boAt Bassheads 103 Wired Headset

Hey there, I have purchased this earphone in 20.01.2020 as I needed a good quality earphone with good sound as well as good level of base too . But I have to mention some negatives I faced while using this product . First of all the sound quality was very good but the rubbers attached are not so well fixed and I tried all set of those rubbers but they are very loose and came of many times . Secondly, I faced problem with the jack too, after passing 14 months of purchasing the product . No doubt boat warranty policy is very good but first time I faced reliability issues with boat, Now I have different earphone of Boat and still using . I brought it 2 years ago .

Sometimes, people got defective products but it doesn't mean the brand is not good . We all know the quality of Boat and personally I trust the brand . But I shared my genuine experience with the earphone so that other buyers can use this for research while buying a budget earphone for long time use .

Distorted noise started coming from my Boat Bassheads 102 within warranty period. Since Sep I am trying to register complaint online but everytime it redirects me to service center list. The Ghatkopar center (nearest from my place) is not contactable hence reached out to Boat call center on 14th Oct'21 (connecting an agent itself is big challenge), they told me I will receive an SMS with link to request for door pickup. Till now that SMS is yet to come, I have tried 2-3 times again to reach call center but no luck. My earlier experience with Boat when they used to give door to door pickup was good but now it's definitely below par.

Sound not good as value, bass in earphone is good or crispy as other in same price range, waste of money I think you 110 model is better than this.

I am using this boat basshead 103 wired headsets for more than a year. It provides the great sound quality in the cheap price segment of the headsets.

I am using boAt Bassheads for last 6 months. It's an awesome budget headset with excellent bass and better build quality. The design of product is friendly. I bought it from flipkart for 375 rupees. One who search for budget headset with better quality can definitely choose this.

Hello everyone today I am going to write a review and share my experience of using Boat bassheads 103 tired headset

I have been using this for past 9 months and I have good experience with this headset the design and look is good it is comfortable to wear and it fits perfectly in the ears the design is also awesome and it looks rich for the price that we are getting it for I ordered to from amazon so I got it at an offer price

The performance is good the sound quality is good and has got good noise cancelation and even if the volume is increased the base is good and the sound does not distortion

So overall I am more than satisfied with the design, looks, performance, and price for which I bought this product

So anyone looking to buy earphones this is the product to go for.

I have bought Boat Bassheads 103 from Flipkart for Rs 399 and this was my biggest mistake because this is the worst earphone I have ever used, the sound quality is very bad. The bass is so high that it covers the vocals of the songs and the built quality is also poor very poor, the wire is very thin and the plastic used is very light and of cheap quality and the ear buds are also very thin, if we put some pressure on it will tear. So over all I would say it is a waste of money to buy this product. Boat is a renowned brand they should provide their customers with quality product not this kind of trash.
