Hi all, just wanted to alert everyone to not buy body craft gift cards, they are biggest cheaters as tgey dont receal the true colors unti you buy tge gift card and when you go to redeem they refuse saying only products can be brought that too online not service can be redeem which on phone they said we will but at billing counter they refused bluntly. Pathetic service by the billing staff who are so engrossed on phone that they were not bothered to support. I had rcvd this gift voucher by friends on birthday saying go pamper yourself but little that they knew that the so called big nane are cheaters and liars. Please be careful with these guys

I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional and inappropriate behavior, I experienced at @BodycraftIndia Indiranagar Clinic in Bangalore, I scheduled my first online consultation on March 19th, hoping to address my dry and dull skin concerns with a Hydra facial.


However, after reviewing my skin, Dr. Nabanita advised against the Hydra facial and instead recommended three treatments:




  1. IVF glutathione, 2. skin peel off, and 3. Hydra booster dose, which amounted to a staggering 96, 000 rupees. Dr. Nabanita and her assistant manipulated me with false commitments and exaggerated claims about the effectiveness of these treatments. Unfortunately, I fell into their trap, assuming their recommendations were in my best interest.




Although I didn't opt for the entire package, I inquired about the best treatment among the three. The assistant, a pregnant lady, mentioned that the IVF glutathione cost 50, 000 rupees, which Dr. Nabanita acknowledged. I paid for the treatment and initially felt satisfied after the first session.


To my surprise, during my second session, a different specialist (whose name I forget, but she was Bengali) administering the hydra facial consciously or subconsciously skipped important steps. When I raised this concern with Dr. Nabanita, she initially denied the issue, disregarding my feedback and claiming that different clinics follow different procedures. However, I showed her a promotional video created by the Indiranagar Bodycraft Clinic that demonstrated the correct steps. Only then did she acknowledge the discrepancy.


After taking the second dose of IVF glutathione, I experienced a severe adverse reaction, causing me to faint for a period of time. Dr. Nabanita eventually admitted that the treatment may not have worked as expected on my body. And vitals deficiency I was facing and visited to Sakra Hospital. After all these adverse effect of IVF glutathione and not get rid of any dry or dull skin (which was my actual concern) consequently, I requested to discontinue the treatment and receive a refund for the remaining amount.


I reached out to the CRM team, including Manisha, Shivani, and Dr. Sheana, explaining my situation and reasons for opting out. Dr. Sheana agreed and directed me to follow up with Manisha for the refund process.


Unfortunately, Manisha provided false promises, diverted my attention from the actual refund process, and subjected me to unnecessary follow-ups for the past two months.


To date, it is now June, and the team at Bodycraft has proven incapable of resolving my issue. They neither answer my calls nor reply to my emails. This negative and toxic behavior exhibited by Bodycraft Clinic is alarming and concerning.


My message to everyone is clear:


1. Be cautious of inexperienced doctors at Bodycraft who prioritize selling packages over providing genuine care.


2. They will take your money and make false promises regarding treatments and results.


3. They may miss crucial steps during procedures and engage in inappropriate interactions with customers.


4. They are running a practice with incapable people in Indiranagar clinic and nobody has decent real time experience.


5. They will never refund your money and harass you day and night with unprofessional ways.


I will run this legal battle with Bodycraft Clinic.


Please be aware and exercise caution when considering Bodycraft Clinic for your beauty and wellness needs. Together, let's demand professionalism and accountability in the industry.

Where do I start, well the moment you enter the clinic, Baishali who is a sales consultant starts saying only negativity about the skin, shape and colour. Then she starts recommending those expensive treatments and would put so much pressure to go for those treatment on the same day making sure they don't tell the price including tax. And the so called Dr Mikki speaks in fake accent to convince that she does a great job and make sure she do some mistake so that I go back her, pay again and get it corrected. Horrible group of people who are only waiting to cheat everybody who walks in to their clinic and rob the money. I had to make more than 3-40 calls, speak to their lawyer explaining the how they cheated me and finally got completed the unsatisfactory treatment. never ever recommend Bodycraft clinic or Saloon for anyone at any cost. WORST SERVICE, WORST PEOPLE AND WORST TREATEMENT


Laser treatment quality bad

I went to the Indiranagar clinic for the Laser treatment and had them miss huge spots at each session I took there.


The first session was the worst. She did not even shave the area properly which then ended up hurting me when she proceeded to laser. But each subsequent session has been just anxiety ridden. There is no common protocol that the aestheticians follow there. Some mark the boundary of the area to ensure the area gets covered( and still miss) others don't even bother to mark the area thereby missing more spots.


When I remind them that they have missed some parts they lie that they did cover only to know in a few weeks that I was in fact correct.


Because they had taken money upfront, I had no choice but to complete the sessions for the money that I had paid(even though I did not get my money's worth).


This is not a cheap procedure by any means. I was expecting a more professional treatment for the money that I spent. I am very disappointed with the service.


They tried to sell other services to me too but after seeing their quality with laser I decided that I did not want anything more to do with them.

My wife Mrs Kavya Gowda visited koramangala branch on21.12.2021 for consultation about the treatment of her C Section surgery mark. She consulted Ms Lakshmi over there. My wife did not inform me about this and she informed the same to Ms Lakshmi that I am unaware of this. After going there they collected a sum of Rs 84000/- before starting the treatment. Due to this issue I have certain points to be mention




  1. How can they start this LASER TREATMENT without family consent?




  2. How can they collect the full payment before the treatment?




  3. When the treatment was started my wife was in her 1st day of her periods. After the 1st session of the treatment her periods were stopped and she was suffering for heavy stomach ache. She informed Ms Lakshmi and Ms swetha for which they said there is no link between periods and this laser treatment.My wife is facing too much health issues after this 1st session of laser treatment.




  4. How can thesepeople collect her blood samples multiple times?




  5. Why did these people give her 12 injections?






After this issue I had consulted my lawyer and after discussing this with him, he suggested us to go to Doctor and get the MLC report in which its clearly mentioned what all side effects my wife is facing in her health after your treatment. This is really ridiculous.


Due to this issue there is a big fight in our house after which my wife left house and went to her native. your employee Ms swetha is really very cheap in her behaviour and she has too much of attitude in her way she talks made me more pissed.


Now before 15 days back Mrs jalaja who is into customer relationship called me and promised me that she will solve the issue but now there is no response from her too.


After several reminders and follow ups there is no response from these people after which I deciding.to put a COURT CASE / POLICE complaint.


These company is well established company in Bangalore with a very cheap and nasty professionalism. Now these people are saying they are not ready to give us our refund money and telling us to continue the treatment. What a cheap company is this. They don't have money to give our money back.


I am going to sue these cheaters and I request everyone not to go there and suffer like we are suffering now.these people are professional cheaters.plz don't go there and spoil your health.

Horrible experience for the second time. first of all there was renovation going on and chemical odor was so strong. they didnt even bother to shift to diff room. the person doing the facials was scrubbing the skin very horribly inspite of advising her time and again. after the facial was competed as I had swelling and rashes I showed them, they didnt even bother instead they asked me to give it couple of hrs for it to subside. after a day when it still didnt reduce I complained and OMG these people make u go through the worse. I went for an appointment at sadashivnagar and was on 25th. I still havent received my refund. I asked for refund as this is the 2nd time I went thru such a horrible experience. not only I suffered almost for a week with rashes and swelling I have to keep chasing them abt the refund. today the mgr tried transferring partial amount . that was very insulting as when u promise a refund its complete and these people have no ethics. I have been getting so many excuses I was still patient. But trust me they are not worth for what you pay. You can explore many other places. Please do not visit this place if you really care for your skin. I come from a service industry background and trust me when I say they dont know the "C" of customer service. Worst place ever.I will leave the same feedback on many more customer complaint forums.

I went to their branch in Indiranagar and they conned me into believing that I needed some skin rejuvenating treatment. Conned me into getting some hyaluronic acid face filler injections and told me it would cost around 18K. They doctor who calls herself Dr. Mikki arrived and started injecting my face all over and got me bleeding all over. She convinced me I would be fine in a day or two and I will see the best results in about 3 weeks. Now comes the shocker!


They gave me a whopping bill of Rs.2, 62, 000! Never took my permission to provide the treatment that costs that much, nor warn me or check with me prior to running such a high cost treatment.


Even worse, my face now looks older. I had a much younger and youthful looking skin and face. I feel awfully cheated. This is daylight robbery! Please beware of Body craft salon, spa and clinic!


Dr. Mikki, Dr. Ayesha and their sales woman Baishali are a bunch of con artists.


Very Bad Hair cut and beard Trim

Booked an appointment at the Jayanagar outlet for a haircut. They charge 750++ for a regular stylist to spoil my hair, and their stylists do not even have the skillset to perform a basic haircut or to understand nor he was ready to listen to my instructions. The stylist could not do a basic layers haircut, cut my hair too short and it basically looked like a straight cut without any style or layering. And when i specifically asked for a v shape beard cut, he agreed and just spoiled it and i had ask him to adjust it so that it doesn't look too bad, . Very very poor service, never to Bodycraft again. .

So I been to Body craft Whitefield which looks quite descent(dnt know how do they get money to maintain it as I dnt see the service so good to attract customers.i shown them the design for the nail art with gel extension. post discussion of almost 30 min they confirmed they can do what I am showing. when actual time came to painting the nail, service artist said I can't do it as I do not have the sparkle as in the picture.i said fine I changed the design which was simple matt nail-paint. they said e dont have matt nail polish. I asked ok go with normal one and put stone. now she asked her manager she said big stone cost Rs80/- and small one too. so I told her to negotiate as it was part of my nail-paint they cnt charge for it . that is not a diamond studs.she dint negotiate and said you have to pay Rs1000/- just to paint the nails. we cnt reduce the price. see what we have and manage with it? Also, Ugly behavior Mrs.Nafeesa( so called manager) said gel nail paints doesnt come in Matt. when I shown her online that it comes she ran away from there like a embarrassed cat. I called support number nobody picked the call. I sent a review mail. no reply from it. I tweeted them no reply. its the pathetic service store where they charge Rs1000/- just to paint the nails.

We came for Spa on 29th april and the booking was under the name of Archana Yadav.


The experience was really horrible


Service issue


We were bothered by someone knocking the door


The therapist scratched me by her nails even after telling her.The rule of therapy is not to have nails.


She was so much in hurry and just did a massage like that.


She never asked me for body pressure.


Product issues


No water, moisturiser, comb available in the therapy room


The beds were so small that I could not adjust myself.


The shower areas was the worse, it was broken.


The towels were dirty and smelling.


Trust I will never recommend body craft to any one and will ensure all my connections does not use your services.


Poor is an understatement for BODYCRAFT.

Horrible service. First they recommended Olapex+ hair spa to my one- week newly colored hair. After the treatment, I saw my Color fade, when I got it to their notice it took them an hour to sort out the matter where they kept on asking me to come again the next day, when I’d informed them I’m traveling, they offered to ‘refresh my Color’ but when I agreed, a junior stylist was sent to do my color, which is totally screwed up.


DO NOT EVER ENTER A BODYCRAFT SALON FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.

Dying dying.almost dead!


Body craft - one of the best salons in Bangalore, best hair stylists.so much so that if you have a hair cut from body craft and appear at work the next day, the whole office is complimenting you and asking how you had such a transformation. Hmmmm.that was the body craft from years ago, and actually not too long ago in the past - I had a good hair cut even a year back and people at office still talk about that lovely hair cut and color, that transformation to ME. And that is my last good memory of Bodycraft.


Personally feel so bad that a salon I had been visiting regularly since 2006 and was even a member of is dying a natural death. I need to once again find a good salon for myself. Many women will understand me here - we all stick to a good stylist if we find one, we never mind the distance or the time - no matter what, we will only go to that same person. Bodycraft was that place for me for more than 10 long years. It is the only place I even ever got my hair coloured:( And now I am moving away from them.


Reasons - my last hair cut was so pathetic, first time I got all the negative compliments after a cut. This when I paid extra to get cut only by a senior stylist(for hair cut they have different rates based on what level of stylist you opt for and I opted for the seniormost). So based on bad feedback from family and friends, I went back to bodycraft again asking them to correct the hair cut. But it was already cut too short and there was nothing much they could do. I had to suffer with bad hair for over three months till my hair grew a little.


Meanwhile I went there again, this time taking a friend along for eyebrows and upper lip. The rates at body craft are three times the local parlours but we came back with mis-shapen eyebrows and my friend had bad cuts on her upper lip that hurt for days and made her look bad for the family function(reason she opted for the service). She was surprised this is a place I am visiting for over 10 years. I tried explaining to her that may be this is a one off.


Then again I went to bodycraft for Global Keratin treatment this week. I first went for a consultation and the agreed rate for the service was 4500-5000 Rs. I booked an appointment and went back again. Now before starting the service I was told that the rate is now 5500 Rs. I rarely fight but since I was already a little pissed with my last few experiences I told them I was cancelling the service and leaving. At this, they discussed internally once again and told me to go ahead with the service for 5000 Rs. I felt cheated but agreed to go ahead as one last try.


This is the second time I am getting this treatment done in Bodycraft. I had gotten Global Keratin done a year ago but this time the experience was so different. First the product was applied on my scalp and I am still worried about that. I hope that doesn't cause any damage. One year ago the product was applied away from the scalp. When ironing the hair they burnt my scalp a couple times. What scares me most is that this time I sort of had a headache and sort of an iching sensation after the treatment. Last year I felt nothing of the sort. It is so scary because I have read about the health issues related to Global Keratin treatment. After the treatment, I was asked to come back for a complimentary wash two days after the treatment when they would do one more session of ironing. However when I went back, they told me ironing was not needed and its only the wash. I wouldn't have travelled all the way just for a wash!Its annoying. I reminded them that they had told me there needs to be another round of ironing and the last time they did the treatment, they did iron my hair. However they said they don't think its required anymore. Did they not know this during my treatment? How come the sudden change in mind. You wonder if they know what they are doing and how to do it! They seem so confused. Even the time taken was half of what was taken the first time and I wonder if it was done well.


And the attitude of the staff is also shocking. All these years I met classy stylists who spoke nice things to you and explained the treatment well during the process. We discussed all the dos and donts in detail. This time the stylists were talking and laughing amongst themselves and that too using lots of local slang. They were discussing issues with their work. They were talking about another employee getting fired. They were speaking of how there is absolutely no job security at Body Craft. Sort of explained why they were doing such a shoddy job with me. After paying so much, I got such a sub standard treatment overall.


I am also seeing that the number of customers is drastically reducing. I always knew bodycraft as a busy saloon with the noise of hair driers everywhere, stylists always busy. Past many months, I see an almost empty saloon with only some quiet music playing in the background.


I am not going back to them anymore too. No more bad experiences after I pay through my nose:( But as a loyal customer, ya.I am sad to see them go down this way.

I had a unpleasant experience at two Bodycraft centers today, and when I asked for a complaint book where I could write about it, they gave me a email id and asked to write to that guy instead. I got no response for my mail, so writing here.


Here's what happened. I recently got an SMS from Bodycraft advertising about Laser treatment offers. So, I thought of giving it a try when I fix up my next Salon appointment.


Since I cannot make time away from home on weekends, I thought of making an appointment with Bodycraft for a week day, and if I do succeed, I planned to take the day off from work. So, I called Bodycraft JP Nagar the previous day to make a Salon appointment and asked about the Laser treatment, and the lady that spoke to me told that the doctor will be available for consultation.


I went there that morning, by 11 am, which is when my appointment was, and when confirming the appointment, the lady at the front desk told me that they do not have a Laser machine there and only the Jayanagar center has it, which came as an unpleasant surprise to me. I told her that, if they had told me this when making the appointment, I would have rather made an appointment at Jayanagar itself. So, I told them, if they can talk to the Jayanagar center and get all the appointments there, I can go there. Otherwise, I'll just get just the Salon services done at JP Nagar itself. Jayanagar center checked with me how long I'll take to get there, and said they can give the appointment.


So, I get there, and am sent to the doctor who does the Laser treatments, only to be told after consultations, that the Laser machine is not working, and they were going to get a new one soon, and if I can go to the Sadashivnagar branch instead. Wow! I told them I've already been redirected from another branch and I am going nowhere. She said, I could get the Salon services done and she'll try to arrange for an alternative machine by then. So, by the time my Salon services started, it'll 12:30. I have lost 1 and 1/2 hours already. Anyway, even after my skin and hair services, I checked if they got the machine, and they said they can't do it that day.


So, essentially, I wasted 2 hours, just shuttling from one center to another(I had to spend 1/2 hr getting back - I live closer to the JP Nagar branch) only to not get the Laser treatment that I wanted.


I would have expected a higher standard of professionalism, considering their services don't come for cheap. Also, why advertise a service they can't fulfill?
