Gems not harm. But if we eat Chocolate more quantity it harmful because Chocolate contains sugar, theobromine, and phenylethylamine. It cause stimulating effects in your baby in the nervous system. May be Gems is stuck in throat of your baby.

There is no age issue in eating gems, it's just that it should be to an limited amount as the gems are sugar coated chocolates and may cause early cavities and the other thing is that the kids might not very well dissolve the gems in mouth and accidentally swallow it up as whole. This might cause problem if the chocolate is somehow stuck at the throat, nothing serious but the kids might feel uncomfortable that time. Other than these Gems is a really great flavour to enjoy at any age.
