I purchased Hash Puppies from the Bata showroom. Usually I am purchasing two pairs of shoes, one for daily use and another one for use on functions. That Hash Puppies I purchased for that. But the sole of Hash Puppies comes out. I've gone to their showroom; the staff are telling me now Bata products are like this. We are not giving any guarantee or any after service. That is the Bata and the local plaform ptoducts are quality wise same.

I have been using Bata shoes for the past 6 months, and here’s my honest experience. The design is quite stylish, and the comfort level is really good. The best part is the durability; even after daily use, the sole is still in great condition. However, I felt the pricing is a bit high compared to local brands. If you’re looking for a long-lasting and branded shoe, Bata is a good choice. But I wish they had more trendy designs. Overall, I would rate it 4/5.

Bata shoes / products are of highly inferior quality. Better to a buy one pair from roadside vendors rather than Bata show rooms.

Worst quality. One can see Bata show rooms doesn't attract customers because of its poor quality products.

Please refer below image within two days of its buying shoes develop splitting lines. They do not have proper post customer service too.

I have one pair of bata shoe which is formal and it is made up of a good leather quality and long lasting and comfortable in wearing and also style. But there was one problem this shoes bites our feets for sometime of wearing but after gone. So if anyone wants to buy a bata formal shoes then you go for it. Thanks ??

I purchased a shoe worth 5k and I was given a discount coupon to redeem. After 7 days when I visited the store to redeem for some other product, I was informed that the coupon has already been redeemed. I am logging official complaint since last 3 months and they just keep reverting that they will resolve in 3-4 business days (their usual system generated mail) and ticket gets closed without any resolution.

Every time I visit a Bata showroom, I’m left frustrated by the company’s policies. Despite spending thousands on shopping, customers are charged ₹6 for a bag. It’s not about the ₹6, it’s about how customers are treated after purchasing. Expecting us to bring our own bags or buy bugs reflects poorly on the shopping experience.

To make matters worse, today my wife received a message regarding yesterday’s shopping: “Hey Hymavathi, thanks for shopping at Bata…” This casual and unprofessional salutation is unacceptable for a brand like Bata.

I purchased a pair of leather shoes from Bata four months ago, but the quality has been extremely disappointing. Both shoes have already torn, and it seems the brand prioritizes its name over quality.

When I raised a complaint, the customer care team simply stated that the issue is not covered under warranty. If the lifespan of a branded shoe is only four months, I might as well buy local brand shoes—they at least last six months. Paying ₹1, 800 for such poor quality feels entirely unjustified.

My experience with Bata shoes has been very disappointing and far below expectations.

I bought shoes from Bata shop. He told me no discount. Then I saw on Bata's website that there is a 20% discount on the same product. When I told them that there is a discount on the website. So he told me that the product has expired so there is a discount in it. It means that the company is cheating the customer.
