Lost my baby after delivery
Mar 18, 2022 05:41 PM 3503 Views (via Mobile)

I have gone to Batra Hospital as my pregnancy was due. I was diagnosed with placenta accreta Dr. Gaytri Soni has taken my case as it is considered a high-risk pregnancy and showed full confidence that She will perform surgery. She has given me date during 34 weeks 4 days and told this has to be performed electively.

As I have been admitted in the hospital and operated for the cesarian section as advised by the doctor after delivery, the condition of my baby starts getting worse. Dr. Shalini Pandey Paediatrician, she called my husband your baby is turning blue as he is premature, he is unable to breathe then my husband asked why you performed cesarian if this condition will be going to arise.

Moreover, Dr Shalini Pandey misdiagnosed and told your new born baby has serious infection called sepsis. She started giving heavy doses of antibiotics to my newborn and put him on ventilator. On asking transferring the baby to another hospital she told me we have state of art facility. After administering the high doses of antibiotics my newborn baby died after next day.

On asking from Dr Gaytri Soni and Dr Shalini Pandey the reason of death both the doctors told because of infection. And told we have given right dates for the surgery it happened with your baby only. On showing the death summary and reports to other doctors they told baby died because of prematurity as there was no maternal fever and mother also does not have any sign of infection in her blood report.

Whatever test they have shown to our family was not reliable and confirm the infection in baby, value of high in one of the test just because baby was not able to maintain oxygen.

I was wonder how doctor whom we are thinking as a GOD can take a life of newborn who is just entering in new world. The date given by Dr Gaytri Soni gynaecologist was not correct, the delivery can be easily delayed up to 37 weeks. But this lady has taken a life of my newborn and further Paediatrician Shalini Pandey killed the baby after her misdiagnosed.

Such a ill literate doctors how they are getting their MBBS degree. Just they want to book the case and don't know how to give management of such cases. Just they wanted to do research on my complex surgery without paying attention to new born. She was not knowing how dangerous was elective cesarean and become a YAMDOOT for my baby.

Please if someone who has the same pregnancy complications like me don't go to them, they don't know how to give management.

As this is my second pregnancy after ten years,

They have removed my uterus also. I cannot conceive further and murdered my newborn because of their lack of knowledge.

Moreover, doctors told me that God will not give 100 percent happiness. You survived that's itself a big thing.

It means they wanted to kill me also.

I lost my baby because of both ill literate doctors and in a great mental agony and depression till now.

And cursing both the doctors day and night.

They killed a new born life. Please don't go to these doctors. It is a humble request.

Worst Service
Feb 25, 2021 12:40 AM 1251 Views

I wish there was no star rating. They do not even deserve one star. Worst staff and worst service I have ever seen. They do not know how to talk. Extremely RUDE nurses and even the doctors. No willingness to work. I hope someone can teach them how to be humble and polite with the patients. These are the people to blame that India can never grow.

Total negligence and bad treatment
Jan 07, 2021 09:46 PM 2471 Views (via Mobile)

When my brother was admitted in this hospital due to corona, his oxygen level was 85 and he was given oxygen support. He was 42 with absolutely no health issue history. His oxygen level was continue to decline till 65, but he was not shifted to ICU. We finally lost him just 2 days after admitting in hospital. He was worried that his oxygen level was continuously decreasing, but nurses and doctors were not treating him seriously. If nursing staff is on strike, is this the fault of patient. Are u not charging patient when staff is short. Despite repetitive attempt of my brother, doctors and staff neglected him..he was asking that oxygen mask is not working properly, but nurses has given no heed. Finally his condition was detoriated and the reason given by staff to us was absolutely absurd, they said.. there might be some issues in his oxygen mask. What the hell they were treating critical patient this way. Is there no sincerity for human life. For them he was merely a patient, who died and increased the corona casualty by one, but can they even thought about my family loss.. his two small children and his young wife, his grieving mother and siblings.

All I want to say, we chose this hospital with such a trust and entrusted my brother's life in such cruel hands. If u simply search for corona patient and critical impact of oxygen level decrease..even a rookie can tell that he should be admitted to ICU and oxygen level shud be maintained, but it was completely neglected by hospital staff and doctors. They even not told us about his serious condition and detoriation in his health for 2 days and kept us in dark. We were informed at the last stage only and doctor told us that case is out of their hand and my brother was expired within 3-4 hrs after it. I just want to ask, why he was not treated sincerely what was his fault...why hospital was not having critical injections required out of stock and not even tried to arrange it in time..the attitude of doctor was so casual.. he said this injection can work fo him but we don't have it in stock..and it will come later. He even rejected our offer to arrange for it and not even provided us name of it.

My brother was not having his cell phone in ICU. Doctor has asked us to video chat only before 2 hrs he died, when he was not in condition to talk..what to say..I can not express how angry I am and how helpless we felt ourselves at that moment. I can not imagine helplessness of my brother, all I can say.. never go this hospital for ur loved ones. The doctor and staff has cruel heart there...never ever go to such hospital...

The Day and Date cannot be forgotten..when I lost my elder brother in this bloody uneducated doctors lead hospital.who are least bother about the life of Individual. there casual approach cost us so much. that we have lost someone who was fittest member of our family. he was just 42 year old. and these so called uneducated doctorssays that he was not supporting . the person who make sured that each and a every member of his family remain safe. and he dont fought for himself. no one can digest that

overall experience clearly indicate that IMCR or DRDO has to look in to such cases. because this is just making the life common man hell.

Worst, insensitive hospital
Sep 12, 2020 02:24 PM 3536 Views (via Mobile)

Lost my brother due to negligence and insensitive behaviour of doctors and staff. My brother who was just 42 with no cormobodities at all was admitted to this hospital with symptoms of covid like fever, sore throat etc. His oxygen saturation level was 85% as per hospital records. He was almost well, talking to everyone on the phone, in fact doctors even didn't feel like to put him in ICU. After spending 2 days in the hospital, in the mid night his oxygen level started falling down to 60-70%. Hospital didnt have enough nursing staff to take care of the patient, he called me and then I called his doctor SUPREET BATRA in the night at 1:30 AM. He got my brother shifted to ICU and told us that he is critical. And before putting him on the ventilator same day, here were his words "We need to put your brother on ventilator and we want to let you know that we have 0% of records of saving life from the ventilator, do you provide your consent?" We rushed to hospital to meet him, but dr didnt allow us to meet him. We provided consent for ventilator. Before we could do anything like changing hospital etc, we started getting information like Pulse is getting low, BP is getting low and at around 7PM same day we got the news that he left us to another world. Can anybody explain what happened between 1:30AM and 7PM and why they even have ventilators if there life saving ratio is 0%.
