Centara Facilities and Services, Chinchwad, Pune

I am writing this complaint against Centara facilities and services wakad. There head office at City Avenue wakad pune . They made no. Of promise while made booking but after making payment they are very rude , not answering calls and every time they refused to book the hotels. This is fraud company and we all should raise complaint against Centara to save our hard earned money.

Guys beware it's a fraud company, I have wasted my hard earned money, please be mindful, their sales team is only trained to fool people to purchase their fraud membership, now I literally have to beg even to get an itinerary forget the trip, their staff is very rude and unprofessional. They have the worst and clueless customer support ever. PLEASE DONT BUY ANY MEMBERSHIP FROM THEM.
