They would persuade us to join one of their monthly schemes, and once the money is with them, charge "value addition" as high as 23-24%. They charged me 23.75% ( roughly one fourth of the amount) as against 4 to14% charged in the market. This has happened to me at their Jayanagar Bangalore outlet??

My Experience with Bhima jewellers Rajajinagar branch was very dissatisfied, they are cheating customers with fake prices and charging more VA compared to others, i purchased one Jewel with them they told different VA charges and they billed different VA and price also higher than normal price that day, , Bhima jewellers Not Recommend to anyone

Good Evening Sir/Madam, (Bhima Jewellers KORAMANGALA)Bangalore.

I pledge gold of 22KT of Bhima Product chain of 36.2gms that cost of around 5690/- per gram.

we also pledge gold of 18KT of 11gms that costs only 5110/- per Gram, (but the Gold Price of 18KT is 5320/- approx. on 11-June-2024) The Senior Persons Diverted me around 2300/- approximately.

Later I went home and recheck the bill and called them next day they are telling 4.5% Processing charges etc. but they are taking only for that 11gms gold for processing, but not the whole gold of 36.2+11 gms.

this is really Upset from the Staff Who attended me and the Person who Inspecting the Gold, they will not clearly explain about the old Gold deposit scheme.

After melting only they will inform the Processing Charges, Hall mark etc.

Till now also I have a GOOD TRUST AND FAITH IN BHIMA.

BUT PLEASE EXPLAIN THE PEOPLE IN DETAILS WHILE PLEDGING THE OLD GOLD SCHEME.

Because people don't know in depth before pledging and after.

We opened samruddhi scheme and while opening they said they ll pay for 1 emi but after purchasing gold they said diff story , they deduct only the making charges. One akshaya tritiya day we went so whn I asked for offers the staff said will reduce 150rs per gram today but that also didn't happen . Big time they cheat , "Kalyan jewellers" are the best

I was wondering how do they manage so many staffs and their salaries. I found the answer and you will also get it after reading my review.

Selected earings from Bhima, Jayanagar and asked to exchange old ear rings bought in Malabar. They verified the gold and mentioned it's 916 gold and you will get 100% value as per current gold rate. When agreed and gave the ring for melting(Key point to remember, before melting I had told I don't have bill from Malabar), post melting the drama begins. That same guys who verified the purity before melting now playing game stating it's only 89% pure and says we doubt it had hall mark. Wow look at their game, how can you show the hall mark written on the ornament once it's melted. After all this A SURPRISE to Bhima staff from my end - I gave them the bill from Malabar. Entire movie got twist after the bill, they agreed to take gold @100% purity. It's a clear scene of daylight robbery from reputed BHIMA JWELLERS. I was almost ready to pay for monthly gold scheme as well. Post this experience I will never visit or recommend BHIMA.

They are misguiding customers saying anniversary offer but nothing they give.We had taken scheme and they asked us to select and keep it in the store and purchase on the anniversary as they have offer for anniversary.But when we went to collect on the day of anniversary they said no offers as we are buying from scheme.This they didn't say anything on the day we selected the item.Now since gold price increased we have to pay more today than the day on which we had selected the item.If they had clearly mentioned on that day itself, then we could have purchased for lesser amount as gold price was lower! They should not misguide the customers like this.This is

Went to Bhimas 4th block, bought a silver earring .The screw broke the first time we rotated it.When I went the next day they disagreed to make an exchange and the manager was extremely rude he did not even care to listen to our grievance rather just told the staff that an exchange is not possible.They said they'll repair it and give when questioned what if it breaks again they said they cannot do anything about it.Pathetic customer care, Bhimas has lost a customer for ever.

The Best Designs Are At bhima jewellers. Purity of gold and diamonds is too good and also they believe in customer satisfaction.. they never say no for any design and manufacture jwellery to remember..

I was paying 10k every month in monthly savings scheme. While joining scheme they told we can take gold coin after maturity but when I went to get coin after maturity they told they didn’t have gold coins so I have to purchase gold ornament. I thought it is genuine reason so I told them to show gold ornamentsthen they told they didn’t have any ornaments in 1.1 lakh range . They forded me to purchase jewellery by paying 30 k extra.

Again I started new scheme last year yesterday I went to showroom to get coins but they repeated the same story.

Fooling customers in the name of scheme I had taken the scheme of 50% discount on making charge for gold purchase which is Kubeera sheme, now at the time of redemption they are telling yours is Ratna scheme and you won't get any discount on making charge. They are trying to sell their diamond in the name of giving more benefits, in card no where they have mentioned the scheme name. Beware of their schemes and don't get trapped. And we can't even purchase gold coins in their scheme we have to go for gold jewellery only, their making charge is also way too high. Whatever extra months you will get as benefit that will not be enough to pay their making charge also.

Surely not a good place to buy jewellery. too much of VA(ranging from 50% to 60%) for simple ornaments . nothing other than daylight robbery .no concern for customers at all and are with only intention of maximum profit making. Bhima jewellers doing the Fack Seales at Marathahalli brach.
