I have ordered BIBA On their online site 25000 rupees in three separate orders during October 2024 , One order is 15000 rupees supposed to have 6 dresses out of which it had only 2 dresses and among two one is mot even Ordered by me. The other order had non biba cheap quality Palazzo.

I am old Customer taken videos and supplied all the information despite the unpacking of the videos even after seeing the video which clearly shows only two dresses instead 6 , they are very rude finding reasons not to refund 13400 rupees which is good amount of money , please donot buy from Biba.

Heavy damage i gone through.

Please don’t buy anything from biba . Very worst experience with biba . I ordered two dresses from biba , one is average quality and other is very cheap quality, I decided to return it , I sent return request.. they ask my bank detail , I filled my bank details. but after 15 days waiting period no one was came to pick up that order then I called to customer care they told me your pick up will be done within 5 6 days . Then I stil waited but no one came . Then I called them they repeatedly told me will pick up soon and your refund amount will credit in your bank account . After 25 days my return order was picked. But my money is not credit in my bank account. There are total one month completed but not any single response from biba . Very very cheap brand . Not value of customer waiting time . The quality of clothes is also very cheap. Not brander just tear in one wash . Don’t buy anything from biba . If you buy and want to return , your refund amount will not credit in your account.

I had received a dress of Biba brand as birthday gift from one of my relatives. Since I had a size issue I went to Biba outlet at Baner and to my surprise they refused to exchange the dress even though I had fitting issue and the tags were intact. The original bill was presented. They are just giving excuses saying they have not received the mail approval. It’s been more than two weeks and I’m still waiting for the approval. The staff at Baner is so rude they don’t even respond.

Would never recommend Biba for its service .they don’t deserve a single star.

I have ordered dress from biba and when I wanted to return tht I called up customer care they said to mail.i did that and keep them calling regarding return n mailed them again..They said to raise a request , i did tht..again i called up they said he ll come in 5 days but no one came to pick up the product and Now they are saying its's 15days return policy so nothing can be done.....worst experience regarding returns..If I could give zero star I ll still do tht.

Even if they mention cotton kurta it’s 100% viscose. I was a happy customer of Biba till now but of late they misdirect saying cotton though it’s synthetic fiber . It’s really sad to see such a reputable company doing all these dirty tricks . Synthetic fibers are worst for the skin and also for the environment which our kids would inherit from us , in my opinion. Really sad to see such a trusted brand go haywire.

I was a very happy customer of biba when I was not returning any products. When I had an issue with the size and requested for returns they haven't even came for pickup. They kept asking me to raise a request which was never easy because the link was disabled, when I contact customer care they will send me a link in the email and give 48 hours. If we miss email they say the window is closed. But I did everything online promptly but still.noone came to pickup. Now they say they window is closed cannt do the return and they is no reason given for the rejection as well.

Worst quality and the more dis satisfying thing about biba is their worst customer service. Nowadays where the return is done in just in a click there they need a formal mail and the worst thing is that your product will never be returned.

Quality is very very poor. Staff is non cooperative specially a cashier at Huges Road, no more purchase or even visit this place.

Cheapster stock like road vendors, not worth buying. It's waste of time & energy

After purchasing a premium quality of cloth and spending Rs.6, 000 they just gave dirty cloth with no proper stitching and alteration.

After multiple follow up on mails no proper response is being taken.

Not recommended at all.

I have invested in Biba just recently, when I bought a reversible waistcoat from a store in Mumbai. Prior to this, I was not aware of this particular brand, because I am not really into ethnic wear. But I love the waistcoat for its soft material and the attractive design. Now, in fact I am living in it, pairing it with jeans and skirts. The price of the waistcoat was also reasonable. So, Biba is a must buy for those who have not tried the brand. But I am not sure if I would like to go in for Biba pallazos and kurtis, as there is a wide variety of choice in brands for ethnic wear these days. But I will be on the lookout for something new, if Biba has that to offer.

I had purchased one kurti at 50% discount from BIBA OUTLET store from Sector 17 Chandigarh. The size of the product was mismatched and when I called the sales manager he flatly refused to exchange it with bigger size.

This is highly unprofessional behaviour by the Brand. I recommend all the general public to beware of such fraudsters who lure the customers with advertisements and fake promises at the time of Sale.

I am a regular user of Biba suits& was really crazy about biba suits. But for the last one year, I have noticed a big change in the quality of biba products. Now the soft cotton material is rarely found in these suits. And their style is also identical. Dull shades are received when ordered to see them bright on site.

All in all, biba has lost it's charm as their quality has become poorer. Really sorry, but it's true..

I bought a biba pant and kurti and it Costs for ₹3000...looking wise it was common and cheap.....I thought might be there will be a difference in quality....but after wearing for the first time kurta stiching was being ruined...and from starting pant fabric was so pathetic and worst and was torned in a very bad way...My all Money was just a waste.....Will never buy from BIBA..."Worst experience"(Although I'm a regular biba cutomer each time there use to be an issue...but this time I'm totally irritated..)

This brand is one of my favourite brands, however when I returned one set of dress, which did not fit me, the pickup person was so rude and above all they did not refund my money.

I had to email customer care with the details, however they did not care to refund my amount.

The amount is not very big to loose however not very less to get the refund. Every online portal refunds the when the product is returned.

I will now never purchase this brand after this fraud.

I bought an expensive Biba anarkali suit from a Biba store and the kurti tore off when I wore it for the first time at a party. After mailing the Biba customer care for replacement and informing them that I don't have the invoice, they asked me to go to any Biba store for assistance. The Diamond City, Kolkata Biba Store Manager kept my kurti for quality check. After 21 days, he informed me over the phone that the item is still lying at the store and after 42 days of informing customer care and after sending around 15 emails, customer care mailed me that they cannot replace the product on the pretext that there is no invoice. Now my question is.

1. Who preserves paper invoices unless one knows that the dress will tear off on the first day of wearing?

   
   




2. Wasn't the Customer Care and Store Manager aware of the company policy that there can be no replacement or quality check without the invoice?

   
   




3. Or does Biba change return policies when the cat is out of the bag?

   
   

As per my experience, I would suggest NEVER BUY BIBA PRODUCTS. If you do, please preserve the paper invoice because your expensive brand-new Biba outfit can tear off anytime.
