My Name is Suresh Padmanaban. Last month September 4th Friday My Mother, SMT K.LAKSHMI got admitted at your hospital for treatment of urinary tract infection. Unfortunately I lost my mother on September 7th at your hospital.
Still I am unable to come out of that grief.
Now coming to the point I need to share my bad experiences I had with your hospital and hospital staff.
Before raising this issue let me tell you one thing. No doubt, you charged very reasonably and there is no second opinion in that. But at the same time it is very unfortunate to say that I found very poor environment which resulted in poor treatment given to my Mother. While going through the Medical bills, I COULD READ that in the name of treatment lot of anti biotics given to my Mother which ultimately resulted IN memory loss.
Because of so many anti biotics it affected my Mother's brain. You are having very poor team. On Monday, 7th. your team jumped into conclusion that my Mother had to be given ventilator support. When I came and asked you at 6pm on Monday(7th September 2020) you told me that let us wait till next day morning.
At 8.30 pm on Monday when checked the monitor at so called ICU, I was hopeful that the pulse was getting improved. But when I went 10.30 pm at ICU to my surprise the monitor was off and Mother head was down. Let me tell you honestly I could not find any duty doctor/nurse/office peon or any one in that place or reception. If your CC camera footage is available you can find out whatever I am writing is fact.
Also you can find what really happened between 8.30 pm to 10.30 pm to my Mother.
Coming to the point, When I searched for doctor I could see one so called doctor(I am still not sure whether the person I saw was doctor as he was looking like college student.) was chatting with another nurse in your consultation room. I opened the room and went inside the consultation room asked him to check my Mother, subsequently he went inside and told me the bad news.
Dr. Keshav Murthy, take this E-Mail in positive manner. Once again I am telling you may not be money minded as your billing GIVEN TO US very reasonable, but I am very disappointed to bring to your notice that you are having very irresponsible team and staff.
To quote one example I am attaching one audio in which your office staff is admitting that they have done mistake in filling data to BBMP.
Today because of your hospital staff, I lost my lovely Mother and I hope you can understand my feelings. I am sure you must be also having loved ones around you in your family. So you can understand my pain.
