I ordered 5 pieces from them but received 2 only. No customer service, after automated replies they say no error on their end. First they said will initiate refund and second email says they won’t as it’s not their error. Error is ours who trusted them ordered.

Beware of Fraud by Bewakoof Brands

I ordered a T-shirt from Bewakoof.com on September 25, 2024, with delivery promised by October 3, 2024. The product was never delivered, and despite repeated follow-ups, I only received irrelevant responses. On October 14, I was told the item was unavailable, and a refund was promised within 3-5 days. It’s now over a month, and the refund has not been issued. This is outright fraud. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. I urge everyone to avoid buying from Bewakoof to prevent similar experiences.

Customer support bekar hai Bewakoof ka hamesha automated reply aata hai. I think bots are handling the support and no employee is there to monitor the queries.

Don’t buy anything from Bewakoof.com or their app , they are sending used T-shirt without tag and once you will return it, it will fail quality check and your money will waste, iterating again don’t buy from them.

I had placed an order, but it arrived in a larger size. I requested an exchange, and it's been more than 3 weeks since then. The pickup was delayed, and now the exchange process is taking more than a week. One delivery attempt failed because I was out of town, and now it's been over 3 days with no updates. I still haven't received my order, nor any further information. I want my refund back; this is the worst website.

I had placed an order on bewakoof few days back and I received a wrong product with no tag on it plus the bill receipt did not even mention the product. When I looked for an exchange or return option there was nothing, they do not have customer support or helpline number.

It can not even be exchanged because they will not pass the quality check because the product is not what I had ordered! What a shame! These kind of websites should be banned and everyone should be aware of such scams.

I had a very disappointing experience with this store. The quality of the T-shirt I received was terrible, and to make matters worse, they sent the wrong order. Despite reaching out to their customer service three times, I’ve received no response regarding a replacement.

What’s even more absurd is that when I requested to return the incorrect order, I was told I’d have to return it at my own expense. This level of service is unacceptable, and I won’t be shopping here again.

AAbsolutely terrible site to buy anything. My personal experience below:

I ordered the coloured shoes.

I received the brown shoes. Requested for a return. The return courier refused to pick up stating that the shoes are not the same as in the photo. Well that was the reason they were being returned.

Sent mails, proofs, videos to Bewakoof team but they made a bewakoof out of me. A very unprofessional team and utterly substandard products.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the unresolved refund issue for my order. Despite returning the product on May 12, 2024, and multiple follow-ups through the Bewakoof app and emails, I have yet to receive my refund.

Here is a detailed timeline of the issue:

May 12, 2024: I returned the product as per your return policy.

Following Return: I did not receive any confirmation or refund.

Multiple Attempts: I made several complaints through the Bewakoof app(4 to 5 times) without any satisfactory response or resolution.

May 24, 2024: I received a call from a representative assuring me that the refund would be processed by May 27, 2024. However, no refund was received by the promised date, and I have not received any further updates or explanations for the delay.

It has now been 18 days since I returned the product, and the refund has still not been processed. I have complied with all required steps and have been more than patient throughout this process. It is unacceptable that my issue remains unresolved for such an extended period.

I want to clarify that my issue is not with the email address but with the delay in processing my refund. Whether or not I send an email, you are obligated to process my refund. The repeated insistence on communicating through a deactivated email address is irrelevant to resolving the refund issue.

I demand immediate processing of my refund to my original payment method and confirmation of the same today. If I do not receive the refund by the end of today, I will be compelled to escalate this issue further, including lodging a formal complaint with the consumer court.

Please treat this review with the utmost urgency and ensure that my refund is processed without any further delay.

Never do shopping on bewakoof placed an order on 21 but not shipped yet and no response from those always told wait for 48 hours they are doing fraud or nothing and very bad customer service also don't buy from bewakoof lets protest against them and raise a complaint against them in consumer court then they understand.

I placed an order with Bewakoof on April 17th, and it's now April 25th, and my order hasn't even shipped yet! What a disappointment! I have made the full payment. I've reached out to customer support multiple times, but all I get is the runaround. They promise to call back within 15 minutes, but guess what? No callback! It's been 8 days of frustration, and I still don't have my order. Bewakoof, you've truly lived up to your name with this one – what a bunch of Bewakoofs!

I had ordered two dress. One they sent sliders. And other it was larger size for which I placed return and refund. Their agent came and picked the item.but updated as return pick up failed. After I contacted bewakoof over mail.since they dont have conact no. They sent automated mail as if they are really investigating the issue. This continued several time but no reponse. Its more than a month now. Their pick up agent will.call and ask for pick up and I inform them they have already picked up and have not updated the system . He will ask me to contact bewakoof. And same repeates again and again. They have not refunded yet and have taken the item also

My final view on this company is, its not their name they are here to make people bewakoof. Most worst ever company. Never buy from this company.
