I had a highly disappointing experience with Bharti Travels Bangalore. The service was completely below expectations, starting with unprofessional staff who seemed indifferent to passengers’ concerns. They were unhelpful and lacked basic courtesy, making the entire journey uncomfortable.
The bus was not well-maintained, and the promised amenities were either non-functional or missing entirely. To make matters worse, the timings were not adhered to, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. It felt like there was no value placed on customer satisfaction or punctuality.
When I tried to reach out to their customer support to address these issues, I received no proper response or resolution. The overall lack of accountability and poor service standards make this travel agency completely unreliable. I would strongly advise against choosing Bharti Travels for your journey.

I booked a Bangalore to Chennai trip with Bharathi Travels , only to have it canceled at the last minute due to "No service." To my surprise, the same bus was still listed on RedBus at a much higher price. This is misleading and unethical!
Such practices cause inconvenience and stress, especially when customers are left with no proper explanation or alternative arrangements. Transparency and reliability are basic expectations from any travel operator, and Bharathi Travels failed miserably.
I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone looking for dependable travel. Think twice before booking with Bharathi Travels!

I booked sleeper bus tickets on 3/5/24 time 10.12 but bus came at 10:40 ?
This bus always pre-palans to come late and at midnight to shift passengers to tempo ( seater ) vehicle . After this they don't care passengers valuable time and do not drop at their exact destination also... They talk rude and tell passenger to get down at the destination they decide to. and does not give the owner number to speak also don't care about anything. This is my last booking at bharathi worst experience to my father also.
We reached 4hrs late ..worst experience in my life ..

Please be aware of an incident I experienced this morning on the Bharati bus route from Chennai to Mangalore. Upon reaching the Udupi bus stop, I realized I had left my earbuds plugged into my charger onboard and inadvertently disembarked. Within 5 minutes, I contacted the Bharati Bus representative in Chennai, obtained the conductor's contact number, and reported the incident. The entire episode transpired within 10 to 15 minutes. When I called the conductor, he assured me he would check and get back to me. Subsequently, within 15 minutes of our conversation, he informed me that only the charger was found, and my earbuds were missing. It's worth noting that aside from the conductor, there were no other passengers on the bus when I disembarked, and I solely communicated my concern to the conductor. This raises concerns about the security measures in place, especially in light of recent incidents of theft aboard Bharati Travel buses, such as the one reported yesterday on the Chennai to Manipal route. It's evident that adequate security protocols need to be implemented and enforced.
My mother gifted me the earbuds for my birthday, and the conductor stole them.
I will never recommend anyone to travel with Bharati Travel because that conductor on the Chennai to Mangalore route is a thief, plain and simple.
My wife and a 6yr old kid were made to wait for the bus for 90 mins on 17th April, 2024 and the reason given was the bus was spoilt. No updates given on time nor any grievnices were addressed. Would definitely not recommend anyone to travel via these travels. Not sure if the bus was indeed spoilt or the driver making up reasons.
Firsthand, very improper way of communication to the customers and zero responsibility. They just made me wait for 2 hours midnight at hosur and they just left me! Dint pick me up as I was 500m away from the boarding point.i was left alone at midnight in the town for no reason!! No one else should go throus this !

The customer care number was not working, so I had called the driver to confirm whether electronic city bus stop and bus stand is same as I was travelling alone, the driver had a very bad tone and scolded for a long time, but he didn't answer me. If he didn't want to answer, he would have switched off his phone.
Rude staff, not even providing water,

Cunning tricks by putting two buses in apps, cancelling one bus on day of travel, making passengers to adjust whatever seats are left in other bus.
The buses I used were incredibly unhygienic. The seats were stained and dirty, and it was clear that they hadn't been cleaned thoroughly in a long time. There was a persistent odor of stale food and other unpleasant smells that made the journey uncomfortable.
The discomfort extended to the seating arrangements as well. The seats were old and worn, lacking proper cushioning, and the legroom was inadequate. It felt like a challenge to sleep
In summary, the combination of unhygienic conditions and uncomfortable seating made for an unpleasant and unsatisfactory bus service experience.
Had worst experience with this bus. Bus never came. They made excuses that they had traffic jam and delayed by 3hrs and finally stopped receiving my calls and switched off his phone.
Never going in this bus again.
This is regarding our current travel in bus number KA-51 AC-6295. We were traveling with children and during the travel, we could hear the driver and helper abusing and cursing in very cheap Tamil words and were discussing about beating someone.
Is the professionalism in which business is conducted?
You better take some action before your business is destroyed by such Gunda employees.

My son was travelling from bangalore to manipal. The seat booked was a single sleeper seat having paid premium for the seat. First of all the bus almost didn't stop at the designated pick up spot. We had had to wave our hands up and down and almost got run over before the driver stopped.
Once in, the assigned seat was not even a proper seat. No pillows, bedsheets were dirty and looked used. On insisting that he gets another seat to sleep, he was given a two seater ( different from the premium that we had paid for). Finally the bus was two and a half hours late. My son missed the first two classes that he had to attend.
I would never recommend this travels to anyone.
It is the worst. Staff are the cheapest. No sense of talking. These kind of sevices should not be existed. The bus was 2 hours late and there is no proper response from staff. We are waiting for 2 hours in the hot sun. These people are talking rude and lying only. The staff are so cheap. I do not understand how the bus service exists till now.

So droping time 7:30 they droped me 10 am that not my dorping location it's so fer my location.
Bangalore Bharathi Travels driver is the only driver who switches off his phone while passengers are trying to reach him. Bharathi bus passengers, beware...CM meet could delay only our buses anytime and our driver might switch off his phone number (636321xxxx - Santhosh). We are still waiting near Bharathi Travels office, and the bus is 2 hours late. The head office numbers were switched off and one number was on but he disconnected the call and later his number was switched off (903666xxxx). A third arty bus picked us up only to drop us all in the Majestic Office of Bharathi Travels. Here we realised that passengers of more than three buses are waiting here and faced the same thing. The office agents are saying it would take another hour for our bus to arrive here. Disgusting service.
The cover of the pillow not given and since it’s a ac bus everyone has been given a pillow cover and blanket but we didn’t get, we asked the conductor, he is like laundry inda bandilla, I believe if you’re not giving the services don’t commit for it and don’t deferentiate people. Bus timing was 11:55 and reporting time was 11:40 but it arrived by 2:00 in the midnight.
