When we think about snacks and sweets most of us just recalls a famous brand name i.e. Bikanervala.

I must tell you that whatever they offer is well presented and hygienic food. The service. Quality and the portions are managed in a systematic manner. The brand name and image makes people visit them regularly. We all know that it is situated on the dev bhoomi ( uttrakhand) which is also a pilgrimage city where people from all around the world come and devote to religious temple and holy water.

Therefore, the restaurant offers them sumptuous and pure vegetarian food. The restaurant offers a wide range of sweets and snacks covering indian, continental, italian, south indian.

So, its just a thumbs up.

Bikanervala is having big name for sweet and snacks. Last week I had horrible experience with this shop. We need to comeback from Haridwar back to Delhi. So we reached in morning at 8:00 am. We orderd some Idly and Dosa with chutney and Sambhar.

By just tasting it I realise, All food served are not fresh. Only paper dosa was fresh and chutney and sambhar were having bad smell. Regarding this immediately I complained for it to shop manager and he admitted his mistake. After some heated argument with manager, we returned all food served and did not pay for that old food.

We just had some snacks and sweet and pay for that thing only.

Snacks and sweets are good in taste.

Few days back I visited bikanervala restaurant with my family and freinds, my sister in law was giving treat on her birthday. The place is spacious, cool and very attractive also situated in a very famous place pentagon mall. Till here everything was fine but when start ordering food items we were annoyed. Sweets which are said to be prepared in pure ghee tastes well but not sured when were these sweets were prepared. They have a limited menu of north indian and southindian dishes. On the name of chinese food you can get boiled chowmin, oversteamed or understeamed momos and please some one tell who uses turmeric in chinese food. Rajkachori with chutni was giving the taste of artificial assence used in chutni. Staff is so lazy that once you ordered something you have to wait for that until you felt that you don't need anything. Even their billing process is so slow that one might can miss his train. Poor customer service . The prices are very high as compared to the quality of the food. I am shocked how they get the franchise of bikanervala even after such a poor customer service. Overall they not value your money. Guys if you have to spend that much money only go dominoss and mcdonalds they are not so far very near. I have shared my experience with you now its your choice how to value your money in turn of services.

Bikanervala is one of the best and old sweet shop available in haridwar. We used to purchase sweets from this shop for many years. Bikanervala makes a huge variety of sweet dishes and most of the sweets are made in pure ghee which makes the taste of the sweet very delicious. Yes it is a little costly but you are getting pure and delicious sweets. Everytime I go there to purchase the sweets I see a very good service and fresh sweets. So if you want to buy sweets for your relatives and your family buy from this genuine sho.

Hii friends.

Believe me, I have some bad fast food experience before, but this place , by far was the worst ! come in last Sunday afternoon within family to eat in I could barely get Inside because of customer waiting for their order.I should have left then , but the order taken had no line . he took our order promptly and we went to be seat.but not before joining the other customers cleaning off a table treat.we waited a solid is before I went to inquire about my order, find in some of the people that were there when I arrived.there is so much confusion about who order belong to who because the receipt device was down.

Friends I went to this place with my family.

The location and the outer face are good but the faculties and quatity of meals and fast foods are not good. And not served perfectly by servers. Room service are not good. Taste of dishes are average. And the billing process is very slow. So Overall this restaurant are average.

Although the place has a good ambience and is well located, the food quality is not at par with rates charged by the joint.The food served seems quite inappropriate.

The place has limitedenu of north indian dishes and south indian dosa's and uttapam.A bit of chinese is also present on the menu.

A bit of satisfaction on the sweets and snacks.Although they tasted well, I was not sure of their freshness, they might have been easily a day or two old.

Overall, a bad experience of the place.

Do avoid it, if dead hungry the Pentagon mall has Mcdonald's and Dominos.!

There is bad service and bad food like steel samosa bread pizza is not so fresh is very bad .When I was last time going to bikanervala I ordered samosa and kulfi than I eat then in next morning my stomach is in very bad condition so please irequested u all please don't go for eating to bikanervala ranipur please!

I go to this place almost every month. This place is the best for all kinds of parties. I go here frequently so you can trust me on this. The staff at this place is very well mannered and respects privacy. They also try to get involved and increase the amount of fun you have. The food is absolutely delicious and I love these items:

The ice cream cake

The sizzler

The veg thali

The food here is also at very reasonable prices. This is a must visit for every Indian food lover but this even has chinese platters and stuff. This is the best place to eat Indian food at! 4.5/5! Value for money

I live in haridwar and bikanervala shops is near to my house.I like going there on weekends and eat sweets and snacks which are delicious.Bikanervala specialises in Ras malai, son papadi, motichur laddu , dhokla, panipuri and a lot more things.The place is well cleaned and food service is amazing.If you ever visit Haridwar, don't forget come by this shop and enjoy tasty sweets and snacks.By the way, food is presented in unique with the goodness of beautiful mountains.Great value for money
