Within a month of buying Ac pcb has to be changed. Company customer care is very rude. It took 10 days for changing of PCB, it all happen once I send them email via my lawyer. Still ac is not cooling property.i have no option but to change ac next season. All 40k gone in water. Not even deserve a single star

I recommend everyone not to buy carrier products. They will say big things while selling the products. But after selling they will not respond properly. Their service after selling the product is the worst. We called a service man to check the AC because it was making loud sounds. That service man did not do anything but checking the compressor, he said there is a fault in the compressor and when we asked to replace it since it is under 10 year warranty, he said charges will be applicable for it. What do you mean by charges? It is under warranty , it's been only 1 year" we asked. He then replied there will be charged for gas that will be around 4000 and labour charges are extra. Why is this? We were assured that there will be no charges of any kind!! This is not what we expected. Either you mention all things that will happen, or you do not sell the product.

I think I am harrassed buying Carrier split AC, Showing a brand and 4 ? mark.My Ac is in guaranteed period and it is not working condition as some kit was damaged, they have no parts available with them...for that I am suffering for last 11 days.i request them, beg them but no solution till now.5 time's mail given and 4 time's customer care number call I have done.my suggestion not to by any product of carrier.

Carrier After Sales Service -Worst and Pathetic

I logged an issue in service center for the carrier window AC 1 month back. The Technician who visited did poor inspection and despite of paying 7000 , the AC did not even work for 3 weeks. Since last 3 weeks I am only getting new Technician names and no one dare to visit as they know they did a poor job. They even did not tighted the screews and clean the AC after service AC is unusable and still the POOR 3rd party vendors are being referred by Carrier who have no expertise to fix issues.


Do not buy Carrier ACs as even with extended warantee there is no one to attend problems.

Special in Kendrapara odisha service is very bad one name is manas school is very uneducated and unprofessional behaviour.

Useless product. Within 3 months of purchase of new split AC, E1 code started appearing. Technician informed PCB faulty and need replacement . Till 45 days not yet resolved. The worst service you can get. Without information the service requests gets closed from service centre. Not recommended to buy, service is very very poor. Always saying parts awaited . Never buy a carrier product Truly bitter experience .all stuffs right from service centre , escalation team , customer care etc are fraud and committing false statement. Also Vijay sales dealer is not trustworthy where they vouch for carrier product . Never ever buy carrier product .After sale service is a nightmare.

I make a complaint on 11 July , still now no one giving postive responce.

I had purchased Carrier AC 1.5 ton in September 2021. I did not get any free service nor it was not serviced. I had shifted my address and on April 1st 2023 I had contacted the customer care for instsllation from old residence to new. It was done and after 2 weeks it was serviced. On 29th April 2024, suddenly the cooling stopped and the fan was also not working. I contacted the customercare I told them the reason, they said the compressor has to be replaced. Till date it is not done. When I called they said wait till 7th July, i said i am going for the consumer court otherwise rrplace the ac itself. Till now I was waiting for the call. Very bad attitude from the incharges. They are persuading to take to the court. Let the court decide what next. Paying and suffering.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding my AC installation complaint. Despite multiple calls and emails over the past few weeks, my issue remains unresolved.


The customer service representatives I spoke with seemed disinterested and unwilling to listen to my concerns. Each time, I was given vague assurances with no concrete solutions or follow-ups. This lack of responsiveness and accountability is unacceptable, especially from a company of Carrier's reputation.


As a paying customer, I expected a higher level of professionalism and efficiency. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite. I urge you to address this matter promptly and improve your customer care services to prevent such frustrating experiences in the future.

This rating is not for the product since i am not able to use the same till dates as installation of the product was not completed after receive the product it took three day's for engineer to come installation when he came he pointed out that there is some defect in the draining pipe and they are unable to complete installation further he added that replacement of same doesn't come under their scope you need to register a new complain when i called carrier customer care they spoke to installation engineer for replacement of same but he denied the same and asked me raise different complaint for same as advised i raise a complain but when carrier technician arrived he also refused to replace the faulty part and said it is to be done by the person who installed however he repaired not replaced the faulty part i am confused that who will replace that part

Very very bad carrier service center. They are not ready to listen customer's problem even want money in the warranty period. Some uncultured illiterate person are in the service center they are not ready to solve the problem in the warranty period. My 1 month old ac starting too much water leakage from out door unit .They didn't want to solve this problem. There is problem of wrapping but thay don'twant to solve this problem

I have purchased 3 1.5 Ton Carrier AC’s in January 2024 through Amazon website, at the time of installation the company technician informed to avail 3 free AC service during warranty period. I have been trying to avail free service Since 4th of April 2024 making multiple calls to their support (1800 103 3333) with multiple tickets raised. Till now (23rd April 2024) not a single technician has visited my premises for servicing the AC’s. Pathetic service. Very dissatisfied.

My AC remote was broken and I asked for replacement as my product is under full warranty. AC installed in my native place, Kolaghat, West Bengal. My parents ( 80 yrs old ) are living there. I am staying in Visakhapatnam. During the telephone conversation I clearly inform them that my parents have thrown the broken remote in the trash. Then they told me that the new remote is not available at the moment. Then after about 10 days I got a call and they told me that they will provide the new remote. However once they reached my home with new remote they started asking money from my parents citing non availbility broken parts. However once they reached my house with the new remote they started asking for money from my parents citing unavailability of the broken parts. When I talked with them they interpret in such a way that as if I am asking for new remote without any reason. When I talked to them they took it as if I was asking for a new remote for no reason. I have already paid around Rs 4 thousand extra for 3 years additional warranty. When I talked to them they interpret it as if I was asking for a new remote for no reason. It was an insult for me as I have already paid around Rs 4000 extra for 3 years additional warranty. Then I inform them that I will not pay any amount and I will manage it from somewhere else but not from Carrier. I will never purchase anything from Carrier and will not recommend it to anyone.
