Blue Heaven, Andul Road, Howrah

Hello! I am tanudip from andul, howrah. The hotel is near of my house. Today I share my personal experience with this hotel. First of all the hotel is famous in andul but I did not know, how it famous, so start this.

1. First things the hotels ptovide 3 types of food like Indian, Chiness and tandoor.

   
   




2. Another thing, there are a separate food stall where we got momo, and rolls. But they provide various type of momo and roll in this stall.

   
   




3. Every new customers knows that it is hygenic, but I saw the kitchen, this is most unhygenic, and the dish washing room is so much dirty. the kitchen is infront of the dine hall. Covered with blue glass.

   
   




4. The food quality is very bad, but some item is really good.

   
   

Biriyani is the most worst item in this hotel, this item is dry and not good for our stomach it cause to acidity, gas problem.

Chowmin is the good item of this hotel, they only provide hakka chow and chiken manturian, is so good.

1. The dine hall dacoration is so good and it is air condition hall.

   
   




2. Now the main bad thing is its service, the hotels food service boys are not cooperate with us and they are not friendly with the customer. Always they ignore customers problem and avoid it. So it is a really bad for a hotel.

   
   




3. There home delivery service is moderate. And its food price is so much expensive. So it is not value for money.

   
   

So I recommended this is not good for family and couples.

I mostly order food from Blue Heaven Restaurant, Andul. It's very near to my residence. Chinese food quality is fantastic. They almost cook all kind of restaurant foods but among all menu chinese foods are my favorite. Chinese cook of blue heaven is superb. Restaurant areas are not so big but can manage 10-12 tables in both floors. Home delivery is very popular of blue heaven. At restaurant they accept cash & card both. Location on Andul Station road crossing. Just beside petrol station. Parking area available.

I am a regular customer of Blue Heaven Restaurant. Every weekend I order items from Blue Heaven. Firstly I would like to praise their service of home-delivery which is really a plus for a food-joint considering the locality. Minimum order amount is INR-200/ to get your foot item delivered at your door-step.

I have been tasting their cuisines more than 3 years now and few points I would like to specify

1. Menu has a wide variety of Items(Both Veg and Non-Veg)

   
   




2. Food delivered are always hot

   
   




3. Tentative wait time is clearly mentioned by the personnel attending the call which they don't miss

   
   




4. Sitting arrangements are also decent

   
   




5. Snack items such as momo, Chowmein, roll etc are sold separately from an outdoor counters.

   
   




6. Inside ambience is calm with adequate lighting and air-conditioning.

   
   




7. Food quality is very competitive and presented well garnished.

   
   




8. Customer interactions are extremely friendly wherein they often suggest extremely tasty dishes

   
   




9. Price is also very reasonable

   
   

In short a must try food destination.

I visited Blue Haven with my family in my sister's birthday where we thought the restaurant would be good time to spend with them. When we land to the restaurant, we found it is missing its hospitality from the waiters. The restaurant is not maintaining its hygienic. We can see the seats are broken. Fans are not working properly.

The managers are not cooperative. They hardly entertain us. The food are expensive and the cold drinks are served with extra service charge. The presentation of the waiters are not convincing. I had bad experience with Blue Heaven

I have visited over there last weekend for having my dinner. This Blue Heaven resturent is located at andul duilya on andul road.

I ordered mixed fried rice and chilly chicken waited for a long time then they served.

The quality of the food was worst, chicken got bad smelled which you cant be able to eat. Then I refused to take the plates as I am a local boy. Then then they gave me a fresh one which was much better.

It was a terrific experience. Dont go there guys its a ghatiya resturant.

You can go to THE THEQUE which is also on the Andul Road.

I have visited there last month . This restaurant is not so clean however it's a full A.C restaurant . The food they provided it's really worst and even they haven't know how to respect of a coustomer.The service is too slow and bad.I have ordered chicken biriany but I got my order after 45 minutes but unfortunately this biriany was smoked out .and after they replace it the new one was good .they made me wait about 1: 30 hours .but their's price was cheap .after they did not take the charges of A.C after all my experience was not good .thank you
