Cab India Travels

Hi friends , Last day I booked a Car through this , To go to the Airport .My flight take off time is 11: 45 P.M .So I Book the car At 7 P.M .Because almost 3 hour travel is theRe from My home to the airport .

I get my baggage ready Sharp 7 P.M And I started to wait the cab. But the cab reached at 7: 35 P.M .I was anger about this And ask the driver Why He is late . He said Lot of traffic .But trust me there is no such dense Traffic In that root.

Also Hey drive the car very fast Dangerously fast .And almost hit a van but luckly escaped .

I I ask him to slow down the vehicle , But he doesn't slow down Hey Sir One more Trip to go .

Finally he Take me there At 10: 45 P.M .

I have a really bad experience with this cap Never ever Book this cab again

Last month I hired a cab from this cab service from sec 44 to ghaziabad station and I had given time for cab to arrive is at 9: 00pm because I had train at 11: 00 but to my surprise cab arrived at 9: 45pm and when I asked for delay he stared at me very rudely said I was taking dinner so I ignored and put lugguage in car and headed to station , but during whole journey he drove very fast and when I asked to slow down speed he said he has another booking to cover, and he was playing very loud music when I asked him to slow he denied to do so and said its my car and I will decide how to keep it , asked me to sit silently and do not intervene him. We reached station at 10: 35pm so my train time reached to close so I asked him for help but he denied to help and fled as soon as I took out my lugguage without even saying anything , also I heard this from my friend that he missed his train due to this cab service so I decided not to go with CAB INDIA again

Tour guide was not helpful as he was not even know traffic rules, he has not taken seat belt when I insisted to wear then he wear seat belt and he was not wearing uniforms.

To my surprise , he was not aware of the roads well because he got confused in mohan nagar and took wrong u-turn but by god grace I knew the roads well so I tell him quickly about right direction then we reached station somehow .

No travel was hectic and not good.

One month ago I booked a cab through Cab India travels from karol bagh to greater noida

On 10 oct for 6 P.M

That day I was having my exam for that I booked cab one day before exam & paid online payment.

Next Morning I wait till 6: 15 Am then I called to the cab driver he told that he is on the way & will reach till 6: 30 he told me that he is stuck in traffic. But he reached at my place on 7: 00 A.m so with the delay of 1 hr the cab arrives at my place we instantly sit on the cab & the cab driver to move .

Now after 1 km the cab played music in very high voice my mother told him to please make it slow but he ignored. Again he was doing mischevious activites like he turns his mirror & stare me again and again in very bad manner.

Now I noticed these things and warned him that stop concentrating on me & slow the music. So after that he slow down the music. But increases the speed of car I guess it must be around 140km now I warned to slow the car else I will call police.

After few km he stops the car & he go outside of car & ca checked & told me that the car has some problem due to which it won't be able to move. Now I was just blank that I have only 45 mins for my exam. I shouted on him why you checked your car before altough I paid you online money he arrogently told I can't do anything either wait for 2 hrs or find alternative

I booked an auto but due to traffic and other problem I reached at my exam centre 15 min late.

So, The main verdict of my scene is never book a cab through Cab India Travels they are just fraud. Their drives even don't know the route propely. Their cabs are in pathatic condition so booking a cab through cab india travels is completely wastage of money

Don't go through it.!

I booked a cab from cab india travels to go to some place urgent. But I reached late because the cab reached late to me. When I asked for the reason behind why he came late then he had no proper excuses and did not get to the topic.

The condition of the cab is very bad. A bad smell is there in the cab. I thought that they dont care for their customers is ok but they dont care for themselves and they are ok with that condition.

And the seats are also not comfortable. In short this cab is not for long trips.

Also they do not know the routs. We have to tell them about the routs.

They should improve tge service for the customers convinience.

Hi friends

Today I am sharing my experience of travelling in cab from Cab India Travels.I have been travelling in many cabs and I have made most of my journeys in cabs but it was a most pathetic cab services I ever have travelled.The cab had a very bad smell.The seating was also very uncomfortable.I think that this is the worst cab services.

I never recommend any one to travel by this.

I have been travelling in many cabs till now came across and I have made most of my journeys in cabs and one day I came across a cab from Cab India Travels and it was a most pathetic cab services I have ever traveled at the cab driver was not at all at time and the cab was also not clean when I asked the driver regarding late time of pick up he gave some bad reason and I was very annoyed with it I never recommend any one to travel by this

I had booked one way car to reach my college. And the driver came late 10 minutes. He did not give me appropriats reason why he late? When I was in tue car, Ac is not working and very bad smell come in the seats of car. Driver is weirdly looking at me talking nonsense talk. I give him a warning to complain in office, but he told I dont care do whatever you want to do.

Driver is very bad.

I can tell you that this is the worst cab service , I dont even know why I ordered it in the first place. The cab had a very bad smell. Never hire from this cab service . the cab driver was driving at a very high speed and was'nt even paying attention on the road. The seating was also very uncomfortable and their outercovering was torn.

Okay where do I begin with this horrid journey, (what was supposed to be a good end to a jouney went horribly wrong with this ride.

1. Booked an Innova which started full 2 hrs late - reason(driver wanted to waste time with his buddies chit chatting - right in front of customers!)

   
   




2. Abosulutely uncouth driver - never have I come across more socially unfit person(his cuss words, bad driving, abnoxiously loud voiced, no courtesy or respect for any one)(read rich Delhi boy meme - this is your driver)(aparently he wons al the cabs and he was doing us al a favour by driving us to our destinatiojn - I mean WTF!, I thought we paid in full for the ride)

   
   




3. He threated to stop the vehicle and asked us to take whatever bus we find at various intervals in middle of nowhere, if we continue to asked him to stop taking multiple breaks(he wasted another 2.5 hrs in additon from late start chatting with his acquintances - total 4.5 hrs wasted)

   
   




4. He FORCED me to play navigator for the entire journey and he DID NOT KNOW THE ROUTES, he made me use my phone and GPS navigation throughout the journey!(note this, how is this acceptable, against my will - WTF is happening, I had to play along to ensure my safetly and reach my destination, in the interest to not lose any more time)

   
   




5. He CHALLENGED me and all passenger that even if I dared to have a shut eye for a second - since I was unfortunately seated right next to the driver(he is not responsible for driving off the cliff and ending all our lives, cause that would aparently induce sleep to him)(I mean really look at this B_+_DS AUDACITY)(In another develped country I could have sued the driver and take the a**hole to court for such service.(he ruined my night, I could not close my eye though the night! - I was supposed to reach Chandigarh by 1am and sleep the night to catch up with my travel and meetings today(18th May) I was groggy through the day, due to lack of sleep and had a terrible unforgettable journey.

   
   




6. He blared his music and played songs at full volume(ear drum breaking decibels, which his full bass subwofer) through the night and ensured all passengers kept him engaged in discussions, he challenged anyone to sleep and bear consequences and hence bad extremely loud music though the night(which gave all of us bad head ache by the end of the journey)

   
   




7. He did not drop off at designated point and dropped me in middle of nowhere at 4.40 am in chandigarh(thank god I managed to get a ola at that hour and reach my destination safely, without any further events for the day).

   
   




8. He wanted to smoke pot and start the journey, I threatened to call to action and seek help from police and he stopped and did not smoke, apparently this is his routine to smoke and drive in dangerous ghat roads. - why should this a**hole be spared?

   
   

Now I have given my story, I would urge you folks to think twice before booking such cabs on redbus or privately.
