Cafe Maaz is located near Bhandup Sonapur bus stop. It's reall a very nice place to have all kind of Indian and chinese foods they serve both veg, non-veg( chicken mutton fish eggs) . Veg foods are comparabily yummy to non veg specially paneet items. In non veg you will find all gravy, roasted, kababs, tandooris biryanis all finger licking tasty food items. Staff is nice and not much more waiting for orders. You can have parcel also

They also have cateering facilities for your functions you can order biryanis on kg also for your parties and functions. Highly recommended. You will definitely like the place and food and at resobable rate.

Budget Friendly - Maaz

We all love to try different types of food or dishes, but the only concern is where should we try it and also it should be budget friendly.

So I would suggest you try Maaz restaurant because they have lots of variety and the best part is you can visit any time for breakfast, Lunch and dinner as well.

  1. Food and the Presentation is good dont keep to much exception on presentation it will be decent enough. And the cache is you are only allowed to drink mineral water they will not provide water for you.

  2. Talking about ambience you will finds lots of Muslim people around you, of course its an Muslim restro so dnt be surprised. And yeah the best part is they give priority if you are with family.

  3. Service is ok you have to wait a bit for your order, so my suggestion would be order it before your current dish finishes off.

  4. Finally when the bill arrives, you will be amazed that "Dil Khush ho gaya" Yeah its will be a cheap bill.

So if you are in Bhandup must visit here

My office is nearby this cafe so I happen to visit this cafe with my office colleagues regularly. The tea prepared here tastes very awesome and they have a very good customer service and staff are very polite. The cafe looks very nice from inside and ambience is very well maintained with nice decor.I love to visit this place. The price is reasonable and quite affordable to everyone.Really worth and suggest every one to visit this cafe if you happen travel to bhandup.

Hi Friends

I had visited many times at this place and because in Bhandup my friends staying and for meet to him during my Mumbai tours I had visited at Bhandup

During our visit we found that there is nothing like Food and presentation and there is nothing like good decoration and ambience and its not well maintained, No any proper seating arrangements with good cooling system

Its not a restaurant, Its only a store like some kind of bakery only where we can get some tea or snacks instead of a good lunch and dinner with good comfort

If any one need spend here quality time with there friends or family this is not a perfect place for the same because here we found many local persons seated every time like auto drivers and they had smoking also inside this shop

And there is nothing like customer services and there is no value of our money for such kind of services and non quality

There are a lot of other places available in Bhandup where we can get much better services with good quality food and good quick services with respect

One question that comes to my mind every time I come across this place is that why on earth is it called a café. I mean, you can easily choose to have a full meal over here. They have quite an extensive menu for both veg and non-veg.

At Maaz, they’re known for their scrumptious North Indian and seafood varieties. I’ve been here a couple of times and I must admit that the food here is always well-cooked and served fresh and hot. Unlike many other restaurants with a North Indian specialty, there’s hardly any chance of you being served some semi-cooked meat or chicken. Well, of course that’s not really a guarantee but as much as I’ve heard from my friends residing close-by and a frequent customer of Maaz, I feel assured.

Under the North Indian category, I love the kababs here, especially the Kalami and Chicken Banjara kababs. I have always been a kabab fanatic and hence you can take my words that they will never ever disappoint you with those, atleast when you compare the other restaurants in the same price range.

What I do not really suggest anyone over here is to try out their Chinese section. It is meant to disappoint. I have ordered the Chicken Schezwan Fried Rice, Chicken chowmein and veg Hong Kong during the few instances when I chose to get a home delivery. But then, I was disappointed each time. May be because I have a nose for Chinese and just can’t settle for anything amiss.

Talking about the prices, it would cost around Rs. 550-600 for two people for a decent meal. Not bad at this price, given the juicy and fresh chicken and mutton bites you get to gorge on.

I feel somewhat disappointed to discover such a decent place in my last year of stay in Mumbai.

It is situated on the lbs marg which associate the magnet shopping center n nirmal shopping center. I've perused a considerable measure of negatives about the climate however I think they went before the air conditioner seating was set up. The air conditioner seating Is great, the administration is brisk and the menu is truly unfathomable.

We had a margarine chicken tandoori which was great yet I think the typical tandoori would have been something more. At that point we had the murg mussalam which shockingly came in two flavors green and red yet at the same time was great. The kulcha was truly wonderful and delicate an unquestionable requirement have. At that point as prescribed by quite a few people we had the chicken biryani, now the rice was better than average and the sauce was properly zesty.

My pick was the caramel custard, you don't show signs of improvement things for Rs30. It reminded me the particular case that I had at sarvi close nagpada police headquarters.

General awesome worth for cash, worth backtracking.

Good food at a reasonable price

I often go to Cafe Maaz, especially when I am craving Mughlai food and running on low budget. Cafe Maaz has never disappointed me when it comes to food and prompt delivery as well.

I do not like the decor and ambience much and hence mostly prefer take-away. Initially I was so addicted to their Bheja Masala and Mutton Makhanwala I ate it almost every single day for a week or so.

The staff is always courteous and make sure you get your food and delivery on time as well. I recommend you try the Bheja Masala, Chicken Tangdi Biryani, Mutton Chatpata and Mutton Dahi wala at Cafe Maaz. They serve amazing mutton and bheja dishes at a reasonable price

Yummy and affordable food

Cafe Maaz in Bhandup is more like a tiny restaurant and less like a cafe. They serve North Indian, Chinese and Seafood dishes.

The restaurant is quite humble when it comes to ambience and decor. They have simple basic furniture and decor. Nothing fancy to boast about. The staff is super efficient and prompt and will hardly keep you waiting for anything.

The popular dishes of Cafe Maaz comprises of Murg Mussalam, Chicken Mumtaz, Mutton Luckhnowi, Mutton Masala Fry, Fish Masala and Brain Bhurjee. The prices are quite reasonable and a meal will not cost you more than Rs 400 - Rs 500. I recommend this restaurant for yummy and affordable food.

Value for money with guaranteed happiness.

Making a comeback after a long time, and guess what? It's another review on RESTAURANT by me :-)

By now everyone must have guessed it that I am a big time food lover, and frankly speaking even I love to write on restaurants a lot. Today the restaurant that i'l be reviewing is a restaurant that is a bit far by from my residence. It's around 1 hour journey from my house to this restaurant, but I do take out some time every week so that I can make a visit at-least once so that I can hog like anything.

If your in Mumbai then do visit this restaurant, its very good and to cut the long story short, its a place which fits everyone's budget with awesome varieties of chicken and pretty good desserts too.

How I landed here?

There is a mall nearby this restaurant and one has to get down and walk for 10 mins if one goes by bus to reach the mall, as I had to do some shopping I knew that I would get late by the time I would finish all my shopping's and stuffs.

As I was accompanied with my best friend, we both drew the same conclusion that we should eat something and then go to the mall for shopping. We couldn't find a rick from station till the mall so there was no other option other than going by bus. After getting down from the bus, we saw Cafe Maaz, and the 1st thought that came to our mind was Ummmmm..As me and my best friend are big time chicken lover, its the best thing that happened to us that we din't get a rick and preferred going by bus and we landed up here.

The things that I dint like about the restaurant?

The restaurant is situated far away from nearest station ie nahur station, and one can prefer going by rick or if no availability of rick than one can go by bus.

The second thing that I dislike was the surrounding area was not that good, but the restaurant seemed quite descent, and the hunger within us forced us even more.

The ambiance was not that happening as CANDIES, TIMBUCTOO etc etc. but it was descent. There wasn't any music but the cushions were very comfortable.

This restaurant was divided into 2 sections, With AC and Without AC, highly recommended that one should go in AC section, as AC sections have good cushions and comfort level is high.

The things that I like about the restaurant?

The restaurant was big, but even though it was big there used to be one heck of a crowd, but recently they have made 3 sections ie they have added a family section also, which is same as AC section but with better ambiance.

There were many things that impressed me about this restaurant which I will discuss below.

What was the food like?

Coming to the food, I just loved it, it was killer, what more should I say?

As this is a Muslim-origin restaurant, the food has to be killer and out of the world, but woahh woahh!!!! This restaurant has its own lil hinge of secret in the food that they make. One day ill surely try to peep into their kitchen to see what's the secret to their food making. Even my mom can't make such delicious food (Sorry mom :P). She will kill me if she reads this haha.

The variety one can find here is enormous, and every variety has its own uniqueness.

I've tried various dishes here, some of which are mentioned below

Chicken tandoori

Chicken 65

Chicken lollipop

Chicken Angara

Chicken Lazeez

Chicken Tawa

Butter Chicken

Chicken Tikka

Chicken White

Chicken Toofani

Chicken Handi

There are more, but as of now I can remember these much only. Every dish has its own uniqueness and different hinge of taste of the masala.

In desserts, I've tried Maaz royal falooda, Caramel custard, sewai kulfi.

My mouth's watering now itself hahahaha

The tandoori roti is also good and better than others.

The food's presentation also was good and very formal like how big big restaurants present, and the waiter's also are well trained.

As mentioned the ambiance and decor was ok and not that great but certainly it has improved a great deal and the family section is really nicely decorated.

Customer Service also was good and till date there are no goof-ups and I feel that's pretty descent. The waiter's are always on their toes and very well trained.

Value for Money is one thing that comes to my mind when I think about this restaurant. As compared to other quality restaurants the pricing of the dishes and desserts are below par and even the food is great.

All that matters is the quality of food and not the quantity. And the perfect pricing with good service by the staffs makes it one of the best restaurants in that area.

Truly satisfied customer, thumbs up to them.

The range of dishes is quite fabulous, and the menu card also is quite funny. The menu card is put together in quite a humorous way, so much so that people are tempted to order something from every sub-section of the menu card.

With 3 sections build up, there isn't any issues of prior reservations n all.

One thing that I have to mention is that, there is some secret recipe that most Muslim-origin restaurants use. Even basic dishes are quiet effective and tasty.

It cant be rated as excellent, although this place is very good.

Hope all my friends found this review very useful :-)
