Bombay High Restaurant, Seawood, Navi Mumbai

My brother Inlaw came from London and we were stuck to find a good restaurant in and around navi mumbai where we can get some authentic Indian food. I have seen one palce several time while driving down seawoods and my foodie sixth sense said there is something special about the place , being a pure veg a teatotaller we kept avoiding to go to this place as it will be crowded by travellers . Finally I decided to go for it and am really proud of the decision .

Our group consisting of kids were given warm welcome and were given cozy table . now the food available has huge variety from bombay duck to lobster to pudina paratha to momo. we had paneer tikka's and veg dimsum (momo's) for the starters momos were done steamed and cooked to perfection with finely cut vegetable fillings.(mummm..) Paneer was fresh and tastes like genuine North indian paneer.

The main course gave us a surprisingly tasty "bhindi pyaz" and mushroom muter dish. even the "roti basket " had well done nan , missi roti , parathas . we had several dishes and 4 rounds of momos. overall its pretty reasonable (abt 1400) for our group of 10 people including 4 kids. only this missing in the menu is some genuine desert like halwa . I am waiting for an opportunity to revisit this place.
