Camel Mountain Bags

I strongly advise against purchasing any product from Camel Mountain. My experience with their so-called "lifetime warranty" has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel obligated to warn others before they make the same mistake.

I purchased The Insert Pro bag from Camel Mountain, trusting their claim of a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. However, when the stitching on the zipper rail failed due to poor workmanship, the company refused to honor their warranty. Despite providing detailed photos and documentation, including a screenshot of their own warranty policy, they claimed the damage was “irreversible” and offered me a measly 25% discount on a replacement bag instead of fixing the issue or reimbursing repair costs as their warranty promises.

To make matters worse, I reached out directly to their customer service after being stonewalled by their Israeli distributor. I sent multiple emails, including one addressed to their management, and waited over 24 days for a response—only to be completely ignored. This blatant disregard for customers is appalling.

Camel Mountain’s marketing is misleading, and their customer service is virtually nonexistent. They use the "lifetime warranty" as a sales gimmick to lure buyers, but when issues arise, they dodge responsibility and leave you stranded.

I have wasted both my time and money on this company, and I want to ensure others don’t suffer the same. If you value your money, your time, and your peace of mind, stay far away from Camel Mountain.

If you’re considering buying from them, think twice. You’ll get better quality and service from companies that actually stand behind their products.

It is a nice bag.looking good and it have multiple opening. Good quality. Zipper are also good. colour is same as mentioned. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A COMFORTABLE BAG GO FOR THIS ONE. THE APPEARENCE IS ALSO WELL GOOD. PERFECT FIT IN THE BODY . ALSO SHOULDER STRAPS ARE SMOOTH.

I have the camel mountain bag for around 4 to five years and I have been using in my University and for trip purpose the bag is almost fine but the problem is that it destroyed my every shirt fabric with I wear the bag and this issue does not lie with my bag also with my friends bag also, so I think so this is the draw back of this bag.

I am writing this review because I was trying to search for this bags online, I got this link. I have brought one camel mountain bag may be around in 2012 and believe me its 2018 and bag was absolutely fine. I wash it and mine is kind of rough usage still not even a stitch came out. today also one of my friends loved that bag and he took it from me so I wanted to buy the same, and there is nothing color fading bad quality etc. due to my mistake two zipper handles broke that's it.

whoever is planning to buy this you can go for that.

The backpack looks good with lots of pockets, but nothing appropriate to hold a cell phone, keys or pens. The chest strap is very helpful.

But one of the zippers for the main compartment fell off the first day. A week later a 2nd zipper fell off. I feel I have thrown my money down the drain. Do not buy this bag!

Hi friends this is the best bag to use, as a user I recomend you to buy this bag, iam using this bag for past 3 year, no damage happened till now.it is rough and tough bag we can pack heavy items which other bag could not handle.normal bag last up to9-10 months hardly.but this bag is amaizing.it has good space good zib quality, laptop compartment good cussion at sholder and back.very confortable.its totaly value for money

Hello friends today I share my personal experience about camel mountain bags.

My brother need a bag for travel. So I bought a bag for him. I purchased camel montain backpack from online store and I bought backpack in 1500 rupees. Company says this backpack is waterproof backpack.

My brother uses this backpack for 10-15 times. But after this chains not working properly. And my brother realise this backpack is not waterproof.

Fabric quality is too poor.

So company cheats with me.

Overall this bag is not value for money.

So don't buy this.

I bought a camel mountain bag before 6 months for my father.

the looks and style of this bag is really very good.

in the beginning the bag was very good but after few months.the color of this bag starting faded.

and the fabric quality of this bag is very bad.

the bag is not long lasting.our bag had totally damaged in only 3-4 months.

this bag is not value for money.so I suggest you that never buy this bag.

Camel Mountain has wide range of bags for hiking, trekking, laptop, etc. This bags are very strong made up of good quality material. My father bought me camel mountain bag for Rs 800 in 2014 and its been two years, still I am using it with no damage.

The bag size is  average, spacious and design of the bag is really eye catching. The strap of this bag feels comfortable on the shoulders while travelling. I mostly use this bag for moving city to city for work purpose. It can easily carry my Laptop, charger, water bottle and garments.

If you looking for a laptop bag then you can try camel mountain bags. It is less in price with good quality.

Camel mountain bags are very popular now a days specially among college students. but they are not actually of that quality which we expect from such big brand. I now a days I m working as a salesman so after looking and comparing those bags from other brands it seems like they take money only for the name of the brand. most of the camel mountain bags come in 1600D material which looks nice and shiny but dosnt last long enough as compared to other materials and slips off from corners. I m not saying the bags are of bad quality but u can find the better product from different brand in almost same price or little high price. plus recently the brand name is registered by someone else in india so the bags u will find in indian market will either be the first copy or from that indian based company which dosnt provides the quality of the original camel mountain. so if u wanna buy that bag just coz u like the name then please go for that else u can have better alternatives in same price range.

Camel Moutain has variety of bags for hiking, trekking, laptop, etc. Camel Mountain bags are made of good quality material. My father bought camel mountain bag for 750 INR in 2013 and its been three years approx, still I am using it. The bag is spacious, and design and looks of the bag is stylish. The bag feels comfortable on the shoulders. I can kept my A3 size drawing book, heavy books, my tiffin box and water bottle and still there left some space. While traveling, I use this bag. It can carry my clothes, water bottle, laptop and laptop charger, my headphones, mobile and mobile charger, etc. I have been using this bag for three years and still it is in good condition. Camel Mountain is a famous brand with wide variety of casual and travel bags.

I wanted a big bag good enough to put my A3 size drawing book and a spacious one to accommodate my books tiffin etc.

After a long search I found camel mountains's treking bag, this bag just met all my expectations!

This bag pretty good height and width and comes in a stylish colour combinations.

I can easily carry my A3 size drawing book without any worry.

This is made of good quality material and the zip closers are pretty good.

A thick tough laptop case is provided to easily accomodate even 17inch laptop.

The shoulder straps have sponge stuff in it and are quite comfortable.

A lock to hold the bag tight to the waist is also provided.

As this is a treking bag it has enough spaces, it just accommodates 3 to 4 pair of shirt and jeans comfortably along with other basic accessories and so quite handy while traveling.

We can adjust the size of the bag by adjusting the straps.

Some drawbacks of this product are that it has just 2 courses and it is not water resistant.

They are durable as I bought it 3 years back and still using them.

This bag costed me about Rs 1400 and I would say it is worth buying.

They are really good and made to last long.

Am extremely satisfied with this product and would defenitely recommend others.
