Dec 28, 2011 04:56 PM 11902 Views

A cygnus Multi-speciality Medicare has gone through a transition. Its very nice to see such a single Hightek hospital in Dwarka. I was amazed to see the equipments they have. I have visited the hospital for my thesis purpose. Staff is friendly.

I would give ratings as out of 5

Cleanliness 4/5

Staff 5/5

Medical facilities 4/5

Doctors 5/5

Expenses at hospital 4.5/5

Overall a good medical treatment centre. Would recommend others vist as they have modern equipments n good doctors. I have also visited free medical camps , they organise in Dwarka. It was a great experience........

Bensups Hospital - Lonely Healthcare Centre

I would like to share my experience with you all. I was suffering with daily headaches since the

Last two and a half years. Last april, i was detected with chiari1 malformation . I took treatment from various neurologists but no medicines helped in giving any relief.finally i was told surgery is the only cure. I was very scared with the idea of a brain surgery and got all negative thoughts, like would it be fatal, would my symptoms go, will i live a normal life later? Etc. I consulted 2-3 surgeons but was most convinced by dr. V k rajoria- a neurosurgeon in bensups hospital.

DR. V K Rajoria is a brilliant doctor who knows his subject well, the patient gets tremendous confidence and satisfaction which I feel are important. on the day of my surgery doctor met me before I was given anasthesia and explained to me what the procedure would be and also comforted me saying that I would be fine. again after surgery he met me in the recovery room and informed me that the surgery has gone as planned and that I am going to be fine. they made me walk at the end of the day. but the main part is that my sufferings of two and a half years have all vanished. I feel I have a new life.

Thank you Dr. V K. Rajoria, you are the best doctor on earth. Highly recommended for anyone with neurological problems.

October 2011, amazing Experience. I went to Bensups Hospital In haste to attend one of my patients.

It was wonderful to see the big change in the Hospital, as everything had changed. The hospital is now a Cygnus Multispecialty Centre, managed by the rich experience of Dr. Batra.

The Bensups Hospital - Cygnus Multispecialty Centre has great doctor consultations, with the likes of Dr P V Kailey(Ortho Surgeon),   Dr V K Rahoria(Spine Surgeon) and many others.

Hospital is very spacious with a very big park having peaceful surroundings. I now definitely prefer all my dear ones to consult the New Bensups Hospital - a Cygnus Multispecialty Centre .

My mother recently got bilateral knee replacement done. She has all possible complications Diabetes/heart condition/BP/Stroke so we were a little nervous. But the operation seemed to have gone by the book   and are happy at the recovery as well. All the departments are taking special care of each individual to provide the best care. Stay at Bensups Hospit al has been a wonderful experience inspite of physical and mental agony the patients has undergone before the surgery

Dr Kailey is one of the great doctors I have ever met. I recommend everyone to have a word with Dr Kailay for Joint Knee replacement surgery.

I sued this hospital for giving me a 20 CM cut
Jun 12, 2011 02:35 PM 7823 Views

I sued this hospital for giving me a 20 CM cut on my leg when I went there for getting my plaster cut. I had bad experiences over there before also. Once they gave 6 campose injections to my sister because of which she was unconscious for 3 days.

This hospital should be shut down. The doctors are pathetic. The result of reservation against cast can be clearly sen in this hospital. The doctors here are a product of that reservation only.

Experience at a critical time
Nov 05, 2008 06:23 PM 8479 Views

Browsing through main page of mouthshut, I found a review on a madras hospital. Inquiztiveness to find reviews on delhi hospitals landed me to Bensups Hospital Review by vettri. It seems that the experience was non-forgivable. However I have the other side of experience with Bensups and would like to share with you.

Bensups located in Dwarka is only decent hospital of that class in and around dwarka. That was the first criteria for me to take my 8 month Pregnant wife to Bensups. The reason was also very tragic, as we lost a very important member of our family on a that day. The shock was unbearable then for both of us and since I had to keep calm to re-inforce my wife's cool during her critical period, I was in my own senses. However it was too much for my wif and she nearly fainted. That time we happenend to be Dwarka - Jan-08 and I had somewhere seen an ad of bensups dwarka.

We rushed her there amidst all the chaos back home. The emergencey wing was empty and manned by a sister and a helper. She was immediately attended by the sister and the duty doctor came rushing in matter of seconds. Things were explained to them, while they monitored her Heart Rate, BP and Beat of the unborn child. Meanwhile the duty doctor told us that she is stable, however they have called their Gynae who would be here any moment. It was a Saturday around 11. She also came in within minutes while I spoke to my wife along with the duty doctor and nurse.

Here comes the most important part. The Gynae was very reasonable in checking the mother and the baby while constantly talking to my wife keeping her busy. On a subtle hint she understood the situation and consoled her while continuing all the examinations on my wife and our baby. Pulse Rate got normalised after 20 odd minutes, till that time the Gynae didn't stop consoling and explaining the safety and health of the child. The language she used was a perfect blend of technicality and empathy. We were discharged in another 2 hours and although she did suggest a few medicines but asked us not to have them if there is no problem. I still remember her, though never mention it to my wife as thoughts of those times bring back sour memories.

As for the review, following was noted by me:

  1. Hospital was perfectly equipped with gadgets and staff to deal with a situation.

  2. The Emergency was adequate considering the area it serves.

  3. An air of standard practices being followed could be felt.l

  4. The Doctors(both the Duty Doctor and the Gynae) were good in their job and dealth with the situation, I think in the best possible way.

  5. Ideal Hospital for Dwarka, as no other such bigger hospital is nearby.

  6. Easily accesible by Road and Metro.

  7. The charges were reasonable considering the attention and resources that were provided.

  8. The Hospital was extremely clean and hygienic.

My Child was born two weeks after the incident at our regular hospital and I nearly forgot everything except my little bundle of joy, a baby boy. But for my fellow mouthshut readers, I thought may be I should share my experience, if it can benefit somebdy - sometime.

With Regards,

Vikrant

NEVER NEVER GO TO BENSUPS HOSPITAL
Sep 05, 2008 09:05 PM 7286 Views

Most Disappointing Doctors and Staff.  Very unreliable for such an important function.  My wife had to undergo Bone Marrow test.  Poor facilities, charged Rs.3000/- sent out the sample to a third party.

Kept delaying every day the report.  Had to fight to get the report.  Very bad attitude from Dr. roy Talukdar, CMO, Front office staff.  Finally, found that the sample they sent was of poor quality and the report is useless.  Who will pay my 3000/-  Bone Marrow test is such a painful test as it involves drilling our backbone and taking sample.  What a waste of efforts.

No one was bothered about any one.  The trainee medical staff did not even know lot of procedures.    The Hospital needs complete revamping and complete training in Patient care. Genuine advise - NEVER EVER GO TO BENSUPS.NOT SURE EVEN IF GOD CAN EVER SAVE IF SOMEONE GOES TO BENSUPS HOSPITAL, DWARKA

It is a boon to dwarka
Jan 28, 2008 04:24 PM 7948 Views

Bensups is a boon to the dwarka people. Recently my aunt had a utrus operation. She has diabetes and doctors were not confident. I went to bensups hospital and she underwent surgery. I was very happy since she was taken care very nicely.

And the best part was that we had a very economical bill... The doctors there are so good. Dr anjali is an angel...Dr Dhawan a motherly touch...Dr Talukdar...a boon to humanity

I recommend u to go there for all medical attention..

After discharge, she came for follow up and she was attended to so nicely that she felt obliged. I came with fever the other day and I was amazed to know that the casualty is free of cost...I took medicine and came to see specialist the next day. It was a health camp and I got my ecg done and a heart check up free of cost.

The Vampire Hospital of Dwarka

If you are in dwarka, delhi, you might be familiar of a name called Bensups. Yes, If you are a dwarka resident, then there is no need to tell you about Bensups, but for all others who would visit them, its as good as suicide attempt. First of all, all your medical issues are being sent to administration department to first plan, how much is the target they can make.

Further, this is when you have disease like common flu etc, there is a general doctor, and the management would ensure that you reach him. once you are in his club of patient, your life is on countdown meter. The common flue would take only 2 days to convert to cancer. My personal experience with this hospital is a nightmare. Please never even see this hospital, they might charge you for looking at it. If you are thinking that international hospitals, apollo, etc are costlier, try Bensups.

You would never ever have that feeling again. 90% of patient who never had BP would return with HIGH BP after you come through Bensups. I am also hearing that major publications like Indian Express / TOI etc are going to write about this Grave yard.

When bensups was launched people were happy to see a hospital in dwarka as they needed one. but today the story is entirely different. the hospital feels like abandoned building frim a zombie attack. there have been many cases in this hospital where they have tried to falsly clain the insurance and because of thi now no one can claim their medical insurance in this hospital. the condotion of this hospital is worse than a governmental hospital. I dont know why it still exsits even today. there are many new and better hospitals open to people now and I would not recommend enyone to visit this hospital
