I recently visited this store and was very impressed. They have a great collection and many brands to choose from. The customer service is excellent; the staff is friendly and helpful. Stock availability is also very good, so I always find what I need. Highly recommend shopping here

Worst management there is no proper response from the staff and one person is handling billing its takes me one hour to come out form billing counter in normal days never purchase in fasion factory by giving our money y we want wait and waste our time

This is a good place for new designer dresses and wears, and there is all branded like puma lee copper, rebook, raymond's wearing also there is a very big store and clean & hygienic.

My sincere advise, avoid Brand factory. It sells defectives/ seconds at a discounted rates.

My personal experience, at their Jublee hills/ Nagarjuna hills show room.

I have bought seconds clothing, from actual manufacturers, and to identify a that brand had “V” cut on the brand label,

On shoes, I have noticed a paper ouch hole.

Generally these seconds( they are too good, you cant identify a defect in them) are available at half price .

Brand factory sells these items as discounted ones, concealing the fact that they are seconds in nature.

The online services are worst. The items are shipped on time but kept in warehouse for more than 4 days without delivering the same. On following up, Call Centre personnel tell lies. The couriers are out of control of the company. Even e-mail to top notches make no effect. The experience is painful.

The salesman name Balu was really helpful .he made my shopping easy and also he seemed down to earth.

Even at the billing counter Yadav was a smart person ..he calmly explained all the discounts I will receive..

The only disappointment I had was with mall .. there was no Ac ..the coolers were kept at very distance ..

Hope they improve the infrastructure!

In brand factory they announced special offers and huge discount on branded products like Reebok and Nike and many other but all products are third class and defected product and sales executive behavior is not good also in kalyan brand Factory even they don't know about products offer and size available stock also.Defective products are found in Brant factory

I was very impressed with the quality of clothes that I purchased from brand factory. also with the sales and staff there.

One of the staff personnel " Mohammed ahad " help me alot for choosing the best clothes suitable for me from the various different clothes.

I feel a great care was given in seeing that I had a good price . I would highly recommend the brand factory to anyone that wants to buy a clothes.
