Their Sales Executives trap you and and you are trapped for life and the interest they charge you is very very high and they donot listen to you once you do a booking. Booking cancelation is 10% mind you which is too high

Their implementation is very slow and the builder is hardly taking any interest in the project. At this rate it will be years before we get the property.

Eligibility of loan collapses

Even if the bank approves for the loan, it somehow is delayed and then it collapses after it passes the eligibility criteria and this has been seen as the serious threat to the growth of those who are concerned with the day to day transactions with the bank with regards to their properting or corresponding housing loan.

Parks are very few in the vicinity leaving little to no room to cater to personal fitness and breathing activities. The children find it difficult to find time for outdoor playing and old find it difficult to casually stroll around when need be.

The possession has been delayed to a large extent, which is a huge inconvenience to us and has caused us a lot of stress and anxiety! The builder does not take any interest in supervising the work because of which the work has been delayed to such a large extent, causing us severe problems!
