Actually Bigbasket doesn't fool people, it's just don't match up with industry standards. As customer of Online Shopping we expect some basics shopping processes from such eStores. Where BigBasket fails drastically, and we as customer felt like being cheated. But being online from long time now, high time for BigBasket to match eCommerce standards else it will be a goner soon.
