I purchased this product two year back(from Amazon(order # Order # 407-1428535-2098715). Recently it stopped working. I made a service request on company’s call center. I was assured to attain my request within 48 hours but nobody even called. After time limit I again contacted to call center and this went on.
I called up several times and finally also intimated to amazon about the problem. I also send email to company. After 10 days of constant calling, emailing, amazon’s intervention and my frustration, I received an email from company that my service request will be attuned shortly.
Actually this people do not have any service setup anywhere in the county!
When I asked local service people of other brand they all told one thing, ‘never ever by this product’. If this product stops working, company will not send parts and nobody will repair this product.’
Meanwhile I got checked the product form other expert and came to know that I have breakage of drum issue in the product. After 12 days of waiting I received a call from a person said that he is ‘third party representative’ and will charge Rs. 550+18% for visit. I asked him fine, I will pay but now I know that there is breakage of drum issue. The ‘third party representative’ said, though I will charge and then I will send email to company and let you know the cost of parts and when I will come again with part, I will charge Rs. 550+18% again and whatsoever charges of parts.
At last I had sent the machine for scrape and purchased another of some repute brand.
So if you want lots of frustration and waste of money, go for BPL.
