Bought Hey company jegging @1600, 4months back which was used only twice, last week I went for confress and traveling by car it was tore all of sudden while I was traveling in front of  every 1 it was very bad quality was ambrased in front of others being a girl it was tragic incident will not recomand any 1, even though was not bought in sale it was fresh product

Hello to all please don't buy any clothes at Brand Factory I'm share my incident last month Brand Factory 10 yrs anniversary completed he announce 50% off of any clothes and  I bought 2 jeans and 3 tshirts at Brand Factory stores and one jeans colors are damage when I washed my jeans and I personally goes there store and complaint to manager and he didn't accept his store fault and told it's not genuine problem so we can't exchange. so he is cheat with me and Robbed. so don't waste your money.

I always do my shopping from Brand factory. The best quality product I get here. I usually go to the mall which is situated near Shambhunath Pandit Hospital in LEE road, kolkata.

It is a big mall. They have a big parking area. It is a four storied building and the whole mall belongs to brand factory.

The amvbience is good, full AC, but it becomes very crowdy in puja session.

You will get almost every kind of brands product here. Sometimes they gives discounts on their products. If you enlisted your Mobile number there you will get the information when they will give discount.

It is a value for money shop.

The ambience is good and Here you can get Clothes and accessories of various brands for Men, Women and Kids under One roof and at reasonable price. Best part is you can avail many offers throughout the year at Brand Factory.

The discount is fair enough and products are really good. Recently Brand factory had completed its 10 years and on its BIG day it gave many good offers to its customers.

Its customer care is good and helpful.

Overall If you planning to buy clothes or accessories, try to visit Brand factory once for better deals, tempting offers and amazing discounts and yes Vouchers too which is like a bonus while shop at Brand factory.and get value of your money.

It is a new outlet which opened in Behala, opposite M.P.BIRLA School in James Long Sarani.

It covers 2 floors of clothing and footwear collection. The stock for ladies is very limited and one would hardly find any good collection.

It has a great variety of clothes in the gents section where there are plenty of options to choose from. I found the footwear section impressive as you get very good quality sports shoes within 1000 bucks.

Parking space is available inside the property but you need to pay 10 rupees for it. A token will be provide to you and this 10 rupees will be deducted if you purchase a product. I think its a very clever act on their pat as it psychologically compels you to make a purchase.

Brand Factory Store located in Rohini, Delhi is at convenient location nearby to Outer Ring road. it has ample parking space in front of it. Ambience of store is nice and systematic. it has accelerators, lift as well as stairs to move up and down from the three floors having different sections. Ground floor is jewelry, children section. First and third floor are men's section and second floor is women's section. Staff is cooperation. Many big brands are there. Pricing is very reasonable. it's a complete family store.

this mall is popular in guwahati because of its offer. it often gives 50% or more in approx all of their product.but due to this facility there is also a disadvantage. this is here you got many old previous year product most of which loss its colour.

Recently had a visit to this brand factory at bangalore as there was a good offer offered by this showroom people as it was a unlimited buying of dress at 3000rs flat, but the item available there was of a very bad quality the dress materials were very bad and there were very less products available from which we could use from, they even rejected to to exchange our damaged product, were I would not recommend this to any one

If you dont have enough money but you want to buy branded thing then Brand Factory is the best choice. When I visited Kolkata four months back, I went to Brand Factory and my experience was not so good.

The parking facility was not good at all. It could have been a lot better, if managed properly.

The ambience and decor was bad a when I went in there, the clothes were not placed at right place and different sizes were mixed together. Everything was so messed up.

The store was good, though. But the biggest concern of mine was that the products didn't seem to me of top quality. the products looked fake or copied. So, I was hesitant to pay such a huge price for such products which looked fake or copied.

It was not worth the value for both money and time to visit Brand Factory at Kolkata. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I will give it 1/5 stars.

Very said to write this because I was future group stores specially brand factory and Big bazar customer for last 8 years not because its good because i only buy items from Indian organization but now no more future……

When you check my below shopping its 6800 rupee.

When I have visited Brand factory address “No.505, M S Tower, G B Palya, Hosur Road, Bangalore - 560029, Next To Rns Motors & Near Htmt” receipt# 001349 dated as 21/01/2017.

After completing my shopping and paying bill, I came out and saw my active was damaged. I have contacted brand factory security personal and he navigated me rudely to store admin manager. That person was 10X ruder than first person. I told him the issue and after knowing that He said “Brand factory is not responsible for parking and parking damage”. I asked him than write and give me you are not responsible for parking. I cant write and give you but I am telling you we are not responsible.

I went to floor manager and told him I was doing my shopping happily because I felt parking is provided by brand factory. Then he said its not comes under us its admin issue. If you have any issue with parches and product we can help you. I said take back all your items and give me my money. I need returns receipt with reason as bike got damaged in parking and admin said brand factory not responsible for parking. He totally refused and said I cant write. Then they started behaving rude. Myself and my family along with my 2.5 yr old we kid we waited there after our shopping 1 hour for this full issue, and after seeing such behavior its too much.. Its better to buy items from other shop instead of facing your ruddy employees….

The place has very less space for parking as the store is situated alongside road touching it.

Ambiance of the place is not very great, as a lot of noise is heard from the traffic on road. Decor of the place from inside is very well organised and looks really attractive. From outside it is like any other brand factory store.

Store has a number of items available in it. Range of products is quite high.

The only problem is the place lacks in staff members. When I visited there ware very few members present to guide as to where the different sections are available.

Value for money is also not great and they charge a little high.

I have been to this store for two times and both the time I did not like the attitude of the staff members towards their customer. They are so lenient in their work that they make groups among themselves and start chatting and do not care for their customers. Even upon asking about the products they behave like they do not know much about the product.

The place has little space for parking, not recommended for four wheeler's. Ambiance and decor of the place is also not very good. The trial rooms look very dirty. Store has a range of products available. But the price allocated is quite high considering the materials.

Yah, it is the right destination for the branded jeans.And the latest range of clothing and  accessories also available here. But I must say They are actually famous for their jeans.

They have a larger collection of jeans of different brands with different ranges. The top most brand like Lee, Levi's, Diesel, Denim, Numero uno and lots of other brands also available here with different color sheds.

I always bought my jeans from their newtown, kolkata stores. And I use it regularly but yet didn't find any problem with that such like fake colors or cheap materials, just forget about that they always offer you the genuine product's.
