is an account holder of this bank.

in CBI there it's very easy to open an account and sometimes stuffs fills new account opner's form.they are very polite and helfull.

It's very easy and fast to deposit or withdraw, they don't make wait ever.because stuffs are very polite about their customer service.

You will find it's ATMs everywhere whenever you need.stuffs used to tell us various scheme which is very useful and suitable for us.

Students can open their account with zero balance. Net banking is also available here.you can pay for anywhere you want.Overall in language of my father that he is very thankful to central bank of India.

I had account in CBI from last 3 years.

Feature wise bank is very nice. And minimum balance is low i.e 1000 rs.

But staff is very rude, I requested  new passbook as I lost my passbook. That rude bank officer told me that new passbook procedure is very hectic. Please close and open open account again. I was so annoyed and my closed account. Worst service.

It is a goverment bank and one of the oldest and largest commercial banks in india . It was established on 21 december 1911 . Central Bank of India( cbi) is a great bank . Itbprovides with various schemes that are useful . Facilities and service given are very good . Interest rate on fixed deposit is greater than most others . For student zero balance is also allowed . I am customer of this bank more than 7 years . I trust this bank very much .

Me the a continue user of Central Bank of India since 3 years  in bharthana  branch in my city Central Bank of India provides only 1 ATM.and in my city  not have any other ATM of Central Bank of India many time ATM was closed due to surver issues or network issues.ant ATM does not work.but a day my bike is do accident .i want the money urgent but Central Bank of India ATM no provided services.it was closed.i wanna go to other ATM. CBI limet of withdraw is  10000 rs only.plzz increase the range Central Bank of India .i have some issues with Central Bank of India. I have 2 account of Central Bank of India.there one is linked with mouthshut account.

there process is to slow. there services is good but not batter.

firstly they provided 2 more ATM of Central Bank of India in my city.(206242)

they improve there services.  and Central Bank of India ATM server.

they provided batter network to there Central Bank of India ATM .

the security guard of Central Bank of India ATM is.whole day sleeps.

the workers of Central Bank of India is to leazy.

many peoples comming my city  to withdraw.her tranjection.but worker says network issu, or returned them.

Central Bank of India is average but not batter I totally avoid this . I dont recommended.Central Bank of India

Cbi has many branch across India.cbi provides great offers on credit card for online payment. cbi provides atm card, credit card, mobile banking, internet banking and many more.cbi customer care staff is good and 99% solve your problem.

In cbi your all official work done in less time and staff cooperate with you.when you apply for debit card then bank available in 5 to 10 days.bank gives you depth information about government loan facility.

Negative: cbi branch are not in small cities, atm are less as compared to other. So if you want to open saving account then surely go with central bank of India.

Central bank of india is one of the governments banks is india. We expect a lot from this bank but this offers a lot of inconvieninceto its customers.

Its staff is very less supportive and very impatient.

The cashiers do not know how to talk to customers.the bank loan schemes have very much intrest rates due to which customers suffers a lot of problems.

The bank offers the plans which have no meaning to customers.the staff is almost absent from its desks. Lunch time is of normally half an hour but here lunch keeps going upto an hour.

In short it is the bank which should keep attention to their customers.

I am a customer of this bank more then 16 years . I turst this bank very much For money deposite and give good intrust for my fixed deposite  . Some issue that its not provied letest internat banking and deals like Hdfc and also in some sites my debit card not accepted for this bank . Bcoz of meastro card . Otherwise bank is trustable and a decent gov bank .

A very nice Bank in our locality which I found.As it is a public sector many of you might think that it may be a stupid one or reptapism in their work.No guyswhich I found was totally incredible .The bank provides a lot of facilities.There was Air conditioner bank with well sanitation.The feedback from people was also very good.They done a very good job.The are very regular to their Work.They come to office to the time and also very co operative to tge people.The   people are helpful .The behaviour of them was also very genial .I personally believe that this was the best bank in our locality.The bank also have a very well clean and well settled envirobment not all like other sector.Apart from that the security was also provided by them was too The officer were very puntucal to their work.Which is the best part of this bank also they never disrespect the person .I also have a survey in my locality where I found the people have a very good opinion regarding this.The ATM service was short of average.Because there is a very few ATM services are provided by them .Overally I say a nice Bank for todats period.

Central bank of india is one of the largest banking Corporation of India. As I am an account holder of Central Bank of India from more than 5 years, I am well aware from their services . first of all coming to good points, you can get the branches of Central Bank of India almost all the towns or cities. They also provides grid card for internet Banking for you have not to wait for one time password . now coming to bad points the ATM machine availability of Central Bank of India is not that good and the worst thing is the time taken by the staff of Central Bank of India for any request. They need to improve in their staff services but  I will not recommend to open an account I. Central bank of India due to the pathetic services of Central Bank of India.

Iam a customer of Central Bank of India from 1.5 years in Lahar Branch.A lot of people from villages too comes here to do their transactions like Withdrawing money and to credit their account.Here only One ATM of Central Bank is available which is situated in the Bank.There is no other ATM of Central Bank other than this one.Sometimes due to server issue or Network Problem the ATM stops working and People who have to withdraw money in urgent couldn't get their money from the Bank Branch and If they withdraw money from other ATM then.

It charges some extra additional charges for the withdrawal & there is a limit of only Rs 10000 per card one day if we withdraw money from other Bank.Usually ATM mean Any time money but here this doesn't matter because if their is server problem then on that day there is no way to withdraw or credit money.So People couldn't get the money if it is more than Rs 10000.There are two money deposit counters available for those who want to credit some money in their account but only one of them is for use and other doesn't works.

The People's from the villages comes here to withdraw their money by filling the Withdraw slip because they don't knew how to withdraw money from the ATM.Due to only one counter for both deposit money and withdraw money so A lot of customers have to spend a lot of their time to credit the money to their account.The Money deposit machine is also not available here for crediting money instantly to account without filling the Slip for credit money.Due to this all peoples have to suffer many problems and everday a crowd appears here.Due to this the staff of the Bank never speak politely with the Customers.So their is a need for improvement of the Services like Establishing some more ATM's for convenient transaction any time.The Bank committee should provide the Instant money credit machine for convenient and fast money credit.If it is not possible then they should add a token system so one by one token is distributed by the token machine to those who want to credit or debit money from their account so that if the IVR speaks the Token number of the Person who have to do a transaction like adding money to account  or debit money then only he appear at the Counter and there will be no crowd and the People can do transations easily.So there is a need of Improvement of these services here and without improvement of these services I will not recommend it to others  because I don't want others to face such issues in this Bank.
