My wife recently went to India, from USA.
I searched for many mobiles and decided to buy "Red Mi 7 pro note- Nebula Red color" phone in online retailers sites.
When I entered my PIN code for availability of this phone, a retailer site shown me, "Red color is not available in your area".
So, I went to 2nd retailer site. They shown that the delivery takes 5 to 6 days.
As my wife needs the mobile as early as possible, I searched for the same phone in Big C mobiles.
Big C mobiles shown me the availability of phone and the delivery will be in 2 days.
Then I ordered the "Red Mi 7 pro note- Nebula Red color" on 15-Jan-2020 and waiting for the phone. As there is no status update on the phone, I asked my wife to call Big C mobiles on 20-Jan-2020. They told that Red color is not available and they delivered BLACK color phone.
The question is: WHY DIDN'T THE BIG C Tell the same thing at the time of Ordering the phone. As you read above, a retailer genuinely told me that "Red color is not available in my PIN code area", then I didn't order in their website. Why BIG C has no proper way of handling? Why BIG C didn't tell it genuinely at the time of ordering the phone. As my wife needs a phone immediately to start her office work, she has no choice than accepting BIC C's BLACK COLOR phone. Note down the point that BIG C also took 5 days to deliver the phone(I removed sunday from it).
This is the first time, we ordered in BIG C. I don't think I can continue with buying more mobiles in BIG C and I fear suggesting BIG C to my friends, relatives, colleagues, my wife's colleagues.
